DC펄스 스퍼터링 공정 변수가 다층 박막의 광 반사율에 미치는 영향

특정 광 파장 영역대역에서 광 반사율을 갖는 다층 박막을 DC펄스 스퍼터링 공정으로 제작하기 위하여 공정변수가 다층 박막의 광학 특성에 미치는 영향이 연구되었다. 다층 박막 필름을 제작하기위한 시뮬레이션이 이루어졌으며, DC펄스 스퍼터링 공정을 이용한 저 굴절률의 SiO2와 고 굴절률의 TiO2 박막의 광학 특성에 미치는 공정 변수 파라미터가 연구되었다. DC펄스 스퍼터링 파워 2kW, 아르곤 가스 200sccm(standard cubic centimeter per minute)기준조건에서 산소가스 비율 12% 범위에서 제작한 SiO2박막은 굴절률 1.46이었고 산소가스 1% 비율에서 제작한 TiO2박막은 굴절률 2.27이었다. 이들 박막으로 구성된 고 굴절률 박막/저 굴절률 박막/고 굴절률 박막의 3층 다층 박막 구조의 광학설계 시뮬레이션 결과와 측정된 광반사율 특성결과는 파장 대역에 걸쳐 유사한 경향이 있는 것으로 측정되었다. 근적외선 780nm에서 1200nm파장 대역 영역에서 광 반사율 45%이상의 성능을 갖는 다층 박막 필름을 제작할 수 있었고 근적외선 차단 기능 박막으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. The process parameters of DC pulsed sputtering to produce a multi-layer thin film with light reflectance at a specific wavelength region were studied. The optical simulation of multi-layer thin films of the silicon dioxide (SiO2) films with a low refractive index and the titanium dioxide (TiO2) films with a high refractive index was done. Under a DC pulsed sputtering power of 2kW and 200 sccm(standard cubic centimeter per minute) argon gas, the silicon dioxide films with a refractive index of 1.46 in the range of oxygen gas ratios of 12% and a titanium dioxide film with a refractive index of 2.27 in the range of oxygen gas ratios of 1% were produced. The multi-layer structure of high refractive index/low refractive index/high refractive index was designed and fabricated. The characteristics of the fabricated multi-layer thin film structure showed a reflectance of more than 45% in the range, 780 to 1200nm. This multi-layer structure is expected to be used to block the near infrared wavelength light.

근적외선 반사 박막 특성 연구

에너지 절감 유리창에서는 근적외선 차단 기능이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 근적외선 반사를 위한 광학 박막의 설계, 제작 및 광학적 특성이 연구 되었다. 광학 박막은 저굴절률막과 고굴절률막의 적층 박막 구조로 설계하였다. 설계구조 에 따라 RF 스퍼터링 방법을 이용한 SiO₂ 와 TiO₂ 박막의 증착 실험이 수행되었고 파워에 따른 증착 조건 파라미터에 따라서 제작된 스퍼터링 박막의 특성이 분광타원기, 원자현미경, 분광기로 분석되었다. 적층박막 구조의 설계는 SiO₂와 TiO₂의 고굴 절률 박막/저굴절률 박막/고굴절률 박막의 적층 구조로서 근적외선 차단 다층막이 설계되었고 시뮬레이션 되었다. 시뮬레이 션 결과 파장대역 930nm에서 1682nm의 범위에서 반사율30%이상이 관찰되었다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 토대로 제작된 삼층 구 조의 박막은 파장 대역이 930nm에서 1525nm범위 대역에서 반값 전폭의 반사율 33%이상을 구현할 수 있었다. Near infrared blocking function in energy saving window glass is required. The design, deposition and characteristics of optical thin films for reflection of near-infrared light were studied. The optical thin film is designed as laminated film structure with low refractive index film and high index film. Deposition experiments of SiO₂ and TiO₂ thin films with designed structure using the RF sputtering method were carried out. The characteristics of the thin film with deposition conditions were analyzed. High-refractive-index thin film of TiO₂/low refractive-index thin film of SiO₂ and high-refractive-index thin film of TiO₂ structure for reflection of near-infrared light was designed to be simulated. Results of simulation showed reflectance of 30% or more in the range from 930nm to 1682nm. Triple layer thin films fabricated with simulated results showed wavelength bands from 930nm to 1525nm for the reflectance of 33% or more.

