개인기부자들의 과거 기부경험만족이 기부의도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

우리나라의 생활수준이 높아지면서 기부에 관한 관심도 높아지고 있고 기부문화 또한 각계의 관심과 함께 성숙하고 있다. 비영리 조직의 기부금 조성 전략이 사회적으로 중요한 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비영리 기관에 대한 기부자의 기존 기부 경험만족이 미래 기부행위에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 또한 이러 한 관계에서 관계의 질이 과거 경험과 기부행위간에 매개적 역할 및 상호호혜성의 조절적 역할을 중점으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기부자의 기존경험만족은 비영리기관과 관계의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 기부 자와 비영리기관과의 관계의 질은 기부자의 기부 의도와 기부 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 관계의 질의 매개 효과가 검증 되었다. 또한 비영리기관에 대한 기부자의 경험만족이 낮더라도 기부자가 느끼는 상호호혜성이 높으면 (즉, 조절적 역할로써) 기부자와 비영리기관과의 관계의 질이 높아진다는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기부자가 비록 비영리기관에 대한 경험이 만족스럽지 않더라도 기부를 함으로써 심리적인 혜택을 얻을 수 있으며 비영리기관에 대한 신뢰와 몰입이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. With the increase of living quality in Korea, people have been more interested in donation activities, and the donation culture has been matured after attracting more attentions from various social parties. Also the donation attracting strategy for non-profit organizations has been one of the hottest issues in society. In this study, the author(s) conducted a research about the effects of the experiences with the previous donation behavior on future donation behavior. In this relationship this study also examined the mediating role of relationship quality and the moderating role of reciprocity. The results show that the experience with previous donation activities has a positive effect on relationship quality and also relationship quality has positive effects on donation intention and loyalty toward the non-profit organization. This confirms the mediating role of relationship quality between the former experience and future donation behavior. Also the results confirm the moderating role of reciprocity in the relationship between former experience satisfaction and relationship quality. This implies that if donators feel high reciprocity, they will form a better relationship with non-profit organization, even though they have low level of satisfaction for the former experience. This means that even though the donator feels dissatisfaction with the previous experience with the organization, if they feel psychological benefits through the donation, they will feel more trust and commitment toward the organization.

본 논문에서는 5개의 관절로 이루어진 로봇 팔의 움직임을 몇 가지 패턴으로 학습해 두었다가 불완전한 패턴이 들어왔을 때 학습된 패턴에 가까운 완전한 패턴으로 생성해주는 시스템을 만들었다. 이를 위해 카메라로부터 얻은 영상에서의 좌표와 팔을 이루는 5개의 모터의 관절값들을 연계시켜주는 시스템을 Self-organizing map과 2개의 층으로 이루어진 Neural network으로 구상하였다. 시간에 따라 변하는 모터의 움직임에 대한 정보를 학습하기 위해 Hidden Markov model을 바탕으로 sequence 인식 시스템을 구상한 뒤 두 시스템을 연계하였다. 5개의 움직임 패턴을 학습하여 실험한 결과 몇 가지 개선해야 할 사항이 있었지만 sequence의 인식 및 재생이 문제없이 동작함을 확인하였다. In this study, we constructed a neurmporphic system for learning and generating a motor sequence for a robot which has only 1 arm with 5 servo motors. In dealing with a motor sequence, a vision system is used in main parts. Hence, the sequence of motor in the robot is trained and generated in a camera coordinate space. By using a mapping from the camera space to a motor space, a generated sequence in the camera space makes a motor action. To construct the mapping, Self-organizing feature map and a simple neural network model is used. As a result whole system shows a expected result except to several points needed to be improved.
