9 볼트 사각 전지의 단락사고 발생 시 화재 위험성 고찰

본 연구에서는 도체와의 접촉에 의해 단락 가능성이 높은 9 V 1차 전지와 2차 전지의 화재 발생 위험성을 실험적으로 살펴보았다. 실험을 위하여 일상생활에서 1차 및 2차 9 V 전지와 함께 방치 되었을 경우 단락 가능성이 높은 도체들을 시료로 선택하였고, 9V 전지와 시료가 단락되는 조건에서 시료에 1회용 종이 티슈를 접촉시켜 발화의 가능성을 실험하였다. 전지와 도체의 단락에 의해 화재가 발생하는 결과를 고찰하기 위해 이론적 저항 값을 도출하여 실험 결과와 이론적 저항 값의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 도체 시료 중 단면적이 적고 코일형으로 되어 있는 볼펜 스프링의 경우가 종이 티슈를 발화되었으며, 볼펜스프링과 같은 조건에서는 단락 시 열의 집중이 일어나기 용이하여 발화가 발생되는 것을 실험적으로 증명하였다. In this study, the riskiness of fire accidents on 9 V primary battery and secondary battery was investigated experimentally, their batteries were likely to occur the short circuit with a conductor contact. For this experiment, conductors of which short circuit are probable if they are left with 9 V batteries were selected as samples. And the possibility of a fire was experimented by bringing samples in contact with tissue paper, assuming that the 9 V battery and a sample have in short circuit. To consider a fire accident by the short circuit of a battery and a conductor, the theoretical resistance was calculated and the correlation between the experimental results and the theoretical resistance was studied. As a result, the sample(ball point pen`s spring) of which length was the longest, cross-section was small and shape had a rolled like a coil was caught a fire. It is proved experimentally so the ball point pen`s spring was likely to occur the concentration of heat that it was caught a fire.

The arson fire of the Soong-rye gate, the National Treasure No 1, occurred last on Feb 20, 2008 and the arson fire of the Daegu Subway on 2003 are large terrible disaster and the accidents to give a tremendous shock to our society and to make all the people feel severity of the arson fire and the necessity of the disaster prevention measures. This research presents as disaster prevention measure of the arson fire; first, to appoint the day of cultural assets arson like Japan and to protect the cultural assets from the arson fire by instructing a regular prevention of fire and regulating a collaborative system on disaster prevention, second, to install surveillance cameras for illegal parking or stopping and to prevent that the fire engine is late for the fire site from illegal parking or stopping vehicles, third, to open the crime-ridden area of arson in advance and devise the measures on the arson fire beforehand, forth, to prevent the second conviction by personal disclosure and fifth, to reinforce the information activity of the arson fire through various media.

한국과 일본의 자동화재 탐지설비의 화재안전기준 비교연구

The efforts and study to improve the problems to the automatic fire detection system in Korea continues now. This study, by comparing and analyzing the standard of the automatic fire detection system in Korea and Japan, presents the improvements to limit an installation of analog type detector among projected beam type smoke detector and air sampling-type detector at more than 20m for the attachment height, recommend on installing the control panel of P-type third degree in the individual house and the apartment house, revise that the manual fire alarm box and sound equipment shall be installed satisfied with both of below 25m of horizontal distance and 50m of walking distance, introduce sound alarm type at the large buildings and correct the transmission and distribution of electricity type into two wire detector among the terms on wiring.
