        임플란트 주위 골변화와 생존율에 대한 연구

        The success and failure of dental implants depends on various factors such as patient's systemic status, quantity and quality of surrounding bone, presence or absence of marginal infection and mechanical loading condition. The measurement of crestal bone changes around the implants is implemental to evaluate the success and long-term prognosis of the implant. This study was to evaluate the cumulative survival rate of the implants which had been placed in the Department of Periodontics, Chonnam National University Hospital between 1992 and 2003, and to observe the crestal bone loss around the implants which had at least 2 consecutive periapical radiographs after connecting the transmucosal abutment. The radiographs were scanned and digitalized, and the crestal bone levels on the mesial and distal surface of implants were measured using Image analyzer (Image Pro Plus, Media Cybernetics, USA), immediately after implant placement, at 2nd surgery, and 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and every year thereafter. Any bone loss was not observed during the period between the 1stand 2nd surgery, and the bone loss was 0.86 ${\pm}$ 0.92 mm for the first year of loading after connecting the transmucosal abutment. After 1 year of loading, annual bone loss was 0.1 ${\pm}$ 0.27 mm, and total bone loss was 0.90 ${\pm}$ 0.80 mm (during the average follow-up periods of 22.5 ${\pm}$ 25.6 Mos), The implant, with smooth surface, in the mandible, and with the fixed bridge prosthesis showed greater bone loss, compared to those, with the rough surface, in the maxilla and with single crown. In systemically diseased patients (including DM or osteoporosis), the greater bone loss was observed. The cumulative survival rate among 432 implants was 94.10% for 7 years. Among 15 failed implants, 9 implants were removed due to mobility from disintegration of bone-implant interface. From this results, crestal bone loss around the implants were greatest during 1 year after transmucosal abutment connection, and various factors could affect peri-implant bone loss. To prevent and predict the bone loss around the implants and improve the prognosis, further comprehensive maintenance and follow-up schedules are required.

        식생활 외부화에 관한 한일 비교 연구 -주성분 분석을 이용하여-

        The purpose of this paper was to clarify the actual conditions of the 'Dietary externalization' mainly by using the economic and nutrition-related data, accompanied by the economic development in Korea and Japan. 'Modernization of food style' and other modernization have taken place, among which 'Dietary externalization' in particular has recently drawn interest. At the time this paper clarified with econometric analysis whether there are differences between the two countries in term of the modernization of food style and dietary externalization trend. The trends of Dietary externalization of both Korea and Japan were studied using Principal Component Analysis method. The food subgroup were investigated based on the annual report on the household income and expenditure survey of Korea and the annual report on the family income and expenditure survey of Japan. The statistical data from both country were analyzed by SAS program. The results are as follows; 1. In Korea, the ratio of carbohydrates in the total calorie intake is quite high and animal protein is rather low compared to those in Japan. 2. Traditional food such as grains and vegetables are consumed much more in Korea than in Japan. 3. The Principal Component 1, 2 were extracted in both countries during the whole analysis period, which suggested the 'Dietary externalization' 4. Principal Component 1 has a positive factor loaded in all food items including meals outside the home and process food. In other words, it is apparent that the 'Dietary externalization' tread in Korea has a simple pattern suggesting that all externalization related items are on the rise. 5. Principal component 1, 2 which indicated the dietary externalization, were detected in Japan.

        증숙 더덕 용매별 추출물의 Nitric Oxide 생성 저해 효과 및 Acetylcholinesterase 저해활성

        Steaming is a method that has traditionally been used for medicinal plant extraction. This study investigated nitrite oxide production, ferrous ion chelating activity, α-glucosidase, xanthine oxidase, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities of ethanol, acetone and hot-water extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata prepared by steaming seven times. MTT assay showed that each extract was non-toxic up to a concentration of 700 ㎍/mL confirming that there was no cytotoxicity in all extracts. The α-glucosidase, xanthine oxidase, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities exhibited by the hot-water extract obtained from steaming seven times were higher (83.1%) than the other extracts. Higher production of nitrite oxide and better ferrous chelating activity was recorded with hot-water extract compared to ethanol and acetone extracts. These results indicated that more steaming of Codonopsis lanceolata extracts would be required to validate the possibility of developing antioxidants. Also, further study is needed to determine if the components present in the tested extracts might be useful in the prevention of Alzheimer's disease. These results showed that hot-water extracts may be useful for their antioxidant and the production inhibitory activity of nitrite oxide. It will be helpful in the investigation of the constituent analysis of the steam-processed product of Codonopsis lanceolata.

