고분자전해질 연료전지의 중저온 열원을 건물난방에 이용하기 위한 온도 제어장치 개발

본 연구에서는 기존 가정용연료전지에서 활용이 미약한 중저온의 배열을 건물난방부하에 적용할 수 있도록 온도 안정화 장치를 개발하였으며 이 장치가 기존 난방설비와 연계가 가능하도록 제어시스템을 구축하였다. 연료전지 시스템의 정상작동을 위해서는 연료전지로부터 배출되는 온수의 공급온도가 $60^{\circ}C$이어야 하고 다시 연료전지로 회수되는 작동 유체의 환수온도는 항상 $55^{\circ}C$로 유지하여야 한다. 본고에서는 먼저 스택배열 활용을 극대화하기 위해 CFD 분석을 통해 소형열교환기와 기존 난방설비배관과의 최적 연계장치시스템을 구성하였다. 또한 계절별 난방 수온의 불규칙한 온도변화에 대응하기 위해서 연료전지 스택의 열원과 아파트세대 난방용 환수관을 연결한 온도자동조절 밸브를 사용하여 온도안정화 장치를 개발하였다. 소형열교환기와 통합 활용할 수 있도록 설정된 온수의 온도가 편차 ${\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ 이내에서 유지되도록 하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 연료전지인 PEMFC의 배열을 건물난방부하에 활용이 추후 가능할 것으로 예상된다. This study performs several experiments on a newly developed temperature safety system that can be used for residential building heating systems, the heat source of which is derived from a conventional fuel cell. Prior to this, the hot water made from a fuel cell was not used in residential housing but just went to waste. The present safety system is installed in the current underfloor heating system. At first we used the CFD technique to develop a new heat exchanger. The fuel cell must satisfy the thermal conditions of the inlet temperature being $55^{\circ}C$ and the outlet temperature being $60^{\circ}C$. But variations in weather cause fluctuations in the heating water temperature. The experimental results show our new system capable of maintaining the temperature difference within a ${\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ range. So we believe that our new PFMFC fuel cell stack array is a good candidate for being used in residential heating systems.

아트리움을 통해 사업되는 書光은 태양의 위치에 따라 조도분포의 범위가 다양하게 변함으로 室 空間에서 시각적 불쾌감이나 냉ㆍ난방부하의 증가를 발생시킬 수 있다. 그러므로 아뜨리움 공간은 특성에 맞는 다양한 연구가 되어져야 한다. 특히 書光 사입은 아뜨리움 실내 주광환경에 많은 영향을 미치기에 아뜨리움에서 주광의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 아트리움은 실내 환경적인 측면에서 문제를 발생한 우려가 없도록 계획되고 설계되어져야 한다. 그러나 현재 아뜨리움을 실측을 통한 평가보다는 모형실험이나 s/w를 통한 연구가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 H 건물 아뜨리움에서 쾌적한 실내 환경조성과 아트리움 내부 視環境을 쾌적하게 창출할 수 있도록 室 空間에 분포되는 공간조도와 공간온도분포 휘도등을 實測ㆍ評價히여 실제 아뜨리움에서 발생되는 실질적인 문제점 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. The most important aspect in atrium design is to consider about indoor environment. In case of daylighting in atrium visible troubles and increasement of cooling loads sometimes occur. The evaluation of indoor environmental factor in atrium depends on the reduction model measurement and simulation by s/w. Therefore, in this study, we suggest a solution for reasonable visual environment conditions that is found by measurement of indoor illuminance, indoor air temperature distribution, and luminance in a sample building atrium.
서머밸브를 이용한 온수순환 방식 절수형 급탕 배관공법에 대한 성능평가 연구

