이상혁(李尙爀)(익산(翼算))의 퇴타술과 부분합 복수열

이상혁(李尙爀)(익산(翼算))의 퇴타술중 삼각타, 사각타 계열에 관한 부분을 조사하고, 익산(翼算)의 결과를 부분합 복수열의 성질로 재해석한다. 유한생성 부분합 복수열의 개념을 도입하고 삼각타, 사각타 계열에 의한 부분합 복수열이 유한생성 부분합 복수열임을 보인다. 단위 부분합 복수열이 부분합 복수열의 연구에 핵심적 역할을 함을 보인다. 또한, 부분합 복수열이 유한생성이 되기 위한 필요충분조건을 구한다. 그리고, 교초적에 대한 곱셈법칙에 대응하는 삼각타적, 삼각낙일적(三角落一積)에 대한 곱셈법칙을 구한다. In order to generalize theory of series in Iksan(翼算), we introduce a concept of double sequence of partial sums and elementary double sequence of partial sums, which play a dominant role in the study of double sequences of partial sums. We introduce a concept of finitely generated double sequence of partial sums and find a necessary and sufficient condition for those double sequences. Finally we prove a multiplication theorem for tetrahedral numbers and for 4 dimensional tetrahedral numbers.

기상중합법을 이용한 Polypyrrole(PPy) 필름의 전기적/광학적 특성 및 미세패턴 형성에 관한 연구

Iron(Ⅲ) p-toluenesulfonate(FTS)를 개시제로 한 pyrrole의 중합에서 용액 중합법(LPP)과 기상 중합법(VPP)으로 제조된 PPy 박막의 전기/광학적 특성 및 표면구조를 비교하였다. LPP에 비해서 VPP 방법으로 제조된 PPy 박막은 우수한 전기적 특성을 보여주었다. 표면 특성분석을 이용하여 제조된 PPy 필름의 표면 모폴로지와 표면저항과의 상관관계를 검토하였다. VPP 방법으로 제조된 PPy 박막의 표면이 LPP로 제조된 것보다 평탄하였다. VPP를 응용한 잉크젯 프린팅과 소프트 리소그래피를 사용히여 미세 패턴된 PPy 박막을 효과적으로 제조할 수 있었다. The electrical/optical properties and surface structures of polypyrrole (PPy) thin films, which were prepared by liquid phase polymerization (LPP) and vapor phase polymerization (VPP) of pyrrole using FTS as an initiatior are compared, The PPy thin film prepared by VPP showed superior surface resistance characteristics as compared with that prepared by LPP. We investigated the relation between surface morphology of PPy film and surface resistance by surface characteristic analysis. The surface of PPy thin film prepared by VPP was smoother than that prepared by LPP. Micro-patterned PPy thin film could be prepared effectively using VPP-combined ink-jet printing and soft lithography.

동시-기상중합법을 이용한 Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythophene)(PEDOT)-TiO₂

반도체 특성을 가지는 금속산화물이 포함된 poly(3,4-ethylenedioxytionphene) (PEDOT)-TiO2 하이브리드 전도성 박막을 동시-기상중합법을 이용하여 성공적으로 제조하였다. PEDOT- TiO2 박막은 PEDOT 박막에 비하여 내스크래치성, 연필경도와 같은 기계적 물성과 전기/광학적 특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 동시-기상중합법으로 제조된 하이브리드 박막은 FTS 산화제에 의한 졸-젤 반응으로 물리화학적으로 안정한 가교구조의 TiO2 층이 균일하게 형성되어 PEDOT 박막자체의 전기/광학적 손실을 수반하지 않고 기계적 물성을 높일 수 있었다. 동시-기상중합을 통하여 제조된 하이브리드 박막은 PEDOT박막에 비하여 평탄한 표면구조를 가졌으며, 이로 인하여 상대적으로 높은 전기 전도도를 가진다. PEDOT-TiO2 hybrid conductive film including semiconductive metal oxide was successfully prepared via simultaneous vapor phase polymerization (VPP). The mechanical properties such as pencil hardness and anti-scratch property as well optoelectrical properties of PEDOT-TiO2 hybrid thin film could be improved as compared with pris-tine PEDOT thin film. Physicochemically stable crosslinked TiO2 layer derived from a sol-gel process by FTS was gen-erated in the PEDOT thin film layer by simultaneous VPP, resulting in improving mechanical properties of the hybrid thin films without any deterioration of their original optoelectrical properties. PEDOT-TiO2 hybrid thin film showed better electrical conductivity as compared with PEDOT film. It might be due to the fact surface morphology of hybrid thin film prepared by simultaneous VPP showed smoother than of pristine PEDOT thin film.
