인삼 Saponin류가 Cholesterol 용해도에 미치는 영향

In this study the solubility of cholesterol was examined with ginseng saponin and chemical saponin used in the preparation of reaction mixture of 0.15M NaCl solution. It was shown that the solubility of cholesterol varied in the concentration of ginseng saponins and in the temperature and that the osmotic pressure and the surface tension was amenable to changes in the concentration of ginseng saponins and the incubation period of the reaction mixture. From the results, it was revealed that the solubility of cholesterol was dependent upon the incubated times and the concentration of ginseng saponins in 0.15mM NaCl solution and that ginseng saponins have the cholesterol solubilizing effect as evidenced in the physicochemical properties of mixed micelle formation and surface-activity.

The Effect of the saponin of Korean ginseng on the cholesterol solubility in the vitro was obserbed. (1) The cholesterol solubility was directly propotional to the saponin of ginseng concentration. (2) In the presence of saponin of ginseng, the surfacetension of the cholesterol solution was inversely propotional to the reaction-time. (3) It seems likely that the ginseng saponin will greatly favor the formation of the mixed mixed micelles with cholesterol in the NaCl solution.

1. Nepetae Herba water extract (NHW) produced a fall of blood pressure in the rabbit. 2. The depressor effect of NHW was inhibited by atropine, but was not affected by propranolol, hexamethonium and diphenhydramine. 3. NHW showed pressor response in the rabbit treated with atropine. 4. The pressor response in the atropine treated rabbit was inhibited by phentolamine and guanethidine.

Alloxan monohydrate administered intravenously to mice and rabbits in doses of 50 or 100mg/Kg caused to be selectively taken up by the insulin-producing β-cell of the pancreas and elevation of the blood glucese levels. Water extract of Rehmanniae Rhizoma(RGLW) administered intraperitoneally or per oral 30 minutes prior to allovan prevented these diabetogenic actions. RGLW, a widly used crud drugs, was chosen because it decrease blood glucose. The data of the present study indicate that RGLW can protect against the diabetogenic action of alloxan.

RRW, a widly used crud drugs, was chosen because it decrease blood glucose but not influence hyperglycemia of epinephrine. Influence of Rehmannial Rhizoma water Exract(RRW) on the metabolic effect of plasma glucose and free fatty acids to norepinephrine, epinephrine and isoproterenol was investigated in the rats The following results were obtained, 1. Large dose of RRW(100mg/Kg) decreased blood glucose and free fatty acid, level, whereas Small dose of RRW(30mg/kg) decreased only blood glucose level after 90min and free fatty acid level increased. 2. Hyper glycermia of Norepinephrine & epinephrine did not blocked by RRW but those of Isoprotenenol was blocked. 3. From these observation it is inferred that hypoglycemic effect of RRW did not blocked α-adrenergic receptor.

Influence of hydrocortisone on the metabolic effect of plasma glucose and free fatty acids to norepinephrine, epinephrine and isopropylarterenol was investigated in the ducks. The following results were obtained; In control groups, both epinephrine and isopropylarterenol increased plasma glucose and free fatty acids levels after intravenous adminstration, but norepinephrine exerted no influence on it. Intravenous or intraventricular administration of hydrocortisone- (1 and 3mg/kg i. v. or 0.1 and 0.3 mg/kg i. vt.) did not increased plasma glucose and free fatty acids concentrations above the pretest levels, whereas larger doses (10mg/kg;i. v. or 1mg/kg i. vt.) increased them slightly. Intravenous or intraventricular pretreatment of hydrocortisone potentiated the metabolic effect of plasma glucose and free fatty acids to norepinephrine, epinephrine and isopropylarterenol. From these observations, it is inferred that the mechanism of potentiation by hydrocortisone of the response to norepinephrine, epinephrine and isopropylarterenol is related to central as well as peripheral roles.
