        운동지속에 따른 월경곤란증 및 혈관염증인자의 변화

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify dysmenorrhea symptoms, related markers (PGE₂, PGF2α, TXB2) and inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6, CRP) and to examine the effects of continuous exercise program on identified symptoms and related markers in menstruating women in their 20s. Method: A structured exercise program was provided 3 times a week with each 60-minute session including a five-minute warm up with stretching exercises, 8 large-muscle exercises using weight training machines and a five-minute post-exercise stretching. Each large-muscle exercise was repeated ten times, and one session of exercise included all eight large muscle exercises. Results: In the period, Dysmenorrhea VAS (p<.001), Menstrual pain VAS (p<.001), PGE₂ (p<.001), PGF2α(p<.001), TXB2 (p<.001), TNF-α(p<.001), IL-6 (p<.001), and CRP (p<.001) showed significant differences in all variables. In the group, 4-week exercise group, 8-week exercise group, and 12-week exercise group, Menstrual pain VAS (p<.001), PGF2α(p<.01), TNF-α(p<.001), IL-6 (p<.001), and CRP (p<.01) showed significant differences. Conclusion: In this study, most participants who suffered from Dysmenorrhae according to exercise continuation and discontinuation showed a slight decrease in pain and inflammatory response in 4 weeks exercise participation. 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of exercise participation showed a significant decrease in all variables, and for the relief of Dysmenorrhea symptoms and menstrual pain, it is thought that at least 12 weeks of exercise can have a great effect.

        유동해석을 통한 배수지형태에 따른 배수효율분석

        Large amounts of household water are required as common households change from the single-residence types of the past to group-residence types. Therefore, the management of reservoirs is urgently required to ensure the supply of clean household water to users. Important considerations for household water include the duration for which the water is stored in the reservoir, the disinfectant’s dilution capacity, and the size of the reservoir to allow for the amount of water required for emergencies and firefighting. The drainage efficiency was analyzed in this study using computational fluid analysis for existing rectangular reservoirs and the newly proposed hexagonal reservoir. Thus, it was determined that the centrifugal force generated at the inlet was maintained until the outlet due to the approximately circular shape of the hexagonal reservoir. The findings of this study verified that the centrifugal force improved the flow rate by approximately 35% compared to existing rectangular reservoirs and that drainage was performed efficiently without stagnation zone.

        트레이닝 세트방법의 차이와 디트레이닝이 신체조성, GH, IGF-1에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일반 남자 대학생을 대상으로 웨이트 트레이닝 세트방법(ascending set, descending set, drop set)의 차이에 따른 신체조성, GH, IGF-1의 변화를 트레이닝 전, 트레이닝 8주 후, detraining 2주 후 차이를 규명하여 일반 남자 대학생들에게 적합한 세트방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 골격근량 증가만 나타났던 ascending set와 체지방량 감소만 나타났던 descending set에 비해 골격근량 증가와 체지방량 감소가 같이 나타났던 drop set가 신체조성에 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈으며, 트레이닝 8주 후 세 그룹 중 가장 높은 증가폭과 detraining 2주 후 다른 두 그룹에 비해 트레이닝 전보다 높은 수준을 유지했던 drop set의 GH 농도수준을 비추어 보았을 때, drop set에서의 GH의 반응이 긍정적인 신체조성 개선을 보여 drop set가 ascending set와 descending set보다 일반 남자 대학생들에게 효과적이며 적합한 웨이트 트레이닝 세트방법으로 사료된다. This study aims to investigate the differences in body composition (body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass), GH and IGF-1 that differ by a weight training set method(ascending set, descending set, drop set) before training, 8 weeks after training and after 2 weeks of detraining; and to suggest the appropriate training strategy for typical male university students. Drop set is suggested as the effective training set method for typical male university students for its positive effects in body composition in comparison to ascending set showing increased skeletal muscle mass only and descending set resulting in decreased body fat. In addition, drop set group exhibited the biggest range of increase in GH concentration at 8 weeks after training among three groups and maintained the relatively higher level of GH after 2 weeks of detraining than before the training when comparing with the other two groups. Hence, based on this assessment, it is advised that drop set is more effective and appropriate training set method for typical male university students since GH response from drop set has positive influence to the improvement of body composition.

