        탄천의 서식처별 어류상과 피라미 개체군의 특징

        2009년 8월부터 2010년 4월까지 탄천 9개 미소서식지에서 어류상과 피라미 개체군의 특성을 조사하였다. 조사 기간동안 채집된 어류는 총 7과 17종개체가 확인되었다. 출현한 어종 중 한국고유종은 Hemiculter eigenmanni와 Odontobutis interrupta로 2종(11.8%)이었으며 국외도입종은 Microterus salmoides 1종 이었다. 우점종으로는 Zacco platypus, 아우점종으로는 Carassius auratus 이었다. 서식처별로는 댐형 웅덩이, 사행형 웅덩이, 평여울, 거석형 웅덩이 등에서 Carassius auratus가 우점하였고, Pseudogobio esocinus는 샛강, Rhinogobius brunneus는 급여울, Z. platypus 는 개방형 하도습지, 낙차형 웅덩이, 폐쇄형 웅덩이 등에서 우점하였다. Z. platypus의 성장도와 비만도의 회귀계수 b값이 3.29의 값으로 나타났고 PCA 분석 결과 탄천에서 크게 3개의 Group으로 나누어졌다. 탄천의 서식처 별 Bray-Curtis Cluster 분석을 실시한 결과 낙차형 웅덩이와 폐쇄형 하도습지가 65.9%로 가장 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 30.4%로 댐형 웅덩이와 급여울이 가장 대조적인 것으로 확인되었다. The fish fauna and characteristics of population of Zacco platypus in the 9 microhabitat at the Tan Stream was investigated from August, 2009 to April, 2010. The collected species during the survey period were 17 species belong to 7 families. Korea endemic species were Hemiculter eigenmanni and Odontobutis interrupta, which showed a ration of 11.8% in collected species. Dominant species was Z. platypus and subdominant species was Carassius auratus. Dominated species of C. auratus was at the dam-type pool, Meander-type pool, run, and rock-type pool, Pseudogobio esocinus was side channel, Rhinogobius brunneus was riffle, and Z. platypus was channel connected pool, substrate-type pool and channel unconnected pool. Length-weight relationship in the population of Z. platypus was 3.29. PCA analysis was in to the 3 groups identified. Bary-curtis cluster analysis indicated that the substrate-type pool and channel unconnected pool 65.9% showed the most similar, riffle, and dam-type 30.4% were identified as the most contrast.

        광릉수목원의 어류상 및 어류 군집

        2007년 4월부터 2007년 10월까지 광릉수목원에서 어류군집을 조사하였다. 출현한 어종은 총 9과 22종 1,272 개체였고 출현한 어종 중 멸종위기야생동?식물에 속하는 종은 Cottus koreanus 1종이었다. 국외에서 도입된 외래종은 Micropterus salmoides 1종이었고 출현한 어종중 한반도고유종에 속하는 종은 9종(종구성비: 40.9%)이었다. 우점종은 Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (St. 1)와 Zacco platypus (St. 2~7) 이었다. 종다양도 지수, 균등도 지수 및 종풍부도 지수로 보면 St. 3에서 비교적 안정적인 어류 군집을 형성하고 있었다. Silurus microdorsalis, Cottus koreanus, Odontobutis platycephala 등은 왕숙천 수계에서 광릉수목원 내 봉선사천에 국한되어 서식하는 것으로 생각된다. 1932년 조사와 비교 시 17종이 출현하지 않았고 7종이 새로 추가되었다. Hemibarbus mylodon, Acheilognathus signifer, Zacco koreanus 등은 왕숙천 수계 내에서 소멸된 것으로 생각되며 Acheilognathus signifer와 Zacco koreanus는 복원 대상종으로 생각된다. The fish community was investigated from March to October 2007 in Gwangneung Arboretum. During the survey period, 22 species belonging to 9 families were collected. Among them, one species (Cottus koreanus) was classified as an endangered species in Korea, and exotic fish was Micropterus salmoides. Nine species (40.9%) were endemic species of Korea. Dominant species was R. oxycephalus (St. 1) and Z. platypus (St. 2?7). According to analysis of community based on the diversity, evenness and richness indices, fish community seems to be more stable in the St. 3. The distributions of Silurus microdorsalis, Cottus koreanus and Odontobutis platycephala were confined to the Bongseonsa Stream in the Wangsuk Stream watershed. When our data were compared with the previous data (1932), 17 species were not sampled, but 7 species could new taxa fiend its existence at the Bongseonsa Stream. We believe that Hemibarbus mylodon, Acheilognathus signifer and Zacco koreanus disappeared in the Wangsuk Stream watershed and A. signifer and Z. koreanus need to be restored at the Bongseonsa Stream.