WKBL 조직분석을 통한 효율적인 인적자원관리 전략

본 논문의 목적은 스포츠 조직의 인적자원 관리의 형태를 조사하여 조직의 강점과 약점을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 조상대상으로 선정된 조직은 한국여자농구연맹이고, 홈페이지와 공개된 자료를 수집하여 분석하고 전화 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 조직의 관계자 중 총 6명이 인터뷰에 응해주었고, 본 논문은 1) WKBL 조직분석, 2) 조직의 강점과 약점 기술, 3) 효율적인 조직 관리를 위한 제안으로 전체적으로 3가지 부분으로 구성되었다. 서비스 비즈니스에서 인적자원관리는 조직의 목표를 성취하는데 커다란 영향을 주는 중요한 요소 중에 하나이다. 그래서 관리자들은 조직구성원들에게 열린 마음과 공정한 대우를 해주는 것이 매우 중요하다. 인적자원 관리의 이 두 가지 측면은 종업원들의 동기부여, 직무만족, 그리고 직무충실도에 많은 영향을 미치고, 이러한 것은 조직의 효율적인 관리와 목적 달성에 큰 영향을 준다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the style of human resource management of a sports organization in Korea and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. The chosen sports organization is the Women`s Korean Basketball League(WKBL) in Korea. An open-ended data collection method, interview by telephone was used to gather the data. A total of six people were interviewed: one was the executive director, two were chairmen of committees, and three were staff members on the game management team and publicity team. This paper is comprised of three parts: 1) a description of the WKBL organization, 2) identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, and 3) suggestions for efficient management. Human resource management in the service business is one of the most important factors to influencing achievement the goals of the organization. So, managers` open mindedness toward their subordinates and fair personnel management are very important aspects in managing human resources. These two aspects of human resources management seriously influence the motivation, satisfaction, and commitment of employees, and these three factors greatly affect achievement the goals and efficient management of the organization.

The purpose of this study was to seek ways to make the web-site which are operated by Korean professional baseball team as a successful marketing tool. The relationships between web-site utilization satisfaction, web-site revisit, and purchase intention of professional baseball spectators were examined for this study. The data, based on 988 questionnaires from Seoul Jamsil baseball stadium and Busan Sajik baseball stadium, were analyzed by reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model through SPSS Win Ver. 12.0 and AMOS Ver. 7.0. The results of this study were as following: First, all factors except interaction satisfaction among the subordinate factors of web-site utilization satisfaction have an impact on web-site revisit. Second, All factors except communication satisfaction among web-site utilization satisfaction influence on purchase intention. Finally, web-site revisit have an effect on purchase intention. Through above mentioned results, Pro-baseball teams` web-site could be a significant marketing strategic tool, performed as a role of medium to interact and communicate between teams and users.

스포츠 조직 내 시간제 근로자들의 멘토링, 직무만족, 그리고 조직시민행동

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among career function of mentoring, psychosocial function of mentoring, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior of part time workers in a sport organization. This study used social learning theory to explain the relationship between mentoring and customer citizenship behavior. A total of 227 subjects were collected from the part time workers in Korea Racing Association(KRA). Among them, 199 subjects, who have experienced mentoring in their work environment, were used for the data analyses. The instrument included measures of mentoring categorized by career function and psychological function(Noe, 1988; Viator, 2001), job satisfaction(Lucas, Babakus, & Ingram, 1990), and organizational citizenship behavior(MacKenzie, Podsakoff, & Fetter, 1993). The results using structural equation model indicated that perceived psychological function had effects on job satisfaction and OCB directly while perceived career function did not affect job satisfaction and OCB. Job satisfaction of the part time workers was also an antecedent of OCB. The discussion of results and implications were provided.

공공스포츠센터의 운영방식에 따른 이용자 만족도가 재구매에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 운영방식에 따른 공공스포츠센터의 이용실태 분석과 만족도를 분석하고 재구매 의도의 관계를 조사·분석하여 이에 대한 차이점과 문제점을 파악하여 향후 운영방식에 따라 공공스포츠센터들이 활성화될 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적 이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시에 설립되어 있는 공공체육시설을 직접운영과 위탁운영으로 구분하여 총 376부(직접운영 186부, 위탁운영 190부)의 설문 조사 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 공공스포츠센터 운영방식에 따른 이용만족도 차이분석결과 시설, 지도자, 가격, 프로그램, 서비스 만족도 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직접운영 공공스포츠센터는 시설, 가격, 서비스 만족도에서 위탁운영 공공스포츠센터에 비해 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 공공스포츠센터 운영방식에 따른 이용만족도가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과는 직접운영과 위탁운영 공공스포츠센터 모두 서비스 만족도가 구매 후 행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직접운영에서는 지도자와 프로그램 만족도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위탁운영 공공스포츠센터에서는 가격만족도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for invigorating public sports centers by management pattern through analyzing condition of utilization and satisfaction rate of public sports centers. Total 376 questionnaires for this research were surveyed to public sports centers that are managed by direct or consignment in Seoul. As a result, the following conclusion can be drawn. First, Satisfaction rate of sports trainer shows the highest in direct operate and consignment operate public sports centers in analyzing difference of utilization satisfaction rate according to management pattern of public sports centers. Facilities, trainer, price, program management satisfaction show significantly difference in consumer difference of direct operate and consignment operate public sports centers. Second, utilization satisfaction significantly influence behavior after purchase in direct operate and consignment operate public sports centers and trainer. Also, program satisfaction influence in direct operate sports center and price satisfaction influence in consignment operate public sports centers.