        연령대별 스트레스 대처방법에 따른 우울 및 불안에 대한 기초 연구

        본 연구는 스트레스와 생리 변인(면역, 염증)을 검증하기 이전, 스트레스 대처와 대처방법을 연령대별 우울, 불안 증세를 분석하여 기초 자료 제공을 위한 pilot test를 실시하였다. 비대면 방법으로 BDI 및 STAI를 연령대별(20대~70대) 비대면조사와 대면조사를 병행, 추적조사로 실시하였다. 20대부터 60대에서 대처방법에 따라 스트레스 해소 후 유의한 저하를 보였고, 불안은 모든 연령대에서 스트레스 해소 후 유의한 저하를 보였으며, 50대는 운동에 의한 스트레스 대처가 스트레스 해소 후 제일 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 심리 변인에 따른 기초 연구를 통해 실제 스트레스대처방법에 따른 생리적 변인을 추가 검증하여 높은 스트레스 수준을 보이는 대상을 모집단으로 장기간의 운동 처치를 통해 운동요법에 의해서 우울 및 불안증세 개선과 면역, 염증 반응과의 상관관계 등을 연령대별, 대상별 적합한 스트레스 대처방법을 추가적으로 검증해야 할 것이다. Before examining stress and physiological variables (immunity, inflammation), this study conducted a pilot test to provide basic data by analyzing depression and anxiety symptoms by age group for stress coping and coping methods. As a non-face-to-face method, BDI and STAI by age group (20s to 70s) and face-to-face survey were conducted concurrently and as follow-up surveys. In 20s to 60s, according to the coping method, there was a significant decrease after stress relief, and in all age groups, anxiety decreased significantly after stress relief, and in the 50s, stress coping with exercise was the lowest after stress relief. Based on the results of this study, through basic research according to psychological variables, physiological variables according to actual stress coping methods were further verified, and subjects with high stress levels were treated with long-term exercise therapy for depression and anxiety symptoms by exercise therapy. It will be necessary to additionally verify the appropriate stress coping method for each age group and subject, such as the correlation between improvement and immunity and inflammatory response.

        경두개 직류전기자극과 운동형태가 우울증세에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 최근 우울증의 치료적 중재자 역할을 한다고 알려진 경두개 직류전기자극과 운동형태(유산소, 무산소, 복합)에 따른 여자 대학생의 우울증세(BDI, STAI)에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 경두개 직류전기자극군, 유산소 운동군, 저항성 운동군, 복합 운동군, 대조군, 각 20명씩 연구대상 포함기준에 해당하는 총 100명을 모집, 중도탈락자 9명을 제외한 91명의 데이터를 추출한 후, 통계적으로 검증하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 우울증세 여자 대학생에게 본 연구의 처치 즉, 경두개 직류전기자극, 유산소 운동, 저항성 운동, 복합 운동을 운동 전과 6주 후, 12주 후로 검증한 결과, 우울증세 반응에 있어 경두개 직류전기자극은 6주 간 가장 많은 우울증세 완화에 효과를 보였다. 하지만 운동처치 그룹이 6주 이후에는 더 많은 우울증세를 완화시키고 있어, 이는 한 달 이상의 운동처치가 신체 내 반응하여 뇌신경조절에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. This study is to analyze the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation which is currently known to play the role of therapeutic mediator for depression and various forms of exercise(aerobic, resistant, combined) on female university students" depression symptoms(BDI, STAI). This study selected a total of 100 female students corresponding to the standard of a research subject or 20 students each for 5 groups, which were transcranial direct current stimulation group, aerobic exercise group, resistant exercise group, combined exercise group and control group. Experimental data were extracted from 91 students in exception of 9 dropouts in the middle of the study and were statistically analyzed to draw out following results. Transcranial direct current stimulation and various forms of exercise(aerobic exercise, resistant exercise, combined exercise) had decreasing effect on female students" overall depression symptoms(BDI, STAI) of depression, state anxiety and trait anxiety in all groups except control group. In sum, as the result of verifying the effect of the treatments of this study, which were transcranial direct current stimulation, aerobic exercise, resistant exercise and combined exercise, on female university students with depression symptoms by dividing pre-exercise, after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks periods, transcranial direct current stimulation had the greatest effect of relieving depression symptoms for 6 weeks.

        근감소증 예방을 위한 저항성 운동과 수분 섭취에 따른 염증반응의 변화

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify body composition and inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6, CRP) and to elucidate the effects of water intake and resistance exercise treatment in middle-aged women in their 50s. Method: Chest press, lat pull down, shoulder press, back extension, leg extension, and leg curl were performed for 12 weeks (3 sets, 10 repetitions, 1RM 65%), and the same amount of water intake (100ml, about 3/4 of a paper cup) was drunk every 10 minutes. Results: Weight and body fat percentage showed a significant difference (p<.001) in the period, and the skeletal muscle mass showed a significant difference in the period (p<.001) and interaction (p<.001). The basal metabolic rate showed a significant difference in duration (p<.001) and interaction (p<.05). Among the inflammatory variables, TNF-α showed significant differences in duration (p<.001) and interaction (p<.05), and both IL-6 and CRP showed significant differences in duration (p<.001). Conclusion: According to the duration of exercise, body weight and body fat percentage decrease significantly regardless of the time of water intake, while skeletal muscle mass and basal metabolic rate significantly increase with exercise duration and interaction. Of the changes in the inflammatory response, TNF-α is significantly decreased at exercise duration and interaction, and is the lowest in the group that drank enough water. IL-6 and CRP are significantly decreased according to the duration of exercise regardless of the water intake period.

