      • 남자 간호대학생의 성역할 갈등이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the gender role conflict on nursing professionalism in male nursing college students. Method: The subjects were 113 male college students in D and J city. The data were collected from April 24 to May 3, in 2017 using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 24.0 program. For data analysis, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis were carried out. Results: The results are follows. First, the individual characteristics in gender role conflict were significantly different in motivation(F=2.62, p=0.028) and the entering college decision(F=3.14, p=0.028), and nursing professionalism were significantly different in the entering college decision(F=4.34, p=0.006). Second, a negative relationship was observed between the gender role conflict and nursing professionalism(r=-.287, p=<0.01). The success, power and competition(${\beta}=0.19$, p<0.05) and male superiority(${\beta}=-0.47$, p<0.001) were found to influence nursing professionalism. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop educational intervention to lower the superiority of the male and to encourager success, power and competition of male nursing college students.

      • 간호대학생의 메타인지와 학습몰입 관련성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the nursing students' metacognition and learning flow. Methods: The participants in this study were 272 nursing students. Between November and December 2017, data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using PASW (SPSS) 21.0 program, and descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The mean metacognition of this study was 3.53/5, and mean of learning flow was 3.34/5. The significant learning flow according to metacognition level (F=46.75, p<.001). The significant correlates of metacognition were learning flow (r=.54, p<.001). Conclusions: The finding of study showed that metacognition was very important for enhancing learning flow influenced these relationship. This study suggested that it is important to develop and implement teaching and learning strategies with improved metacognition in nursing education field.

      • 정신지체아 어머니의 양육 스트레스, 자아존중감 및 사회적 지지와의 관계

        Purpose. The study verified the relationship between the mental retardation child mother's parenting stress, self-esteem and social supports. Methods. The subjects were 250 mothers who had their children with mental retardation educated and who experienced to receive social services in U City. They were asked to answer the questionnaire and 134 subjects resent the questionnaire. The survey information was analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results. Sociodemographic characteristic effected on the parenting stress; In accordance with the severity of handicap, the level of the stress was different, self-esteem are the mother's educational attainment. The social supports in functional perspective are the religion. Conclusions. The relationship between the parenting stress and social support, self-esteem and parenting stress the both have negative relationship, More information support, emotional support, economic support, evaluating support get the less the parenting stress, and self-esteem have. The parenting stress and self esteem are highly related.

      • 대학생의 SNS 중독경향성이 특성불안과 수면의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study investigates university students' SNS addiction tendency, trait-anxiety and quality of sleep. This study is going to offer basic resource that required to make the way that is able to reduce the anxiety with figuring out the relation between variable. Method: 213 people participated in this study is 20 to 30 age of university students who use SNS. Collecting resource period was April 4 to May 11, 2018. Analyses consisted of descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The findings showed SNS addiction tendency and quality of sleep(r=.45, p<.000). Major Influence factor is predicted addiction tendency of SNS using time (F=21.21, p=.000) and trait-anxiety (F=23.55, p=.000). Of the highest trait-anxiety affects quality of sleep (F=24.82 p=.000). Conclusion: These findings indicate that it is necessary to develop and implement information programs and design appropriate SNS addiction prevention programs that can induce trait-anxiety and improve quality of sleep. Thus follow-up study should have diverse participants to investigate SNS addiction tendency, trait-anxiety and quality of sleep that influenced by overusing SNS.

      • 일 지역 고등학생의 금연의도 영향 요인

        Purpose. This study uses Ajzen's theory of planned behavior to investigate predictors associated with the intention of smoking cessation in smokers among high school students in a community. Method. The study population consisted of 138 smokers from high school students in a community. Between May to April 2015, Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using the PASW 21.0 program, and one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results. The mean intention of smoking cessation of this study was 3.98/5. The significant correlates of the intention of smoking cessation were attitudes toward smoking cessation (${\beta}=.36$, p=.003), self efficacy for smoking cessation (${\beta}=.44$, p<.001), satisfaction of school life (${\beta}=.22$, p=.009), number of friends smoking (${\beta}=.76$, p<.001), and previous experience of smoking cessation (${\beta}=.92$, p<.001). These variables explained 75.6% of variance in the intention of smoking cessation. Conclusion. The study suggests that various factors including previous experience of smoking cessation, number of friends smoking, self efficacy for smoking cessation and attitudes toward smoking cessation were important variables in explaining the intention of smoking cessation among high school students. Therefore, these variables are crucial in determining the promotion and intention of smoking cessation among high school students.

