Granular cell tumor (GCT) of the breast is a rare clinical entity, and is believed to be of schwannian origin and to follow a benign clinical course. A 50-year-old woman presented with a slowly growing mass in the right breast. Fine needle aspiration cytology revealed a cellular smear containing isolated or clustered cells showing round to oval nuclei with abundant oncocytic granular cytoplasm. Nuclei showed a fine granular chromatin pattern and occasional small single nucleoli. Cell boundaries were poorly defined, and naked nuclei were frequently found, Histologically, the tumor showed features of typical GCT, and immunohistochemical staining findings strongly supported the diagnosis. The present study demonstrates that GCT of the breast can mimic malignant lesions of breast both clinically and radiologically. The recognition of its cytologic features and suspicion of this lesion would undoubtedly aid the correct diagnosis of mammary GCT.
난곡 신교통시스템 GRT(Guided Rapid Transit) 도입에 따른 운영방안 고찰

There has been an increasing demand of introducing innovative public transport modes meriting high flexibilities of a bus mode along with on-time accuracy and quality environment-friendliness of a rail mode, as it is considered to significantly contribute to reducing huge social expenditures on the traffic congestion and environmental pollution agenda, and to be an alternative solution to better the urban transport problems. In order to comply with the need, Seoul Municipal Government has recently decided to build up GRT system of a new concept in Nangok area in Seoul, the first in its kind in Korea. The concession has been awarded to Seoul Metro. This thesis will study and benchmark similar systems abroad under operation, and further review necessary requirements overall which would secure full readiness for the operation of Nangok GRT system.

The study of this study is to suggest the advanced vision of LRT O&M through comparing the domestic and japanese. Currently local government attract a private capital to construct the LRT competitively. It was investigated the O&M field participation of Light Rail Transit by the Seoul metro which operates Seoul subway 1,2,3,4 lines at this time. But, according to the restricted operation experiences in domestic, Japanese companies which operates a Light Rail Transit in Japan were analysed using several statistics. It were compared with operation plan of domestic execution design phase of representative 4 lines. The analysis gives us some points in common and suggestions that are very important and prerequisite for advancing seoul metro into LRT O&M business.

In this study, experimental and theoretical methods were applied to understand brake squeal noise VVVF rolling stock on tracks, Trailer cars needed to payed a particular attention, because they were the major source of brake noise, VVVF rolling stocks for lines no I of the subway system in Seoul were used for experimental analyses. In order to study brake squeal noise, a dynamometer test at the S&T Brake, Co., which was a manufacturer of brake pads had performed. For measuring vibration and noise, vibration tests of brake parts (brake lining, brake lining head, back plates, etc.) at the SNUT were executed. Also, vibration tests of disc assembly and lining block at the heavy maintenance shop of the Gunja depot were performed. The modal analyses by using an ANSYS which was one of the CAE commercial program were simulated to know the relationship to the mechanism of brake noise. On the based of the tests and the simulations it was found that specific frequencies of the brake parts affected squeal noise, and improvements for reducing squeal noise were proposed.

경량전철시스템은 기존 유인운전시스템과는 달리 완전자동무인운전시스템으로 최첨단 기술이 집약된 대형복합시스템이다. 프로젝트 초기부터 운영관련 경쟁력 확보를 고려해야 할 뿐만 아니라, 신뢰성, 확보 등 명확한 사업적 목표가 요구되고 있으며, 보다 다양한 이해관계자들의 요구사항과 철도기술은 고도화로 발전되고 있다. 이에 따라 이해관계자 요구사항에 부합되는 시스템을 공급하기 위해서는 생명주기 관점에서 이해관계자 또는 이해관계자 집단을 식별하고, 식별된 요구사항들을 분석하여 추적관리 할 수 있는 시스템엔지니어링 접근이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC-15288 시스템 생명주기 프로세스 기반의 이해관계자요구사항 정의 및 분석프로세스를 중심으로 연구하였다. LRT is a complex system as a cutting-edge, automated manless operation system and is required to achieve a clear business goal for reliability. Strengthening the competitiveness is considered from the early phase of the project and various stakeholder's requirements and railway technology have been advanced. To provide systems to meet stakeholder requirements, stakeholder or stakeholder's group are identified. Systems engineering that analysis and traces the requirements is needed. Definition of stakeholder's requirements and analysis process of ISO/IEC-15288 system life cycle process are studied.

Radio frequency identification, or RFID, is a generic term for technologies that use radio wave to automatically identify people or objects. UHF RFID technology is used for everything from tracking goods within their supply chain, working in process and for other applications. If RFID is applied in wheel scanner that is a important equipment to measure a diameter, width, height of wheel, efficiency in maintenance will be improved because of checking data in real-time. In domestic technology , capacity of wheel scanner technology as well as RFID are less good than foreign goods there a up to current day a point of read range, anti-collision, a tolerance. Therefore, sturdy on the development of wheel scanner using RFID technology to measure wheel in maintenance of rolling stock was carried out in this paper.

최근 국내에서도 대도시의 도로 교통 혼잡과 그로 인한 환경오염으로 인해 신교통시스템의 중요성이 증대하고 있는 가운데 기존 지하철의 과중한 건설비 및 운영비 부담을 대체할 수단으로서 신교통시스템의 도입에 대해 적극적인 정책을 수립하고 있는 실정이다. 현재의 도시교통의 문제점을 해결하고 미래 도시교통의 모습을 새롭게 만든다는 의미에서 신교통시스템에 대한 분명한 인식과 도입방안에 대한 검토가 시급한 시점으로, 신교통 차량시스템은 효율적인 서비스 제공 및 교통문제 해결을 위해 다양한 형태로 발전해 왔으며, 전용 주행로를 갖는 철도시스템의 장점인 정시성 및 안전성과 버스의 장점인 유연성을 만족시킬수 있는 시스템으로 개발되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 신교통시스템 도입시 차량시스템 선정시 고려사항 및 기존노면 교통수단과 공용으로 주행로를 사용할 수 있는 차량시스템으로 저상굴절버스, 노면전차, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit,유도 고속차량) 시스템의 해외운행 사례 및 시스템을 비교, 장단점을 중심으로 고찰 하고자 한다. As the increased importance is placed on the new transit systems owing to the environmental pollution caused by the road traffic congestion, the policy for the introduction of the new transit systems as an alternative solution to ease the heavy burden of the construction expenses is being actively established. Since the explicit recognition of such transit systems and the review on the method of its adoption have been a pressing matter in the light of reducing the pending traffic congestion, the development of the rolling stock systems in modes of new transportation has been made in various ways taking into consideration the regional circumstances to alleviate traffic congestion, and offer a more efficient service with the application of their intrinsic characteristics. Such systems also have been developed as a mix of punctuality for railway systems operating on the runway and flexibility for buses. This paper, therefore, deals in more detail with 3 modes of systems such as low-floor articulated buses, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit) and tram cars, and studies the overseas cases of the operation of those systems involving both negative and positive aspects.