        배수지의 배수효율분석을 위한 추적자실험 및 전산유체해석

        During the water treatment process for household water supply, a reservoir is the last place the water is stored before being supplied to users, and the duration of the water’s stay is an important factor that affects its safety. This may cause the concentration of the residual chlorine disinfectant to increase and thus lower the water’s quality. The concentration and discharge efficiency of residual chlorine must be verified and managed, because these are key factors that affect the reservoir’s performance. Because the actual verification test for analyzing the efficiency of a reservoir and the disinfectant’s dilution capacity is difficult, simulations are generally conducted using the computational fluid analysis method. However, the simulation results require validation with experiments. The error and drainage efficiency were analyzed in this study by comparing and analyzing the actual tracer test and simulation so that the actual test for a hexagonal drainage can be replaced by the computational fluid analysis method. Based on the results of the efficiency analysis, the hexagonal reservoir was found to be appropriate, and the simulation’s reliability was verified with a tracer test.

        12주간 복합운동이 비만 중년여성의 혈중지질 및 염증인자에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted by asking a total of 58 women who had no history of regular drug intake, surgery or eating disorder, and were obese with 25% or more body fat. Based on the standard of 200kcal energy consumption during aerobic exercise to reduce body fat, aerobic exercise time was calculated for the subjects, and the comprehensive exercise included exercise intensity O<sub>2max</sub> 50% and anaerobic exercise intensity 1RM 50%. The different effects on blood lipid levels, blood vessel inflammatory factors were analyzed, and the results were as follows. TC(p<.001), TG(p<.001) decreased significantly after exercise, HDL-C increased significantly after exercise(p<.001), TNF-a(p<.001), IL-6(p<.01) and Homocysteine(p<.001) decreased significantly after exercise. There were no significant CRP changes for periods, groups. Based on the results above, it was confirmed that changes in the internal body environment due to obesity activated by blood lipid levels, blood vessel inflammatory factors, which is secreted from various cells and stimulates infections.

        복합운동의 강도가 비만여성의 혈중 지질 및 혈관 염증 cytokine에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted by asking a total of 40 women past menopause who had no history of regular drug intake, surgery or eating disorder, and were obese with 30% or more body fat. Based on the standard of 200kcal energy consumption during aerobic exercise to reduce body fat, aerobic exercise time was calcu-lated for the subjects, and the comprehensive exercise included exercise intensity VㆍO2max 50%, VㆍO2max 70% and anaerobic exercise intensity 1RM 50%, 1RM 70%. The different effects on blood lipid levels, blood ves-sel infections were analyzed, and the results were as follows. There was a significant difference for interaction in TG(p<.05), HDL-C increased significantly after exercise(p<.01), and LDL-C decreased significantly after exercise(p<.05). And looking at the blood vessel infection cytokine changes according to the group and the exercise period, it is notable that there were significant differences in period(p<.001) and interaction(p<.01) for the TNF-α changes. As a result of verifying differences between group period, there was a significant re-duction for all exercise groups after exercise(EG 50%; p<.001, EG 70%; p<.05), and a significant increase in the control group(p<.05). There were no significant CRP changes for periods, groups of interactions. There were significant changes in IL-6 according to period(p<.001) and interaction(p<.01), and significant reduc-tions between group periods for EG 50%(p<.01) and EG 70%(p<.01), but more reductions for EG 50%. Based on the results above, it was confirmed that changes in the internal body environment due to obesity af-ter menopause are activated by cytokine, which is secreted from various cells and stimulates infections.

        다중 큐를 지원하는 고속 I/O 장치를 위한 동적 코어 친화도

        멀티코어 시스템에서 코어 친화도가 네트워크 I/O 성능에 미치는 영향은 다양한 연구들을 통해 관찰 되었다. 점차 고속화되는 네트워크 연결의 발전에 따라 효율적인 코어 친화도 정책은 중요한 성능 요소가 될 수 있다. 미들웨어 수준의 동적 코어 친화도 프레임워크는 네트워크와 디스크 I/O를 함께 고려한 코어 친화도 정책을 제안하였지만 다중 큐에 대한 고려는 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 기존 동적 코어 친화도 프레임워크에 사용된 알고리즘을 다중 큐를 지원하기 위한 구조로 확장하고, 40 기가비트 이더넷과 NVMe 디바이스를 장착한 시스템에서 파일 업로드 성능을 분석한다. 실험 결과 다중 큐를 지원하기 위한 동적 코어 친화도는 하둡 분산 파일 시스템의 파일 업로드 처리량을 최대 32% 향상시켰으며 매니코어 시스템에서 더 나은 확장성을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 다중 큐 조합에 따른 성능영향에 대해 분석하여 다중 큐 분배 조합을 위해 고려해야 할 성능 요소들에 대해 논의한다. Several studies have reported the impact of core affinity on the network I/O performance of multi-core systems. As the network bandwidth increases significantly, it becomes more important to determine the effective core affinity. Although a framework for dynamic core affinity that considers both network and disk I/O has been suggested, the multiple queues provided by high-speed I/O devices are not properly supported. In this paper, we extend the existing framework of dynamic core affinity to efficiently support the multiple queues of high-speed I/O devices, such as 40 Gigabit Ethernet and NVM Express. Our experimental results show that the extended framework can improve the HDFS file upload throughput by up to 32%, and can provide improved scalability in terms of the number of cores. In addition, we analyze the impact of the assignment policy of multiple I/O queues across a number of cores.