        결명자 에탄올추출물이 알코올 투여 흰쥐의 항산화물질 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        결명자 에탄올추출물이 알코올을 투여한 흰쥐의 간손상에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해, 정상군, 결명자 에탄올추출물(200 mg/kg)투여군, 알코올 투여군(35% ethanol 10 mL/kg, b.w./day), 알코올 및 결명자 에탄올추출물(200 mg 및 400mg/kg) 병합투여군 등 5군으로 나누어 6주간 사육후 체중증가율, 식이효율 및 혈액중 총 콜레스테롤, HDL-콜레스테롤 및 LDL-콜레스테롤농도, 혈청중 ALT 및 AST활성, 간손상 억제 효과를 확인하기 위해 유리기 해독계 효소인 SOD, catalase, GSH-Px 등의 활성과 유리기 생성계 효소인 XO활성을 측정하고, 지질과산화물인 TBARS 및 GSH함량에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 1) 각 분획구의 항산화력은 n-핵산>클로르포름>에틸아세테이트>물>메탄올 순이었다. 2) 결명자 에탄올추출물과 알코올을 병합투여하므로서 체중증가율은 알코올만을 투여한 군에 비하여 유의적인 변화는 아니었으나 증가되는 경향을 보였으며 식이효율은 정상군의 치에 근접하게 증가되었다. 3) 간 손상의 지표의 하나인 혈청 중 ALT 및 AST활성의 경우, 알코올 투여로 정상군에 비하여 유의적으로 증가되었으나 결명자 에탄올추출물을 병합투여하므로서 정상군보다 오히려 낮았다. 4) 알코올 투여로 총 콜레스테롤 및 LDL-콜레스테롤함량은 정상군에 비하여 많이 증가되었으나 결명자 에탄올추출물 병합투여로 투여량이 증가됨에 따라 더욱 우수한 감소효과를 나타내었다. 반면 HDL-콜레스테롤함량은 알코올 투여로 정상군에 비하여 유의적으로 감소되었으나 결명자 에탄올추출물 병합투여로 정상군의 농도에 근접하게 증가되었는데, 특히 결명자 에탄올추출물만을 투여한 군의 함량이 정상군보다 높았다. 5) 결명자 에탄올추출물이 알코올 투여로 상승된 유리기 생성계효소인 XO활성은 알코올만을 투여한 군에 비하여 약 42%정도 현저하게 감소시켰으나, 유리기 해독계 효소인 SOD, catalase 및 GSHPx 활성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 6) 알코올 투여로 증가된 간 중의 TBA반응성 산물량을 결명자 에탄올추출물이 유효하게 감소시켰으며, 특히 결명자 에탄올추출물만을 투여한 군의 간 TBA 반응성 산물량이 정상군보다 오히려 낮았다. 7) 알코올 섭취로 간조직 중의 GSH함량이 정상군에 비하여 약 51%정도 감소되었으나 결명자 에탄올추출물투여로 정상군의 함량에 근접하도록 증가되었다. 이상의 실험 결과에서 결명자 에탄올추출물의 항산화작용은 주로 알코올투여로 증가된 유리기 생성계 효소인 XO활성억제와 비효소적 항산화작용을 나타내는 GSH함량을 증가시키므로서 지질과 산화물에 대한 방어력이 증강되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지고, 또한 혈청중 지질함량, ALT 및 AST의 활성을 유의성있게 감소시켰음은 결명자 에탄올추출물이 알코올에 의한 지방간 또는 손상된 간세포를 회복시키는 작용이 있는 것으로 추정된다. This study was done to investigate the effects of ethanol extract of Cassia semen (Cassia tora L.) on the activities of hepatic oxygen free radicals metabolizing enzymes and blood lipid profile in rats of hepatotoxicity induced by ethanol. Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 100~160 g were divided into 5 groups; control group (CON), Cassia semen ethanol extracts (200 mg/kg) treated group (CEL), ethanol (10 mL/kg, 35%) treated group (ETH), Cassia semen ethanol extracts (200 mg/kg) and ethanol treated group (CE1) and Cassia semen ethanol extracts (400 mg/kg) and ethanol treated group (CE2), respectively. Compared with ETH, the growth rate of CE1 and CE2 were to be increased tendency, and in blood levels of total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and the activities of alanine aminotranferase and asparate aminotransferase elevated by ethanol were significantly decreased (p<0.05). It was observed that the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, xanthine oxidase and glutathione peroxidase of rat liver increased by ethanol, were more decreased by the treatment of Cassia semen ethanol extract than the only ethanol-treated group. The content of glutathione depleted by ethanol treatment was increased in CE1 and CE2. TBA-reactants of liver increased by ethanol were decreased in CE1 and CE2, compared with ethanol-treated group. These results suggested that ethanol extract of Cassia semen may influence upon the ability of oxygen free radical detoxication and lowering of blood lipid level on ethanol-induced hepatotoxicity in rat.

