Verneuil법에 의한 $SrTiO_3$ 단결정 성장

Strontium Titanate single crystal is grown by Verneuil method. Feed materials were prepared by coprecipitation method which started with Sr(NO3)2 and TiCl4. SrTiO3 can not be grown from feed materials having the stoichiometric components due to volatilization of SrO, when the powder added more 3 wt% SrO used, the crystal can be grown. Growth conditions that the pressure of oxygen and hydrogen gas was 5 psi, the flow rate of oxygen and hydrogen was 7.3 and 30ι/min respectively, the growth rate was 20 mm/hr were optimum. The grown single crystal has the diameter of 10~15 mm and its length is 30~40 mm. The grown crystal was deep brown color and somewhat transparent. The color of grown crystal was lightened after annealing.

This paper aims at developing remote control system to control and monitor distributed various devices such as photovoltaic inverter system through internet. TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) and photovoltaic inverter system operated in a row are adopted for network management protocol and applied device, respectively. For controlling and monitoring distributed devices in real-time, java-environment software is constructed. Also, Hello Device, general-use interface controller between network device and applied device is proposed. Finally, serial communication such as RS-232C is used between controller and applied device.<br/> <br/>

As photovoltaic(PV) power generation systems become more common, it will be necessary to investigate islanding detection method for PV systems. Islanding of PV systems can cause a variety of problems and must be prevented. However, if the real and reactive powers of the load and PV system are closely matched, islanding detection by passive methods becomes difficult. Also, most active methods lose effectiveness when there are several PV systems feeding the same island. The active frequency drift positive feedback method(AFDPF) enables islanding detection by forcing the frequency of the voltage in the island to drift up or down. In this paper the research for the minimum value of chopping fraction gain applied digital phase-locked-loop (DPLL) to AFDPF considering output power quality and islanding prevention performance are performed by simulation and experiment according to IEEE Std 929-2000 islanding test.