        가평천 상류역의 어류상과 참갈겨니의 개체군 특징

        2005년 4월부터 2008년 8월까지 가평천 상류역의 어류상과 참갈겨니 개체군 특성을 조사하였다. 출현한 어종은 총 6과 16종 이었으며 우점종은 Zacco koreanus, 아우점종은 Pungtungia herzi 이었다. 한국고유종은 Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio longidorsalls, Z. koreanus, Koreocobitis rotundicaudata, Iksookimia koreensis, Silorus microdorsalis, Liobagrus andersoni, Coreoperca herzi, Odontobutis platycephala 등 12종으로 고유화 빈도는 75.0% 이었다. 천연기념물에 속하는 종은 H. mylodon 이었고 멸종위기야생동·식물에 속하는 종은 P. tenuicorpa와 G. brevibarba 이었다. Z. koreanus의 성장도는 3.44, 비만도는 0.004로 이었고 산란시기는 5~6월경 이었다. The fish fauna and population of Zacco koreanus in the upper region of the Gapyeong Stream was investigation from April, 2005 to August, 2009. The collected species during the survey period were 16 species belonging to 6 families. Dominant species was Z. koreanus and subdominant species was Pungtungia herzi. korea endemic species were Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio longidorsalls, Z. koreanus, Koreocobitis rotundicaudata, Iksookimia koreensis, Silorus microdorsalis, Liobagrus andersoni, Coreoperca herzi and Odontobutis platycephala, which showed a ratio of 75 % in all collected species. The species of H. mylodon was identified as natural monument, and P. tenuicorpa and G. brevibarba were endangered species. Length-weight relationship in the population of Z. koreanus was 3.44, and condition factor in the popuation was 0.004. The spawning season of Zacco koreanus was May and June.

        양양남대천의 어류상과 소하성 어류의 분포 특성

        This study has been carried out to investigate fish fauna, distribution characteristic of anadromous type fish at the Yangyangnamdae stream during the period from September 1994 to December 1995. Total number of collected fishes were 36 species in 19 families. Three species (Moroco kumgangensis, Silurus microdorsalis and Coreoperca herzi) of them were found to be endemic species of Korea. The seven species of M. kumgangensis, Cottus poecilopus, Mugil haematocheila, Acanthogobius flavimanus, Takifugu niphobles, acanthopagrus schlegelii and Salangichthys microdon are first record in this study. Zacco platypus and C. herzi of introduced species dominate at wide area, and also the four irrigation reservoirs of Imchon, Subriub, Dorisarat and Oesongieon are most influence on anad-romous type fish of migration.

        치악산 (雉岳山) ( 부곡 ) 계류 어류의 월별 군집구조와 서식밀도

        We investigated monthly variation of the fish community and abundance at stream of Mt. Chi-ak from May to November 1993. Total number of species of collected fishes were twenty-six species belonging to eight families. Twelve species of them were found te be endemic species of Korea. In this study, Cottus poecilopus and Moroco kumgangensis are confirmed abundantly inhabitant at the stream of Mt. Chi-ak. Dominant species were Cottus poecilopus, Moroco oxcephalus at the station 1, Zacco temmincki, Coreleuciscus splendidus at the station 2,3,4, and Zacco platprus, Zacco temmincki at the station 5. Rare species were Lampetra reissneri, Opsariichthys bidens, Squalidus gracilis, Silurua microdorsalis, Hemibarbus mylodon, Leiocassis ussuriensis, Acheilognathus signifer. When the water level rises, Moroco kumgangensis and Cottus poecilopus migrate from station 1 to station 2. On the other hand when the water temperature increase, Liobagrus andersoni, Cobitis rotundicaudata, Coreoperca herzi and coreleuciscus splendidus are migrate from station 2 to station 1. Estimated abundance and biomass of fish were 716ind./100m^2 and 55.4g/m^2 at St. 1,986 ind./100m^2 and 68.92g/m^2 at St.2, 1,485 ind./100m^2 and 98.15g/m^2 at St.3 and 1,304 ind./100m^2 and 61.63g/m^2 at St.4, 1,406 ind./100m^2 and 74.61g/m^2 at St. 5.

        열목어 ( Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis ) 의 먹이선택 습성

        We investigated diet of Manchurian trout(Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis) at Jindong stream from October 1993 to August 1994. The stomach was U shaped with 57-69 Pyloric caeca. Gill rackers number externally on first gill arch was from 12 to 20, and premaxillary teeth with pointed was 24. The diet of B. lenok tsinlingensis was mainly acquatic insects, such as ephemeroptera, trichoptera, plecoptera, diptera, and nematoda, teleost fishes, land insects, amphibian and decapoda. Larger fish tended to ingest a higher proportion of the larger prey types, such as amphibian(frog), teleost fishes(Moroco kumgangensis, Ladislavia taczanowskii), nematoda(nematomorpha) and decapoda(crayfish), but younger year-classes to eat more Chironomidae. Land insects of the stomach contents was found mainly autumn. Aquatic insects(ephemeroptera, trichoptera and diptera) constituted the bulk of food items ingested during each season. The prey selection indices for ephemeroptera were positively selected in summer, and negatively selected in spring and autumn, plecoptera and trichoptera were positively selected in spring and negatively selected in summer and autumn. In contrast, diptera was always positively selected. B. lenoktsinlingensis classification of trophic categories is chaser.

        치악산 계류의 어류상

        To establish the methods of conservations of fish fauna of Mt. Chiak area, the author surveyed the aquatic environments and fish fauna at 16 stations from April 5, 1994 to September 26, 1995. All of the investigated stations were mountainous valley of river types of Aa and showed considerably dear water quality. It was confirmed that 29 species of freshwater fishes from each surveyed stations and 25 species of primary freshwater fishes(86.2%) and four species of pheripheral freshwater fishes(13.8%) of the confirmed 29 species. Fourteen out of 29 species of fishes(48.3%) were known as Korean endemic species. Moroco kumgangensis inhabit in Chupo-river and Kangrim-river, but not in Hasunam-river and Pong-river. The four species of Moroco kumgangensis, Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus, Cottus poecilopus and Hemibarbus mylodon are needed particular conservation for their survivals. Dominant species are C. poecilopusis, M. kumgangensis and M. oxycephalus in the upper stations, and Zacco temmincki, Coreoleuciscus splendidus and Z. platypus in the lower stations of the streams of Mt. Chiak.
