        협동조합 조합원만족에 관한 고찰 -지역농협을 중심으로-

        This study presented a survey questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction of agricultural cooperatives both theoretically and practically. In addition, function and importance of member evaluation, and models measuring member satisfaction index are discussed in the paper. For improving the satisfaction of member services, it is necessary to know how the members feels on it. The measuring of service satisfaction is the beginning of works the check member service. There is comprehensive analysis about degree of total satisfaction based on units of benefit of business, responsiveness, speed and correctness, accessibility and availability of service and convenience etc. It also attempts to suggest 32 sub items for the survey questionnaire. This study will present a model for an integrated member satisfaction evaluation system which used various modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about member satisfaction and some guideline for agricultural cooperative service. This study is to evaluate the regional agricultural cooperative service comprehensively from the members satisfaction based on member measure method. This paper introduce a new measuring method about quality dimension of agricultural cooperative service with the level of importance and satisfaction for the members by the weighted index. Also we analyzed data from member survey performance using a portfolio mapping method. The research results are as follows : Firstly, degree of total satisfaction based on units of benefit of business and accessibility are revealed high level, Secondly, high satisfaction level of benefit of business based on credit and sales business are showed. Thirdly, low satisfaction level of speed and correctness, responsiveness, and convenience are revealed. Through this study, we anticipate that it will increasing the satisfaction and some guideline for agricultural cooperative service and members.
