        분산 제어 시스템을 이용한 단일 플랜트 제어용 이중 제어기 구조

        A digital controller uses a microprocessor and is a controller implemented as a program. This method has the advantage of being more maintenance-friendly than existing analog controllers. However, it inevitably requires computation time to execute the internal program. Therefore, the digital controller uses a method of controlling the system at a certain cycle by considering this time, and this cycle is very closely related to the performance of the microprocessor used. In other words, in the case of very high performance, this control cycle can be shortened to near real time, but this may result in a disadvantage in terms of cost. In this paper, we propose a method to solve this problem by implementing two processors with slightly lower performance in a control system in a series-parallel structure. For this purpose, we will use a digital distributed control system and implement an experimental system to examine its effectiveness.

        게인 스케줄러 구조의 교차 보상기를 사용한 변형 아라고시스템의 비결합 제어

        In most multiple input/output systems, one input affects two or more different outputs. Therefore, there are many inconveniences in using the actual system. In order to solve this problem, a controller that makes an input signal and an output correspond 1:1 is called a decoupling controller. In this paper, I try to implement a relatively simple decoupling controller using a cross-compensator, that is, a compensator that takes an uncorresponding output as an input value. And this cross-compensator has a gain scheduler structure in order to increase the performance. In addition, this system is designed with a distributed control structure using CAN communication, so that it can be manufactured and operated in an easier way when implementing an actual experimental system. The proposed structure is applied to the modified new Arago's disk system and tested, and through this, the effectiveness is confirmed and reported.

        이산 시스템에서 샘플링 시간의 설정 및 PID 계수 조정

        Recent controller design techniques often discretize the target system and implement a discrete controller that is digitized to match the target system. When constructing such a discrete system, it is necessary to first determine the sampling time. The smaller the sampling time is, the more advantageous it can be made similar to the original system, but the cost is a problem when realizing such a configuration as hardware. On the other hand, the longer the time, the more different the system is from the original system, and eventually the control becomes impossible. In this paper, we consider the above problem and propose a more logical approach to determine the sampling time in the discrete system and investigate the relation with the differential controller. We also apply this process to a nonlinear system called ARAGO disc and verify its validity through computer simulation

        CAN 프로토콜을 이용한 다중 플랜트의 제어

        This paper presents an idea of implementation of many semiconductor equipments. The idea is a new design methodology of the Networked Control Systems (NCSs) using CAN (Controller Area Network) will be discussed. The Distributed Control Systems (DCSs) is very useful to control multiple systems that have a distance to communicate. The CAN protocol is very strong to noise, also provides the user with many powerful functionality. Only one communication line (BUS) is used, so that a control and a maintenance of those systems are very easy. This paper is concerned with the speed control of multiple DC motors using CAN Protocol. Experimental systems are made to validate effectiveness of the systems. The results of the experiment show that the NCSs using CAN has excellency in real time control.

        혼성방파제의 케이슨에 작용하는 파압과 선단 주변에서 파랑특성에 관한 3차원수치시뮬레이션

        It has been widely known that the effect of diffracted waves at the tip of composite breakwater with finite length causes the change of standing wave height along the length of breakwater, the spatial change of wave pressure on caisson, and the occurrence of meandering damage on the different sliding distance in sequence. It is hard to deal with the spatial change of wave force on trunk of breakwater through the two-dimensional experiment and/or numerical analysis. In this study, two and three-dimensional numerical techniques with olaFlow model are used to approach the spatial change of wave force including the impulsive breaking wave pressure applied to trunk of breakwater, the effect of rear region, and the occurrence of diffracted waves at the tip of caisson located on the high crested rubble mound. In addition, it is thoroughly studied the mean wave height, mean horizontal velocity, and mean turbulent kinetic energy through the numerical analysis. In conclusion, it is confirmed that the larger wave pressure occurs at the front wall of caisson around the still water level than the original design conditions when it generates the shock-crushing wave pressure checked by not two-dimensional analysis, but three-dimensional analysis through the change of wave pressure applied to the caisson along the length of breakwater. 유한길이의 혼성방파제 선단에서 발생되는 회절파의 영향으로 방파제 길이를 따라 중복파고가 변동하고, 이로 인하여 케이슨에 작용하는 파압이 공간적으로 변동하며, 또한 케이슨의 활동거리가 상이한 사행피해가 발생한다는 것은 잘 알려져 있다. 제체에 작용파력의 공간적인 변동은 2차원적인 실험이나 수치해석으로서는 접근될 수 없는 문제이다. 본 연구는 olaFlow 모델을 적용하여 고천단의 사석마운드 상에 놓인 케이슨의 선단 주변에서 회절파의발생과 배후역으로의 영향 및 제체에 작용하는 충격쇄파압을 포함한 파압의 공간적인 변동 등을 2차원 및 3차원수치기법으로 접근한다. 또한, 수치해석에서는 혼성방파제 주변에서 평균파고, 평균수평유속 및 평균난류운동에너지의변동특성을 면밀히 분석·검토한다. 이로부터 동일한 입사파랑에 대해 케이슨에 작용하는 파압분포가 방파제의 길이에 따라 크게 변동하며, 2차원수치해석에서는 발생되지 않았든 충격쇄파압이 3차원수치해석에서는 발생되는 경우가나타나고, 충격쇄파압의 발생 시 경우에 따라 기존의 설계조건보다 매우 큰 파압이 정수면 근방의 케이슨 전면 벽체에 작용되는 등의 중요한 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

