경제통합 기반 동북아 문화공동체에 관한 연구

본 연구는 동북아 국가 간의 경제 및 문화교류의 상황 및 해결 과제 등을 살펴보고 확충을 위한 정책적 제안을 함으로써 역내 발전 방향을 모색한다. 평화와 공동 번영을 구가하기 위해서는 안보 영역에서의 평화 구축과 경제 영역에서의 공동체 형성이 필수적이다. 특히 경제 영역에서의 이해관계 공유가 확산되면 구성원들 간의 공동체 의식이 함양되며, 그것은 경제적 번영은 물론 안보적 공동체 의식으로까지 발전하게 되는데. EU가 좋은 사례이다. 한국이 동북아 경제 및 문화공동체 관련 구상을 제안할 경우 중국이나 일본과 달리 동북아지역에서 헤게모니를 장악하려 한다는 오해를 받을 소지가 없다. 또한 동북아 경제 및 문화공동체 형성이 동북아 국가의 공동 번영뿐만 아니라 긴장 해소 및 평화 구현을 위해서도 필요하다는 점을 감안할 때 동북아 경제 및 문화공동체 실현은 남북분단 상태에 있는 한국의 입장에서 가장 절실하다. EU의 경우 문화공동체 형성이 오랜 동안 지속되어 온 경제공동체 형성의 커다란 성과에 결정적으로 힘입었다. 동북아 지역에서의 성공적인 문화공동체 형성을 통한 지역의 평화와 번영을 위해서는 우선적으로 각국의 경제적 이익을 증진시킬 수 있는 경제공동체 형성을 위한 노력이 우선되어야 한다. The main purpose of this study is to analyze economic and cultural exchange among Northeast Asian countries. Forming a community in economic and cultural fields is essential part of ensuring peace and prosperity of any region of the world. EU shows a good example of that mechanism. Historically, Korea owes nothing to the neighboring countries. Hence Korea is in a very ideal position to lead the movement toward forming a regional community in Northeast Asia. In addition, divided Korea needs a very friendly environment in the region to be unified peacefully in the future. EU's culture community forming was greatly aided by long and successful forming of economic community in Europe. As such in Northeast Asia, it is very important for the participating countries to start forming a strong economic community first, which will eventually secure peace and prosperity of the region through cultural as well as economic exchange.

물류산업의 환경변화와 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 영구

In the past logistics industry was recognized as its supportive role for manufacturing or distribution industries. But now it is recognized as a value added industry through its provision of various services. Korea`s logistics industry should properly cope with new challenges. Korea needs to foster logistics companies which will lead the industrial development in order to build the foundation for national wealth creation and secure intemational trade competitiveness as woll as building an advanced cconomic structure. Some policy measures are suggested to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean logistics industry : integrated logistics businesses should be developed by forming virtual businesses, specialized logistics firms should grow through mergers and acquisitions among companies, the market size should be expanded by cultivating northeast Asian market, the laws and decrees related with the development of logistics business should be re-established.

물류산업의 경제적 파급효과에 관한 연구

Logistics industry has a unique characteristics that industry`s demand is created by customers` needs through supporting other industries` management activities such as outsourcing, production and sales. as a result, logistics industry has been considered as an important factor affecting price-competitiveness of customers like other cost-determining factors such as labor and financial costs. As far as economic policy is concerned, this cost aspect is obviously important but this aspect addresses very much limited portion of the importance of logistics industry in the national economic activities. More active role of logistics industry should be explored in terms of various spill-over effects that the industry creates. This paper analyses the economic spill-over effect of the logistics industry empirically by utilizing I/O framework and suggests some policy recommendations, based on the empirical results, for further development of the industry. Through effective investment in the logistics sector, the government should try to increase income and employment in the short-term period and secure the sustainable growth of the economy in the long-run.

