위상모형을 활용한 공간정보의 가시화기법에 관한 연구

This paper presents applicable methods for change of spatial attributes in ARC/INFO environment, general GIS package. To test the validity of the proposed method, I investigate the change of Manufacturing industry in Busan from 1995 to 1999. The results are as follows : First, functions in ARC/INFO environment were utilized to present methodologies to apply these models. Second, compared with existing spatial model using kriging or trend surface model, topological method could efficiently display spatial data in global and local scale. Third, as method to make up topological model, each point value is represented. Through this procedure, it is more effective to understand the change of spatial data.

비구조적 공간정보를 지원하는 개념적 지오시맨틱 웹 서비스 프레임워크의 설계

본 연구는 공간정보 분야에서 시맨틱 웹 기술을 접목한 서비스 아키텍처를 제안한다. 최근 웹 서비스 기술의 발달과 함께 무선 인터넷 및 스마트폰의 보급을 통해 지리정보와 관련된 다양한 서비스들이 등장하고 있다. 또한 시맨틱 웹 기술이 주요 검색 포털들에 적용됨으로써 일반인들은 온라인상에 공개된 다양한 정보들에 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 공간정보 분야에서는 이질적인 데이터 저장 구조를 갖는 공간정보 데이터에 대한 연계 이외의 활용 가능한 서비스 유형에 대한 연구가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공간정보 웹 서비스 및 시맨틱 웹과 관련된 표준들을 바탕으로 시맨틱 공간정보 서비스를 구성하는 기능 요소들을 도출하였다. 또한 적용 가능한 유즈케이스들과 시맨틱 공간정보 서비스 아키텍처를 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 향후 시맨틱 공간정보 서비스 구현을 위한 기반을 마련하였다. In this paper, we propose an architecture for geosemantic services. With the rapid progress of web services, wireless internet technologies and popularization of smart phone in recent years, a lot of applications based on geographic information are being developed. Moreover the search portals empowered by semantic web technologies are enabling general users to access on-line resources more easily. However, several studies in GIS domain have pointed out the practical limitation of existing service patterns, which are limited only to linking heterogenous spatial databases, insufficient for several important use cases. Hence we draw functional elements of geosemantic services from GIS and semantic web standards, and present the use cases and a new architecture for geosemantic services. This approach could set a foundation to implement geoemantic services.

이 논문은 효율적인 GIS 웹 서비스에서 GIS 서비스 레지스트리를 이용한 활용 모델과 전략을 제시하고 있다. 최근 SOA(service-oriented architecture)와 웹 서비스를 이용한 서비스가 활발하게 개발되고 있다. 그러나 공간정보 분야에서는 SOA 서비스의 핵심 컴포넌트 중 하나라고 할 수 있는 공간정보 레지스트리의 활용 전략에 대한 연구가 부족하여 실제적인 GIS 웹 서비스의 활용이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GIS 웹서비스에서의 서비스 참여 주제를 규정하고 이에 따른 다양한 GIS 웹 서비스 모델을 분류한다. 또한, 각각의 분류된 모델유형에 대해 GIS웹서비스 레지스트리로서 참조되고 고려되어야 하는 특성들을 도출하여 가능한 분석관점도 함께 제시한다. In this paper, we propose the application models and strategies of geospatial services registries for SOA in GIS web services. Recently. a number of SOA/web services are being developed for various commercial or public applications. However, geospatial SOA services are less used than general purpose SOA services, because GeoSpatial service registries has been neglected in many GIS applications even though GeoSpatial registries are essential component for open geospatial services. These problems are due to lack of researches for GIS registry usages. In this paper, we define the role player ill GIS SOAs, and develop the various GIS web service models among the players. Besides, we suggest the applications strategies of GeoSpatial services registries in the service models.

빅데이터는 기존의 전통적인 데이터 아키텍처에 비하여 대용량의 데이터 자원을 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 개념으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터 패러다임은 빠른 정보처리를 요구하는 수직적 확장성을 고려한 시스템 요구사항부터 다양한 데이터 자원들을 연결해주는 수평적 확장성을 동시에 포함하고 있다. 빅데이터 시장 또한 급격히 성장하고 있으며, 이와 관련된 국내외 표준화 전략 수립 및 표준 개발 활동이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본고에서는 빅데이터 참조 아키텍처에 대한 개발사례와 함께 ISO(International Organization for Standardization)/IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) JTC 1(Joint Technical Committee 1), ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union-Telecommunications Standardization Sector) 등 국제 공적 표준화 기구 및 사실 표준화 기구들의 표준화 현황과 국내 표준화 활동 및 표준화 전략 개발 현황들을 요약 분석한다.

마이크로 블로그기반의 공간 지식 추출 기법연구

Recently international organizations such as ISO/TC211, OGC, INSPIRE (Infrastructure for Spatial Information in Europe) make an effort to share geospatial data using semantic web technologies. In addition, smart phone and social networking services enable community-based opportunities for participants to share issues of a social phenomenon based on geographic area, and many researchers try to find a method of extracting issues from that. However, serviceable spatial ontologies are still insufficient at application level, and studies of spatial information extraction from SNS were focused on user's location finding or geocoding by text mining. Therefore, a study of extracting spatial phenomenon from social media information and converting it into geosemantic knowledge is very usable. In this paper, we propose a framework for extracting keywords from micro-blog, one of the social media services, finding their relationships using data mining technique, and converting it into spatiotemopral knowledge. The result of this study could be used for implementing a related system as a procedure and ontology model for constructing geoseemantic issue.