        섬유근통증후군 환자의 질병 적응경험에 관한 근거이론 연구

        본 연구는 근거이론 연구방법을 통해 섬유근통증후군 환자의 질병경험과 적응과정을 파악하고 이해하여 실체이론을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 1개의 종합병원 류마티스 내과 외래에서 섬유근통증후군를 치료 중인 13명(여성 12명과 남성 1명)이다. 자료 수집은 2014년 1월부터 5월까지 개별 심층면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 이론적 표본추출법은 이론적 포화의 시점을 적용하였다. 필사된 면담의 내용은 Corbin과 Strauss (2008)의 근거이론방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 개방코딩을 통해 총 98개 개념과 26개 하위범주, 10개 범주가 도출되었다. 섬유근통증후군 환자의 질병 적응과정은 ‘불확실성과 한계상황인식’과 ‘자기통제 가능성 평가와 기대수준 결정’, ‘적응전략 개발과 시도’, ‘자기조절’의 4단계로 나타났다. 섬유근통증후군환자의 질병적응 유형은 확장형과 안정형, 표출형, 위축형의 4가지 유형으로 파악되었다. 또한 핵심범주인 ‘자기조절법 터득하기’로부터 ‘보호적 자기조절’ 이론이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과 섬유근통증후군 환자들은 질병으로 인해 불확실한 상황에서 안정상태를 찾기 위해 자기조절을 반복적으로 활용하여 적응해가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 근거로 대상자들의 질병 적응 유형에 따른 적합한 간호중재 및 가족을 포함하는 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This was a qualitative study to explore and better understand the adaptation experience and processes of peoples with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), as well as to develop a substantive theory using the grounded theory method. There were 13 patients (12 females and 1 male) who received FMS treatment from Rheumatic Medicine outpatient department of one general hospital. The data were collected through an in-depth interview between January and May of 2014. Transcribed interview contents were analyzed by the grounded theory method of Corbin and Strauss (2008). As a result, a total of 98 concepts, 26 sub-categories, and 10 categories were identified through the open coding process. The process of adaptation experience showed 4 steps: perception of uncertainty and limited condition, evaluation of self-control possibility and determinations of expectations of life, searching and trying of strategies, as well as self-regulation. The 4 types of adaptation experience were expansionary, complacently, effusively and withering. The "protective self-regulation" theory was derived from the core category of "learning to self-regulation method". Patients with FMS has repeatedly attempted these strategies of protective self-regulation in order to gain stability from uncertainty and limited condition of the disease. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an educational program for patients and families which has appropriate nursing intervention strategies in accordance with the types of adaptation.

        간호대학생의 카데바 실습일지에 대한 내용분석

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 카데바 실습교육 일지를 이용하여 카데바 실습교육의 경험을 확인하고자 시도하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 10월 26일부터 10월 28일까지이다. 연구 참여자는 D시 소재 D대학 간호학과 2학년 재학생으로 카데바 실습교육에 참여한 20명이다. 자료는 연구 참여자들이 카데바 실습교육 기간 동안 매일 일지를 작성하도록 하였다. 연구 참여자들은 자신의 경험을 용지에 익명으로 기술하도록 하였다. 자료의 분석은 질적 내용분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 3개의 영역에서 8개 범주와 21개의 의미 있는 진술을 도출하였다. 카데바 실습교육에 참여한 간호대학생의 경험은 ‘불안’, ‘몰입’, ‘성찰’의 영역으로 나타났다. ‘불안’ 영역에서는 ‘걱정됨’, ‘두려움’, ‘놀라움’이 포함되었으며, ‘몰입’ 영역에서는 ‘흥미로움’, ‘집중함’, ‘알아감’ 등이 포함되었다. 또한 ‘성찰’ 영역에서는 ‘존엄’, ‘감사’ 등으로 범주화 되었다. 따라서 카데바 실습교육 전 간호대학생의 심리적 지지와 불안 완화를 위해 상담 및 카데바 실습교육을 경험 한 선배와의 집단상담 프로그램의 제공이 필요하다. 또한 본 연구는 간호대학생의 카데바 실습교육 프로그램 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of nursing students who used journals for cadaver practice experience. The data were collected between October 26 and October 28 2016. Participants were 20 2-year nursing students with cadaver practice experience at D College in D City. The data were collected from daily sheets by self-reporting their experiences during the cadaver practice program. The participants wrote their experiences anonymously on sheets on paper. Data were categorized and coded by using content analysis. Eight categories and 21 statements were drawn from three domains. The study revealed that participants experienced anxiety, flow, and reflection of cadaver practice. The analyzed domains were "anxiety", "flow", and "reflection". "Anxiety" was categorized into "worry", "fear", and "surprise". "Flow" wascategorized into "interesting", "focusing", and "knowing". "Reflection" was categorized into "dignity" and "appreciation". Therefore, It is necessary to provide a group counseling program for seniors who have experienced counseling and cadaver practice for psychological support and anxiety relief of nursing students before cadaver practice. In addition, this study is expected to contribute to the development of a cadaver practice program for nursing college students.

      • 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도, 간호사 이미지 및 자아존중감이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effect of clinical practice satisfaction, nursing image and self-esteem on vocational identity of nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 200 nursing students majoring nursing science in D college, D city and seniors who took the clinical practice course. The date was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson' correlation coefficients, stepwise and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. program. Results: There was a statistically strong positive correlation between nursing image and self-esteem(r=.242, p=.001), vocational identity(r=.196, p=.009), clinical practice satisfaction(r=.542, p<.001). The factors influencing vocational identity were self-esteem(t=7.193, p<.001), aptitude and nursing belief of motivation for choosing nursing(t=5.472, p<.001), grade(t=-3.249, p=.001), professions of motivation for choosing nursing(t=2.694, p=.008), Satisfaction with nursing as a major(t=2.295, p=.023). The explanatory power of these models was 38.2%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, to improve the vocational identity of nursing students in college, it is needed to develop nursing education program that strengthen self-esteem, aptitude and nursing belief, professions, satisfaction with nursing as major. Also it is needed a study on verifying application effects.

      • 간호대학생의 학업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study were to identify degree and the relationship between of self-efficacy, social support, and academic stress of nursing college students. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting academic stress. Data were collected by structured questionnaires from June 10 to 30, 2020. The survey conducted an online survey of 159 students in D and B city. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression Results: Academic stress were correlated with self-efficacy(r=-.41, p<.001) and social support(r=-.40, p<.001). In a multiple regression, self-efficacy(β=-.170, p=.010), social support(β=-.137, p=.042) were associated academic stress. These factors attributed to 22.2% of the total variance in academic stress. Conclusion: Therefore the factors affective intervention techniques need to be applied to the development of programs to upgrade mental health academic stress of nursing students.