물류산업의 수출 기여에 관한 연구

Through the efficient support to the Korean firms` export activities, logistics in-dustry is contributing a lot to Korea`s export and country`s economic development. On this perspective, this paper analyzes empirically the effect of logistics industry on the Korea`s export. According to the export behavior function discussed in this paper, in addition to the logistics industry, exchange rates obviously affect Korea`s export. Therefore macro-economic policy efforts to stabilize exchange rate is important to support Korean firms` export activities. However, exchange stability policy measures such as government intervention to the foreign exchange market often cause unnecessary conflict among trading nations, which may bring adverse effect to the national economy as a whole. This situation leads to the conclusion that development of the logistics industry is more efficient way to enhance Korea`s export capability than exchange rate related macro-economic policies. We may conclude that, for the growth and development of the Korean economy, it is very important for Korea to have globally competitive logistics industry through appropriate industrial policy measures.

In order to survive the on-going natural resource war, Korea needs various efforts such as enhancing self-exploitation ratio, increasing the supply of new-reuse energy, strengthening cooperation with resource rich countries. Central Asian countries are geometrically far away from Korea. However, Korea should try to develop political, economic and ethnic relationship with those countries into much higher dimension to secure various natural resources. Major countries including U.S., EU. Japan and China are approaching Central Asian countries with long term perspective. Improving country-image through enlargement of ODA is the first concern of those countries. Korea should try to follow their practices. Government should try to improve Korea`s image in the first place and lead economic cooperation with very detailed supportive measures to induce Korean firms` investment into the Central Asian countries. In the due process, a lot of information about those countries` political climate, social situation, ethnical composition, major religions, educational system, current state and structure of economies and industries, etc should be made available to Korean firms.

경제 활성화와 물류산업의 발전방향에 관한 연구

글로벌 경제위기 상황에서 한국 경제가 단기적 침체를 극복하고 장기적 성장 가도로 재진입하기 위해서는 투자에 따른 성장 효과가 신속히 나타나는 SOC 투자의 확충과 그를 활용한 우리나라 물류산업의 양적 성장 및 고도화가 적극 추진되어야 할 것이다. 아울러 전 세계적 기후온난화와 에너지 수급 불안의 지속현상은 화석연료에 대한 의존도가 높은 우리나라 경제정책 전반에 대해 새로운 페러다임과 정책을 요구하고 있다. 친환경 에너지 관련 산업이 전 세계적으로 새로운 성장산업으로 주목받으며 선진각국들이 이를 바탕으로 국가 성장 전략을 수립하고 있다. 우리나라도 녹색 성장 전략의 전방위 도입이 요구되고 있다. 특히, 제조업, 유통업, 건설업 등 국가기간사업을 뒷받침하고 관련 산업으로의 파급효과가 지대한 물류산업을 녹색성장 전략의 핵심 부문으로 발전시킴으로써 경제 위기 극복과 새로운 국부 창출의 원동력으로 육성해야 할 것이다. 친환경 물류산업의 글로벌 네트워크 확보는 제조업 수출 경쟁력 강화에 기여함으로써 시급한 경제위기 극복은 물론 중장기적으로 국가 경제 활성화를 가져다 줄 것이다. 정부는 물류부문을 중심으로 녹색성장부문에 대한 투자 확충을 통해 소득 및 고용의 창출이라는 단기적인 재정지출 정책의 효과를 거둠과 동시에. 중·장기적으로는 지속가능한 국가 성장 및 발전 동력을 확보하도록 노력해야 할 것이다. Due to high trade-dependant economic structures Korea is suffering greatly from the ongoing global economic crisis. In order for Korean economy to overcome this hardship quickly, she should increase social overhead capital investment, which is known to have a very prompt growth effect on the overall economy. Through the increase of SOC investment, Korea's logistics industry can move upward to a higher value-added industry. In addition, Korea needs a significant paradigm change in economic policies due to global climate change and unstable world energy situation. Hence Korea's economic policies are changing to so-called "green growth policies". In this process, logistics industry should play the key role to make Korea's economy more environment-friendly. Successful set-up of worldwide environment-friendly logistics network will greatly contribute revitalization of Korea economy by enhancing competitiveness of the country's exports. Therefore, Korean government should give a policy priority to logistics industry in increasing investment for green growth sectors. That kind of effort will bring about medium & long-term sustainable economic growth as well as short-term economic recovery from the recession caused by global financial crisis.

중국 영화산업의 성장과 한국 영화산업의 발전방안

To solve this problem, Chinese government is encouraging the Chinese film industry to expand global cooperation with the leading film-related companies in the world.
