Power flow characteristics of a hydro-mechanical transmission system(HMT) were investigated for tracked vehicle. in steering. A HMT consisting of two hydrostatic pumpㆍ motors(HST), several planetary gear trains and steer differential gear was considered. In order to obtain the direction and magnitude of the power flow of the HMT, network theory for the general power transmission was used. Network model for the HMT in steering was developed, which consisted of shafts, nodes and transmission elements such as clutch, gear, etc. Power flow analysis procedure consists of two stages: (1) traction force analysis in steering, (2) power flow analysis in HMT. Torque and Speed of every transmission element of the HMT was determined from network analysis. Also, efficiency, mechanical and hydraulic power loss including HST, were obtained. In addition, the regenerative power flow resulting from steering can be studied in graphic display. The power flow analysis program(PCSTEER) developed in this work can be used as a useful design tool for the tracked vehicle with HMT.<br/>

This paper proposes the new voltage event detection method using the weight factor of neural network and describes control system design for the DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer) consisted of a rectifier and series inverter applied to 22.9㎸ distribution system. As this method can express the fault level of each phase, we expect the proposed method can make up for disadvantage of synchronous detection method. Also, in this paper, the control system was designed using double deadbeat controller. As it has an inner current control loop and an outer voltage control loop, we can easily limit the current level during the transient intervals by using the current control loop. Simulation and experiment are performed to prove the analysis of the voltage event detection method and double deadbeat controller.

본 논문에서는 제주 한림 풍력발전소와 한림 변전소간에 구축할 예정인 80㎸ 60㎿ HVDC 시스템의 계통해석을 위해 PSS/E를 이용하여 HVDC 시스템을 구성하고 그 동작특성을 분석하였다. 개발된 PSS/E HVDC 모델을 이용하여 2012년 제주 Peak 케이스와 Off-Peak 케이스에 대하여 정상상태 계통특성을 검토하였고, 계통 상정 사고를 모의하여 과도상태 계통상황을 검토하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 그 결과를 바탕으로 국내 기술을 이용하여 개발될 예정인 80㎸ 60㎿ HVDC 시스템의 정격 및 운영전략을 수립하였다.
