본 연구의 목적은 항공레저스포츠의 이용 수단으로만 인식되었던 초경량비행장치가 장차 테러리스트에 의한 항공테러 수단으로 등장을 가상한 잠재적 위협요인을 상정하여 분석해 보고 대테러 전략을 탐색적으로 연구하는 것이다. 최근 항공레저문화의 확산과 초경량비행장치 활성화로 인해 우리나라 전역에서 수많은 항공클럽과 동호회의 활동이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 이에 초경량비행장치의 활동은 증가하고 있으나 실질적인 통제의 어려움으로 비행안전 위험과 공중충돌 가능성이 상존함에 따라서 초경량비행장치의 비행안전 시스템 구축과 아울러 테러리스트의 테러 수단으로써의 잠재적 테러위협 분석 등을 통한 사전 대책마련이 그 어느 때 보다도 중요하게 부각되고 있는 시점이다. 본 연구결과에서 제시한 초경량비행장치에 대한 선제적 관점에서의 대테러 전략을 수립하여 시행함으로써 미래예측이 거의 불가능한 국제 테러환경 상황을 감안하여 국가위기관리의 일환에서 적극적인 검토가 필요한 시기라 판단된다. 나아가 초경량비행장치는 물론 경량항공기를 포함한 소형화, 경량화 되고 있는 항공기의 발전 추세 등을 종합적으로 고려한 국가차원에서의 대테러 전략과 대책마련으로 철저한 사전대비를 하여야 할 때임을 강조하였다. The purpose of this research is the use of air as a means of leisure sports, but the device was recognized ultralight flying air attacks by terrorists in the future as a means of analysis of the emergence and the virtual one potential threat of terrorism is to research the exploratory strategy. The research presented in this ultralight flying devices from the point of view of the pre-emptive counter-terrorism strategy, the implementation of international terrorism is almost impossible to predict the future by considering the environmental situation in the country as part of crisis management should place an active review time of need.
데크플레이트를 사용한 강섬유보강콘크리트 슬래브의 구조성능 평가

Steel fiber reinforced concrete can improve the resistance to cracking by adding steel fibers when mixing concrete. It can reduce the temperature and shrinkage cracks, and its flexural performance can be improved by increasing the effective moment of inertia. In this study, the deck-plate was used to replace the concrete form and reinforcing bars, and the steel fiber reinforced concrete was used to control the shrinkage and temperature cracks, and improve the flexural performance of the slab. Total 9 slab specimens were tested for analyzing the structural performance and serviceability. As a results, flexural capacity of the slab with deck-plate was evaluated to be superior to that of the normal reinforced concrete slab specimens with the same tensile reinforcement. The steel fiber reinforced concrete was found to have about 8% flexural capacity increase depending on the steel fiber content 15.7 kg/㎥. Also, in terms of flexural stiffness, the specimens using steel fiber reinforced concrete for the same parameters were evaluated to have a stiffness increase of about 30% compared with the case of using ordinary concrete. Especially, it was found that the stiffness of the test results was significantly higher than the analytical result because the increase of the tensile strength of the steel fiber reinforced concrete is not reflected in the current structural code.

Since the tensile strength of concrete is only about 10% of the compressive strength, cracks can occur due to the external factors such as tensile stress, shrinkage and temperature effect. Steel fiber reinforced concrete has various advantages as a structural material that can increase the tensile strength and represent the ductile failure just by mixing steel fibers during concrete mixing. But, the actual use of these products is very restricted because its performance has not been clarified yet. In this study, the tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete was evaluated for improving its applicability. The results of the experiments carried out by various researchers were analyzed, and additional material tests were conducted in this study to evaluate the correlation between compressive strength and tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete. 콘크리트의 인장강도는 압축강도의 약 10% 정도에 불과하기 때문에 인장응력 및 온도수축 등의 외적 요인에 따라 균열이 발생하고 단면의 성능이 감소되는 단점을 가지게 된다. 강섬유 콘크리트는 콘크리트 배합시 강섬유를 혼입하여 인장강도의 향상 및 연성파괴를 유도할 수 있는 구조재료로써 다양한 장점을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 그 성능의 명확한 규명이 이루어지지 않아 설계에 반영되지 못하고 있으며, 이에 따라 그 사용실적도 미미한 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 강섬유콘크리트의 인장강도의 특성을 평가하여 그 적용성을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이에 따라, 기존의 다양한 연구자들에 의하여 수행된 실험의 결과를 종합분석하고, 본 연구에서 추가적인 재료실험을 실시하여 강섬유콘크리트가 나타내는 압축강도와 인장강도의 상관관계를 평가하도록 하였다.

The mentor is very important in the study circle in that he/she can facilitate and guide the study process and the production of study result. The purpose of this study is to investigate growth factors and roles of mentors who have been successfully running the study circle for more than 5 years. The study shows that there are several growth factors of the successful mentors. First, they have successful relationships and constant interactions with their senior mentors, and strong desire to become like them. Second, they have such personal abilities as learning capabilities, information power, diligence, humor, sense of mission and passion. Third, they have good personal qualities, including challenge for change, new understanding about their presence, personal growth, thoughtfulness, and non-stereotypical thinking. In addition, their roles are analyzed as follows. First, they support career development for their mentees by showing the future direction, providing lecture opportunities, and making connections to studies. Second, they make strong and comfortable relationships with mentees by supporting them socially and emotionally, and by providing life consulting. Third, they act as role models for mentees, and help them to carry out the roles effectively. We also suggest policy implications from the result of this study.