        An Optimal H₂Decoupling Design for Non-Square Plant Systems based on the Two-Degree-of-Freedom Standard Model

        We obtain an optimal decoupling controller for rectangular plants in a standard two-degree-of-freedom controller configuration model. The class of all stabilizing and decoupling loop controllers is parameterized in terms of free diagonal parameter matrices. We determined the optimal decoupling controller from these free parameters. Inner-outer factorization and the Khatri-Rao product expression for the vector operation to a diagonal matrix are the key steps in obtaining the optimal solution. We provide a compact set of assumptions to assure the existence of the optimal solution.

        다중 백업 기능 제어기를 갖는 네트워크형 분산 제어

        Stable running is a very important factor when we are building a control system. But, sometimes malfunction of the system controller is caused by several reasons. To solve these problems, some systems have prepared a backup controller. In the generality of cases, making a backup controller is no easy work. Especially, it becomes more difficult when many backup controllers have to be embodied in one system. In this paper, the multi-backup function controller which was implemented in the form of the network type distributed control system will be suggested. Also, using Arago Disk System that has a structure for inner loop control, the validity of the proposed methods will be verified.

        Two-degree-of-freedom H_2/H_∞ control problem is suggested. The input controller that takes care of tracking performance is designed by the H_2 method. The H_∞ approach is exploited to design the feedback controller that manipulates the feedback properties of the closed loop. Implementation of the two-degree-of-freedom controller is given by state-space parameters.

        노인 또는 경증 뇌질환 환자들의 운동 및 인지재활에 도움이 될 수 있는 게임형 재활 시스템

        노인과 경증 뇌질환(치매 및 뇌졸중 등) 환자들 중 일정 정도의 자력 행동 능력과 인지 능력이 있는 경우에 는 운동과 인지 재활을 병행해야만 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기존의 재활 시스템은 대부분 운동 또는 인지 재활로 분리 또는 특화 되어 있는 경우가 많아서 두 가지 모두를 연계하는 형태에 대한 필요성이 있다고 생각된다. 본 논문에 서는 ICT 기술의 하나인 CAN 통신 프로토콜을 이용하여 운동과 인지 재활을 병행할 수 있도록 하는 게임형 재활 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이 시스템은 CAN BUS 구조를 이용하여 재활 시스템을 구성하는 각각의 개별 모듈들을 다양한 형태로 분리 및 결합 사용이 가능하도록 한다. 환자(또는 노인)의 인지 능력과 운동 능력의 정도에 따라 다양한 형태의 재활 환경을 구현할 수 있음을 보이고자 제안된 시스템의 프로토 타입을 실제로 제작하였다. 아울러 이 시스템 을 이용한 몇 가지 실험을 통하여 여러 환경에 적용 가능한 운동/인지 병행 재활의 구현 가능성을 보이고 있다. Among the elderly and patients with mild brain diseases (such as dementia and stroke), when there is a certain degree of self-acting ability and cognitive ability, exercise and cognitive rehabilitation are often required. However, since most of the existing rehabilitation systems are separated or specialized in exercise or cognitive rehabilitation, there is a need for a form linking both. In this paper, we propose a game-type rehabilitation system that enables both exercise and cognitive rehabilitation using CAN communication protocol, one of ICT technologies. This system uses the CAN BUS structure to separate and combine each individual module constituting the rehabilitation system in various forms. A prototype of the proposed system was actually produced to show that various types of rehabilitation environments can be implemented according to the degree of cognitive ability and motor ability of the patient (or the elderly). In addition, through several experiments using this system, it is possible to implement exercise/cognitive parallel rehabilitation applicable to various environments.

        효과적인 크랙 검사 자동화 장치를 위한 기반 기술 연구

        Numerous pipe lines can be found on various plant-based industrial sites. These pipelines should be periodically checked for defects. Most of these pipelines are internally inaccessible and difficult to visually inspect. Therefore, the inspection is being carried out with the help of non-contact inspection equipment such as ultrasonic flaw detection equipment. The use of ultrasonic flaw detection equipment can raise time and efficiency issues. In order to solve this problem, we will study the basic technology necessary for the development of automated inspection system equipped with ultrasonic measuring equipment and verify the validity through the fabrication of the demonstration device.