        표주박이끼(Funaria hygrometrica)에서 분리된 2종의 국내 미기록 내생균

        In the present study, we isolated endophytic fungal strains from the rhizoids of the moss Funaria hygrometrica . The isolated strains were identified based on morphological characteristics and analysis of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and large subunit (LSU) rDNA sequence regions. Consequently, we confirmed the presence of two endophytic fungal species, Curvularia protuberata and Didymella anserina, which have not been reported in Korea previously. Here, we describe the morphological characteristics and molecular analysis results of these fungal species.

        꼬마초롱이끼(Mnium heterophyllum )와 가는털깃털이끼(Hypnum plumaeforme)에서 분리한 국내 미기록 내생균: Biscogniauxia petrensis , Cercophora thailandica

        In this study, we isolated endophytic fungal strains from the rhizoid and the leaf of Mnium heterophyllum and Hypnum plumaeforme, respectively. The isolated strains were identified based on morphological characters and molecular analysis of the internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, β -tubulin, and RNA polymerase II subunit regions. From the results, we confirmed two endophytic fungal species, Cercophora thailandica, and Biscogniauxia petrensis, which to the best of our knowledge, have not yet been reported in Korea. We further describe the morphological characteristics and the results of the molecular analyses of these isolated fungal strains.

        기초간호과목 블렌디드 러닝수업에서 간호대학생의 자기조절학습에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 기초간호과학 블렌디드 러닝수업에서 간호대학생의 자기조절학습에영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구대상자는 W도시에 소재한 일개 간호대학 2학년에 재학 중인 학생으로 본 연구에 참여를 동의 한 133명을 대상으로 2019년 3월에서부터 6월까지 자료 수집을 하였다. 수업 시작전 구조화된 설문지를 배포하여 조사하였으며 16주 수업이 종료된 후 지필고사, 퀴즈문제, 과제를 합산하여 학업성취도 점수를 산출하였다. 수집된 자료의 일반적 특 성과 변수간의 비교는 t-test, ANOVA(analysis of variance), 각 변수들의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficient, 자기조절학습의 예측변수는 다중선형회귀분석(Multiple Linear regression analysis)을 SPSS Win 21.0 Program 사용하여 분석하였다. 자기조절학습에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로 내재적 동기(t=2.26, p=.026), 숙달접근목표(t=5.93, p<.001)가 예측요인으로 확인되었으며 34 %의 설명력을 보였다(R²=.344, p<.001). 따라서 학생들의 자기조절학습 역량을 향상시키기 위해서는 내재적 동기와 숙달접근목표를 향상시킬 수 있도록 전략적인 수업설계를 고려해야함을 시사한다. This study researches the correlational the predictive factors of nursing college students’ self-regulatory learning in the basic nursing science class which is based on the blended learning method. The subjects were 133 sophomore students of a nursing college in W city who have consented to participate in this study, and the data collection was conducted from March to June 2019. Before classes, we surveyed a structured questionnaire. And after 16 weeks of the classes, we calculated the level of academic achievement by analyzing the results of paper tests, quiz, assignments, etc. The general characteristics of collected data and the comparison of variables have been analyzed by t-test and ANOVA(analysis of variance), and the correlation between variables has been conducted by Pearson correlation coefficient, and also the predictive variables of self-regulatory learning has been done by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Win 21.0 program. This study shows that predictive factors to the effect of self-regulatory learning have shown the intrinsic motivation (t = 2.26, p = .026) and the proficiency approach goal (t = 5.93, p <.001) with 34 % (R² = .344, p <.001) of coefficient determination. Therefore, it is suggested that strategic teaching methods and Syllabus designs should be considered to improve students’ intrinsic motivation and proficiency approach goal by reinforcing their competency towards self-regulatory learning.