Current water distribution systems like branch type and separate type piping systems have still had some limitation with instability for temperature and flow rate when using multi water-taps simultaneously in a house and waste of water resources when using hot water. To improve these problems, we have developed a water-saving hot water piping system using thermo valve. The present study was undertaken in order to evaluate performance of the improved system compared with the existing system. The results show that our system restrains a waste of water and we can immediately use water at set temperature after 78~87 sec circulation. Also, in cases of using multi water-taps, average temperature deviation was below 0.6℃ and decrement of flow rate reduced over double.
電氣 照明에너지 節減을 위한 Lightshelf 設計 硏究

본 논문에서 수정 설계 빛선반의 주된 특색은 기존의 빛선반보다 3차원적인 각도 조절이다. 따라서. 반사광을 항상 천정 중앙부에 위치, 실내 휘도 및 조도의 변화를 줄였다. 또한 주광 활용 시간을 1.5배 늘여 이용 효율을 높였다. 기존의 Passive type의 빛선반보다 풍압 대처나 야간의 실내조명 효율을 높이는데 활용이 가능 하다.

Changing to a 24-hour urbanistic life style, a night time activities constituted for a major portion. Important of a beautiful exterior lighting as well as safety, and security concerns become increasingly. However, the removal or control of the excessive lighting is considered more important then increasing the brightness of the lamps to achieve bother safety and security. Representing a cheerful and leisure environment from the exterior lighting can also harmonize two aspects of energy saving and sustaining green environment. Designing of exterior lighting at the ○○ Agricultural & Fishery Circulation center symbolizes the suitability, convenience and production. It"s design and analysis represent the optimum urban night time environment.

It can be seen that although renewable energies in capacity have yearly increased, it has still been weekend in its feasibility and users satisfaction. Therefore, It is believed that fuelcell technology can be applied to a number of areas including urban buildings significantly reducing energy demands. In addition to that, it is a useful item to realize net zero energy houses and highly efficient building systems based on types of used fuels. However, its expensive costs and use of redundant heat have still been remained as problems. Therefore, this research will evaluate the economic value of domestic fuelcell system using apartment test-beds through recorded data of household and verification.

Recently according to the fashion of well-being, the case study of under floor heating system type for residential space is increasing. Specially double slab floor system can make several roles as reducing the acoustic noises and also supplying fresh air through the gap. So in present study floor heating performance was examined with various location of the space in the case of floor supply air and ceiling supply air. In both cases return air went out through ceiling opening. As one of the result is that when using the heat pipe type floor heating system the temperature difference between supply and return water was 15.2℃, but in case of commercial type floor heating system, the temperature difference was 5.3℃ when the supply water temperature was 50℃.

It is difficult to implement energy independent city using just existing energy technology. In addition, it is impossible to use natural energy sources for 24hours to secure the economic efficiency in terms of energy demand and indoor environmental quality. In case of utilizing hydrogen and fuel cells, it is possible to establish the infrastructure of non-carbon clean city. The construction of energy independent infrastructure using the small and medium-sized distributed generation is a useful technology for constructing the infrastructure of the city for the future. Therefore, in this study, we analyze and improve the problems of existing fuel cell for buildings and verify the technologies through constructing the process for handling the building energy load and proceeding the actual assessment. Through constructing the city infrastructure based on the hydrogen, these technologies are expected to contribute to create new market.
광기여 필름 LED 팬던트 작업조명시스템 주관평가와 성능검증

For a long time work or study, pendent task lighting system prepared with phosphor luminescent film LED was developed for eye protection and working efficiency improvement. Developed lighting system was used together with pendent and ambient lighting. Such as, we made comfortable lighting environment system. Evaluation for developed lighting system, that had proceeded to Mock-up test and subjective evaluation. Also It had proceeded that lighting environment analyzed and compatibility valuation of installation. In subjective evaluation, the students have expressed themselves satisfied to phosphor luminescent film LED lighting system. In Mock-up test, It is not problem to intensity of illumination, luminance and color temperature. Therefore, developed LED lighting system was installed at the Daegu apartment. It is having a P.O.E study progress to phosphor luminescent film LED lighting system.
