The purpose of this study is to extract deficiency areas as basic data of policies and projects in the future Living SOC introduction and planning. In order to extract living SOC deficient areas, accessibility data for living SOC and density data for main users by facility were overlapped, focusing on the living SOC indicators presented in the National Urban Regeneration Basic Policy. According to the analysis of accessibility of the Iksan-si Living SOC, the gap between deficiency in urban and township areas was large in common with the accessibility of the village and local base units. As a result of overlapping life SOC accessibility data and density data analysis of the main users by facility, areas where accessibility is weak but not inhabited by the main users of each facility were extracted. It is meaningful that more accurate deficient areas can be extracted by simultaneously utilizing the density distribution of the main users, rather than simply accessing the facilities.

The purpose of this study is to use urban regeneration management types through classification and step-setting of physical types by administrative dong as the basis data for future urban management plans in local small and medium cities. The analysis was conducted on the physical density of each administrative dong by setting the data on urban and architecture provided by the government as three elements: buildings, lots, roads, etc. Through the system classified in this study, Mokpo City's 23 administrative districts were divided into nine management types and three management steps. Methodology can be utilized to establish areas of similar areas within the city and to use them as basic data for planning management. It is meaningful that it is possible to extract areas that need actual regeneration and maintenance through physical density analysis and plan suitable projects.
공간 빅데이터를 활용한 중소도시 지역맞춤형 도시재생·유지관리 연구 - 주거지역 집계구를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to maintain the existing characteristics of the city by utilizing the physical decline status and floating population in small and medium cities residential areas. In addition, it intends to present the direction of flexible urban regeneration and maintenance by reflecting regional characteristics and current status. A total of three data were used in this study. Building data, floating population data, and census output area data were used. Building data and floating population data were classified into five classes. The graded data were joined to the census output area data and analyzed by overlapping the two data. As a result of analysis of 17 residential areas in 5 small and medium cities in Jeollanam-do, 4 types, 2 management models, and 4 indicators could be presented by grade and regional characteristics. This study is meaningful in that it is possible to plan regionally customized urban regeneration/maintenance management plans and projects through the typology of the current status and characteristics of the region, which is an important step in the bottom-up form.

This study conducted an analysis of the distribution and status of baby boomer households and trends of turn to farming and returning home. At the same time, the density analysis of land price increase data, building data, and floating population data was conducted in Jeollanam-do County. The established base areas were superimposed to distinguish the regional centers according to the number of superimposed indicators. It is intended to present management measures according to the degree of activation of the center. An area where three bases overlap can be designated as a center activation area, and a place where two regions overlap can be designated as a center semi-activation area. Using the analysis of regional centers at the county level, hierarchies of the centers were classified and management measures were presented. Based on these findings, this study addresses meaningful applicability for regional and medium- and long-term plans.

This study investigates and analyzes (1) the status of neighborhood commercial facilities, (2) the location of neighborhood commercial facilities and (3) the users’ viewpoint of them for the purpose of establishing the revitalizing factors of neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. This study attempts to determine the factors that revitalize neighborhood commercial facilities through quantitative factor analysis based on the analysis of the basic status and purpose of neighborhood commercial facilities using the basic status of permanent rental housing complexes and the quantitative data on neighborhood commercial facilities within these complexes. A survey investigating the residents’ perception of neighborhood commercial facilities was conducted to analyze the qualitative aspects neighborhood commercial facilities within permanent rental housing complexes. The factors affecting the revitalization of neighborhood commercial facilities were analyzed by quantifying the actual problems perceived by the users and the elements of their use patterns. From these analysis results, it was found that the factors are not independent from one another, but organically affect one another. It is expected that more meaningful data will be obtained if future studies conduct correlation analysis and weighted value analysis on each factor based on the findings of the present study.

This study evaluated the importance between the major indicators of living SOC in small and medium cities. AHP layer analysis was performed on a group of experts and their importance and priorities were evaluated. The results of the assessment are as follows: First, the village(walking) living zone was considered relatively more important than the local hub(vehicle) living zone. Second, the importance of health care in the local hub(vehicle) living area was assessed to be the most important in the comprehensive evaluation. Third, medical care, care, education and convenience in the village(walking) living area were ranked second, third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Fourth, the relative importance of physical education, learning, physical education, learning, relaxation, culture and village(walking) living areas in the local hub(vehicle) living areas were valued low. It is necessary to seek living SOC policies and directions in consideration of the special nature of urban social structure in small and medium-sized cities in Korea.

The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, in addition to the plan for the revitalization of the declining city, required to establish a comprehensive system for the sustainable urban management plan such as the underdevelopment and overcrowding of the social population in the modern city. Second, there is a need for improvement measures for sustainable urban environment improvement through pedestrian rights settlement, Third, required to select various objective indicators evaluating a series of processes such as selection of business - establishment of promotion strategy - result etc. and a comparative analysis methodology between indicators using Big Data should be developed.
