GIS의 활용분야가 넓어짐에 따라 공간자료의 구축 및 활용 또한 증가하고 있으며 공간자료의 구축에 투입되는 비용규모도 커지고 있다. 하지만 공간자료의 정확도가 정밀하지 못할 경우 막대한 비용 낭비를 초래할 수 있으며 공간자료의 통합체계를 구축과정에서 지속적으로 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국토지주택공사의 기 구축된 공간자료의 통합체계 구축 및 업무효율화를 위해 공간자료의 정확성을 판단하는 실험을 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the plan for specialization of open space for public purposes in commercial area to support youth culture experience activities. We selected and analyzed Seongan-gil market in Cheongju as study area. Open spaces for public purpose in the area are classified into five types (for commerce, for parking, for arrangement of obstacles, for relaxation, and the others) depending on the purposes of use. To support youth culture experience activities, commercial activities in the open space should be regulated to a certain extent or cultural experience programs linked to sale items in shop should be developed. Besides, the space should be able to accommodate various youth activities through promotion of public transportation convenience, expansion of parking lots, and vehicle traffic restrictions.

This study aims at drawing out a plan for preserving modern historic buildings and improving their utilization by identifying characteristics of modern historic buildings used as exhibition facilities in Japan. To do so, we selected the representative examples among Japanese historic buildings built from the mid-19th century to the early 20th century and then analyzed their utilization characteristics in terms of conservation methods and structure. The results of this study shows most historic buildings are used as exhibition facilities while maintaining their original appearances as a whole. The results indicate that the use of modern historic buildings as exhibition facilities can be effective means of ensuring sustainability of the buildings.
학교 주변 원룸건축의 범죄예방환경계획(CPTED) 구성요소별 사례분석

This study aims to analyze CPTED application in reality to multi-unit buildings in school vicinity, taking an example of Chungbuk National University area. Out of the ever-growing number of housing units and population in modern cities, residents indifferent to one another are exposed to new types of crimes in their communities with dense collection of smaller dwelling units. This research focused on the multi-unit buildings designed to provide studios or one-rooms in a school community and the effectiveness of crime reduction through physical environmental control method such as CPTED. Different from large-scale development projects with district-level design and its implementation, school vicinity is characterized as simple as a collection of buildings and to prevent crimes from occuring in the neighborhood without master-planner various aspects of the CPTED elements may be analyzed and practiced. Findings from the study is summarized in the conclusion in 5 elements; 1) main gate control, 2) windows, 3) parking lots, 4) exposed utility risers, and 5) overall maintenance and management of the property.
진화생물학을 기초로 한 인간의 컴퓨터기반 작업에 관한 연구

인류는 백만 년 전부터 줄곧 서서 직립을 향하여 진화 되어왔다. 그러나 산업사회에 접어들며, 불과 몇 십 년 전부터 앉아서 일하는 시간이 비정상적으로 많아짐에 따라 인류의 신체는 좋지 않은 영향을 받았다. 선행된 의학 연구들을 살펴보면 장시간 앉아 일하는 환경이 그 동안 우리가 알고 있었던 성인병의 원인에 상당 부분 악영향을 끼쳤다고 밝혀왔다. 인류는 움직이는 방향으로 진화되어왔다. 그렇기에 현대 사회처럼 한 공간에서 앉거나 서서 움직임 없이 장기간 있는 것은 인체에 여러 부작용을 가져온다. 이러한 배경을 반영하여 본 연구에서는 스탠딩 책상을 이용한 기존의 서서 일하는 업무환경에서 진화생물학적 관점으로 한 발 더 나아가 걷는 환경에서의 업무에 대해 생각하게 되었다. 또한 스마트워크의 한 종류이자 스마트폰을 현장에서 직접 사용하는 모바일오피스 환경의 확장을 기대하며 스마트폰으로 작업을 처리하는 실험을 실행하고자 한다. 이 연구는 스마트워크의 한 종류인 모바일오피스 환경이 구축되고 정착하는데 기여를 할 수 있다. 또한 스마트폰을 이용하는 업무 뿐 아니라 돌아다니면서 일을 하는 업무환경 역시 개발 될 수 있다. 더 나아가 기업의 업무 환경, 학생들의 공부환경의 패러다임이 바뀔 수 있을 것이다. mankind has evolved to stand upright a million years ago. However entering an industrial society, much has changed in only a few decades. Human beings spend more time sitting down and working, which negatively affects their bodies. Leading medical studies have shown that the prolonged working conditions have significantly affected the causes of adult illnesses that we have known. Human beings have evolved in a moving direction. So, like modern societies, sitting or standing in one space for long periods of time without movement brings various side effects to the body. Reflecting this background, this study has led to think of work in an environment that is taking the evolutionary biology perspective from a traditional standing, standing work environment. They also plan to conduct an experiment to handle work with smartphones in the hopes of expanding their mobile office environment to use smartphones in the field, which is a type of smart work. The study could help build and establish a mobile office environment, a type of smart work. In addition to using smartphones, a working environment can be created that works by moving around. Furthermore, the paradigm of the work environment of businesses and students could be changed.
