        호텔 PPL마케팅이 브랜드이미지와 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -제주 지역 S호텔을 중심으로-

        The PPL(product placement) as a indirect advertisement becomes a critical communication method in the hotel marketing. For example, the Hotel Sheraton Walkerhill gained the considerable effect of the marketing and the PR abroad by the PPL in the TV drama. As a result of the PPL, the `Hotelier Packages` which were based on the drama were sold out in an instant and the sales of all over the hotel increased during the package. So, the influence of the hotel PPL need to examine and analyze. For the study, the drama `the men beautiful more than flowers` and the hotel in Jeju island which was location of this drama are selected. And the survey is targeted to the undergraduates, because they are the most of viewers of this drama. The purpose of the study is to analyse the effects of the hotel PPL on the brand image and the purchase intention. For this purpose, the exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis were used. And the results are as follows. First, the hotel PPL has meaningful influences on the familiarity factor of the brand image. The `Hallyu (Korean Wave)` is useful to improve this influence. Second, the hotel PPL and the brand image have significant influences on the purchase intention. The storytelling strategy is effective for this result. Recently the hotel PPL has been used frequently in many hotels. This study has meaningful for this reason. But the study is not enough to generalize for all of the hotels and viewers. So the further studies are necessary to solve the shortage of this study.

        코로나19 이후 해양치유 패러다임의 변화 : Be fore Afte : Before Corona 시기와 After Corona 시기 비교를 중심으로

        After the WHO declared a pandemic, the increase in the influx of foreign infectious diseases due to the expansion of exchanges between countries and the possibility of overseas infectious diseases caused by changes in the social and natural environment were revealed. Accordingly, it is necessary to predict the future society as changes in the global lifestyle are progressing in addition to changes in the overall society and industry. In addition, interest in marine healing is increasing as the majority of people experience depression and stress due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This study tried to predict how the interest in marine healing, which is growing in public interest, has developed so far and what changes it will bring in the new normal era formed after COVID-19, and to preemptively respond to a new paradigm of marine healing. For the purpose of this study, marine healing related news search data were analyzed and the analysis results were used to compare and analyze trends related to ocean healing in the Before and After Corona times. And based on this, I would like to suggest a new paradigm of marine healing that can satisfy the desire to relieve stress and depression that have arisen during the COVID-19 crisis.

        Recently the number of the visitors to Munyoungwangleung has increased although the winter is off-season of tourism, after this place had seen on the TV program as hometown of Chan-ho Park. The use of a location for TV program or film influence on the local economy. And many of local governments try to induce film or drama location by offering the drama or film sets or other efforts. But these places are left without management after the public interest has faded away. In order to achieve the purpose of the local government, several efforts are necessary as follows. First, satisfying the substantial needs of tourists who visit the location place. Second, assuring the unique attractions based on the image which has made by the drama or the film. Third, developing the tour products or the courses connecting the tourist places round about. Fourth, offering the various information about the locations. Fifth, managing continuously the convenient facilities, the transportation and the lodging facilities of the locations.

        해양관광 활성화를 위한 해양문화관광자원 활용 방안 해양문화축제를 중심으로

        Nowadays there are changes of types of tourism for experience tour and marine tour. And marine resources could satisfy the tourists needs for software and contents of tour in the era of qualitative growth. Therefore this study is performed in order to propose the development directions of marine culture festivals for the sustainable tourism. The development directions of marine culture festivals are as follows. First, the development of the marine culture festivals should be considered the environmental and cultural value such as marine traditional culture and history. Second, the marine culture festivals programs should be focused on the educational contents on the basis of marine culture and environment. Third, regional brand strategy for marine cultural festivals is necessary with unique marine culture resources of region.

        어촌소멸 위기 대응을 위한 정책적 제언

        According to 'Regional Industry and Employment', a magazine published by the Korea Employment Information. Service with a special feature on 'Local Extinction', as of March 2022, there were 113 areas at risk of extinction, which is about half level(49.6%) of 228 local government. As the crisis of local extinction spreads, government ministries are working hard to prepare various policies and strategies for local revitalization in order to revitalize the local areas. On the other hand, fishing villages are in a more serious situation than in rural areas due to the unfavorable accessibility that most of them are located on the outskirts of the country. Although the fishing village is currently facing a crisis of extinction, policies related to the sea, the livelihood of fishermen, have been thoroughly neglected in policies that prioritize growth and economic logic for the past several decades. S0, this study intends to examine the current status and causes of local annihilation and fishing village extinction through a search analysis of articles related to local extinction and fishing village extinction, and to provide suggestions for responding to the crisis of fishing village extinction. According to the results of the analysis, an accurate analysis of the causes of the disappearance of local and fishing villages is a prerequisite, and policies that reflect the reality of each local government and fishing villages are needed. In addition, it is necessary to change the perception that the disappearance of provinces and the disappearance of fishing villages is a problem at the national level and social consensus on balanced regional development must be achieved.

        섬관광 발전 방안에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for the development of the Island Tourism. The proposals are as follows. First, the characteristics of each Island must be considered in terms of the development of Island Tourism to have ecological value of resources and uniqueness. Second, the cooperation with local residents is necessary because the human service such as the sympathy and kindness have a lot of influence on the visitors’ satisfaction. Third, the development of Island Tourism must have a direction in order to satisfy the tourists’ motivation such as ‘escape from daily life’, ‘novelty’ and ‘natural attractiveness’. Forth, task force team with various support departments of government have to be made for systematic development. Fifth, the opportunities to create and operate business in terms of Island tourism should be made for young people.

        포스트코로나 시대 섬관광의 치유가치 증진 방안 : TV 리얼 버라이어티 프로그램 <삼시세끼>를 중심으로

        Recently, as Corona 19 is sweeping the world, various predictions and opinions are emerging about the daily life and industry that will change in the post-Corona era. As a result of an infectious disease called Corona 19, how to respond to the changes caused by the “new normal” that will create a world that has not been experienced before has emerged as an important topic. The emergence of these new normals is also affecting the changes in the tourism industry, and the changes in tourist needs that have been triggered by Corona 19 are increasing the demand for island tourism. Based on the analysis of the value of island tourism and the characteristics of island tourism from the current popular real-time TV entertainment program <Three meals a day>, this study suggests the direction of the strategy of revitalizing island tourism to meet the needs of tourists that will change in the post-Corona era. The suggestions are as follows. First, the island s natural state (inconvenience) strategy. Second, the island s isolation (disconnection) strategy. Third, the island s uniqueness (unique food ingredients) strategy. In conclusion, the strategy of island tourism to satisfy the changing needs of tourists in the post-Corona era is to actively preserve the natural state, isolation and uniqueness of the island. In other words, the island tourism strategy in the future requires a strategy focused on preservation that allows tourists to experience the characteristics of islands rather than development-oriented strategies such as expansion of facilities in urban tourism.

        크루즈관광 지속가능 성장 방안

        The cruise tourism can give various effects on the port of call from the tourism return such as the shopping and tour expenses to tourist site development. But the effects are appeared limitedly because of the short length of the stay, the type of group tour and shipping-oriented tour activity. And the local residents of the port of call complain of low economic effects. On the other hand the major selection factor of the cruise tourism product is the port of call and for this reason the program development of the port of call in order to activate the cruise tourism. So this research analyze the environment and the characteristics of each one of the ports of call, and the favorite factors and satisfaction factors of the cruise tourism product selection. The purpose of this study is to offer the fundamental data for the cruise tourism product development in order to grow the cruise tourism industry continuedly.
