다구찌 방법을 이용한 Inconel 718 소재의 선삭가공에서 표면거칠기 최적화

Inconel 718 alloy, widely used as material of aircraft engine, has a good mechanical property in high temperature, strong anti-oxidation characteristics in oxidated current over $900^{\circ}C$, and also is not easily digested in the air containing sulfur, therefore, its usage as mechanical component is expanding rapidly. Even though Inconel alloy 718 is difficult to machine, it requires highly precise processing/machining to sustain its component quality of high accuracy. In this paper, general turning operation conditions arc tested to select the best cutting process condition by measuring surface roughness through implementing experiments with orthogonal array of cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth as processing parameters based on the Taguchi method. Optimal turning operation conditions are extracted from the proposed experimental models.

지속적인 택배 물동량 증가에도 불구하고 택배 단가는 낮아지고 있다. 이에 따라 택배 기사들의 근무 강도가 높아졌다. 택배 기사의 애로사항을 VOC(Voice Of Customers) 수집을 통해 직접 듣고 택배 시스템을 개선하기 위한 장비를 설계했다. 장비에 배달물을 적재한 후 탑차에 일괄적으로 실을 수 있다. 배송지에서는 볼스크류에 체결된 판재로 배달물을 탑차 문 앞까지 밀어주어서 탑차에 올라가지 않고 배송이 가능하다. NIOSH 방정식을 이용해 인간공학적 관점에서 장비의 작동이 근무자에게 과도한 작업 부하를 일으키지 않는다는 것을 확인했다. 유한 요소법을 이용하여 응력 해석을 진행하고 장비의 안전계수를 확인했다.

Pituitary tumors occur in 15-50% of patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia of type 1 (MEN1). To the best of our knowledge, no MEN1 case in which the initial lesion was an invasive giant prolactinoma has been reported from Korea. We describe a patient in whom a skull-base tumor involved the sellar and parasellar spaces. A 49 year-old female presented with headache and diplopia. The tumor was ultimately identified as a giant prolactinoma; the serum prolactin concentration increased from 155.6 ng/mL to 3,234.3 ng/mL after cranial irradiation. She was evaluated in terms of incidental hypercalcemia and was found to have parathyroid hyperplasia. Genetic analysis revealed a missense mutation in the MEN1 gene (c.643G>A, p.Val215Met). Two years of treatment with a dopamine agonist reduced, but did not normalize, the serum prolactin concentration. We highlight the aggressive behavior of the giant skull-base tumor, and the diagnostic delay caused by a high-dose hook effect of the MEN1-related prolactinoma. (Korean J Med 2016;91:300-305)

We designed a equipment to improve the courier system by listening to the voice of customers. It can be easily loaded into the truck cargo room after arranging all the courier items into the equipment. Because plates fastened to ball screws push the box to the rear door of the truck, the delivery man does not need to go aboard the cargo room to get it. Using the NIOSH equation, we confirmed that the operation of the equipment does not require much effort of the worker. Stress analysis was also carried out using the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the equipment was proved to be structurally safe.
