본 연구에서는 일반주거지역 내 비주거용도시설이 혼재하는 현상에 주목하여 지역단위에서 용도혼합 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 홍대상권이 확산되면서 자연발생적으로 용도변화가 일어난 인접 저층주거지 중 서교 지역과 연남/동교 지역을 대상으로 현장답사를 통해 개별 건축물의 층별 세부업종 데이터를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 층별 시설 수를 산정하여 용도혼합도를 분석하고 유형을 분류하였으며, 용도혼합의 블록패턴, 유형별 주요 세부업종, 주요 세부업종의 입지패턴을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 기존 용도분류체계가 홍대상권과 같은 지역에서의 혼합적 토지이용을 분석하는데 한계점을 가지며, 한국 도시에서의 용도혼합 특성을 파악하기 위해서 세부업종의 구성과 업종별 시설 수도 함께 고려할 필요가 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 홍대상권이 인접 저층주거지로 지속적으로 확산되며 용도혼합이 증가하고 있다는 점에서, 향후 관련 제도의 정비 방향을 설정하고 효과적으로 도시공간을 관리하기 위해 시계열 관찰을 통한 용도혼합도 변화, 세부업종의 구성 변화 및 변화속도가 도시공간에 미치는 영향 등에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다. As a commercial district of Hongdae in Seoul is thriving and expanding, its commercialized area is spreading across nearby residential district. This study analyzes the mixed-used characteristics of residential area in Hongdae’s commercial district. The research is conducted as follows. First, two specific residential areas like Seo-gyo and Yeon-nam are chosen for empirical analysis. Second, 71 blocks that are scattered within the selected areas are surveyed in 2015 in terms of the mixed-use ratio and the pattern of non-residential building uses. The results show that the surveyed blocks are categorized into five types based on the ratio of non-residential and commercial properties. Each type exhibits different businesses and different spatial atmosphere. Hongdae commercial district likely shows continued mixed-use development and adaptive-reuse activities. Therefore, further studies are needed to clarify how the mixed-use ratio and its spatial pattern might influence the surrounding urban environment.

본 연구는 지역사회복지 교육의 정체성과 방향을 찾기 위하여 지역사회복지 교육의 표준화 과정을 검토 분석하고, 지역사회복지론 교과목 지침서(2010)의 내용을 분석틀에 근거하여 교육과정(목표, 교재, 내용, 방법) 현황과 지역사회복지 교육의 개선방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이에 한국사회복지교육협의회에 가입한 75개 대학/개인회원 중 지역사회복지론 담당교수를 대상으로 델파이 조사(이메일)를 실시하였으며, 분석대상은 25명이다. 조사결과, 지역사회복지 교육의 개선을 위한 제언으로 현장과 밀착된 교육과 더불어 지역사회복지 실습 강화, 한국적 지역사회복지 실천모형의 연구 보완, 실천방법/기술 교육의 강화, 새로운 분야 포괄, 지역사회복지론 교수방법을 위한 연찬의 필요성이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to examine Standardization Process of CWE(Community Welfare Education) and present that current situation of a curriculum and improvement direction on analysis form of subject guide(2010). Survey was carried out by Delphi method to charge professors of community welfare subject among 75 university/individual members who are joined in Korean Council on Social Welfare Education. This study suggested that Strengthening practice and education that weld in first-hand field, Supplement study for Korean practical model, Solidify education about practice method/technology, Including new boundary, Necessity of study for instructional method based on the survey result.

In this paper, we have implemented the home control circuit based on the mobile and GUl(graphic user interface) for the home appliance control. The mobile phone can down the menu and the operation be set up on the internet. To establish an operation, the order can pass the gateway and be transferred to the PC.
