한국 베이비붐 세대 공무원의 사회참여 태도가 성공적 노후에 미치는 영향 및 노후준비의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 한국 베이비붐 세대의 은퇴 후 준비 상태에 대해 이해하고 이들의 사회참여 태도가 성공적 노후에 미치는 영향에 대해 노후준비의 매개효과를 확인하여 이에 따른 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS Win 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 사회참여 태도는 성공적 노후에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회참여 태도는 노후준비에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노후준비가 성공적 노후에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회참여 태도와 성공적 노후간의 관계에서 노후준비가 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구과제에 대해 논의하였다. This study aims to understand the retirement preparation of Korean baby boom generation. For this purpose, the mediation effect of the parameter of retirement preparation was confirmed to their social participation attitudes that influenced on successful aging. The research tried to present policy alternatives. The frequency analysis, description analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiful-regression analysis for the collected data were conducted with SPSS 23 program. The findings are as follows; First, social participation attitudes affect successful aging. Second, social participation affects retirement preparation. Third, retirement preparation affects successful aging. Fourth, the relationship of social participation attitudes and successful aging are influenced mediation effect of retirement preparation. Finally, discussed the future research topics.

His life and a lot of his works which was appeared to the middle period - between 1938 and 1775 - indicated fine rhythm, pronunciation, courage, sense of stability and peace when they had been compared to those of the former and latter period. but, He formed those on the history that were the time of confusion and instability. His particular originality for this period would be remarkable that his adapted works had been collected in the classics and the folklore. So, after examining his personal conditions and historical conditions of the period - 1944 and 1945, this paper will compare "hinnoishi" out of his adapted works, "shin-shakushokokubanashi" which is gelled on this period with the original work. This paper will also examine the classical consciousness and his acceptable aspect of the classics, because his work was formed by using three works out of the first volume of "shokokubanashi" of "shaikaku".

The author, TAZAIOSAMU, who is active during the SHOWAKI can project through his environment when he was young, that is, a sence of superiority from the house of his birth, a sence of a sin, a fear and a sence of drollery that escapes from these. In this paper, we might understand what is the way that he finds from the strenuous effort in the contradiction of his character and the situation of his life through the work that is 『NINGENJITKKAKU』.

太宰治のキ―ワ―ドは、頹廃的な生と自殺である。このカテゴリーの中では、芸術, 女性, 水が主要要素である。その中で、物質の'水'によって太宰の內面世界を把握してみた。特に、本稿はフランスの科学哲学者であるガストンバシュラール(Gaston Bachelard)の『水と夢』を中心に、太宰治の水の世界を分析したのであるが、「太宰治の水の想像世界(1)-ガストンバシュラールの『水と夢』を中心に-」につづく2番目の考察である。 苦しい現実から太宰を救濟するのは、水中夢想である。彼の水中は死の世界であり、そして、水中幻想旅行には使者が存在する。これが、神話での使者の'カロン'を根拠とするカロンコンプレックスである。また、シェークスピアの『ハムレット』のオフェーリアが、太宰の水の夢想に存在する。したがって、水は死と不幸の物質でもある。これがオフェーリア コンプレックスである。この二つのコンプレックスが、バシュラールの文化のコンプレックスである。 太宰は純粋な水において、淨化と治癒、生命と若さを夢見る。また、太宰にとって、水は母性ㆍ女性の物質である。すなわち、水は暖かい母乳、安らかな母の懐、母が振る揺り篭である。そして、水中には美しい無垢な娘が溶解している。 以上、バシュラールの水の想像力理論を根拠とした太宰の水の想像世界の硏究は、彼の精神的な傾向を明らかにする作業によって、彼の精神の核心を把握ㆍ理解することができた。

太宰治(1909-1948)は日本の近代文學者であり、ヨ-ロッパの多くの文學者の言及が見られることから、太宰が彼らに多大な關心を持っていたことがわかる。その中でも、19世紀ヨ-ロッパの芸術家ボ-ドレ-ル(1821-1867)の影響は、太宰の文學世界において非常に重要な部分を占めているのであるが、これは太宰の文學においてヨ-ロッパの19世紀末文學が實現されたことを物語ることができる。本稿では、フランスのボ-ドレ-ルの美學の影響を考察することに先行する作業になる、太宰とボ-ドレ-ルの出會いについて考察をこころみた。太宰は日本の佛文學者の辰野隆の硏究書の『ボ-ドレ-ル硏究序說』(1929年12月、第一書房刊行)と1929年12月-1930年3月初頃に接し、初めてボ-ドレ-ルと彼の美學を知り、彼に傾倒するようになったのである。この要因としては、氣質と性向そして家庭的·時代的の環境の類似をあげることができる。これを明かにしていく課程は、ボ-ドレ-ルの影響を太宰の作品において分析する先行して行う必須の作業であるだけではなく、19世紀末のデカダンスの接點を糾明するという重要性があることを强調することができる。
