Process 개선이 기업가치에 미치는 영향 : BSC의 적용사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 연구대상 기업인 H기업의 현재 기업 상태를 BSC를 적용하여 진단해 보고, 변화하는 기업 환경 속에서 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해 당기순이익 뿐만 아니라 장기적 순이익을 증가 시키려는 노력이 필요하므로 BSC의 주요 핵심인 Process 개선이 기업가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. H기업은 1999년 H중공업에서 분리되어 독자 경영을 이끌어 가면서 사내·외의 이해관계자들로부터 과연 부실에서 벗어나 건실 경영을 할 수 있을 거라는 의문을 야기하고 있었다. 결과적으로 당기순이익을 실현하는 것이 최대의 과제이며, 차입금이 적은 상태에서는 영업외 이익이 아닌 영업이익이 대부분 당기순이익을 반영하고 있는 상황이다. 그러므로 H기업의 process 개선이 구체적으로 어떻게 고객의 관점 그리고 더 나아가서 재무적인 관점에 공헌하는가를 살펴보았으며, 이러한 process 개선에 결정적인 제약조건을 부여하는 것이 human resource의 관점에서 야기되는 문제로 나타났다. 따라서 과연 Process. 개선이 H기업의 기업 가치를 얼마나 증진시키는가는 어떤 부분을 어떻게 개선하느냐에 따라 다른 결과를 초래하므로 BSC상에서의 Human Resource(Learning & Growth) 측면이 부각시키는 제한성을 어떻게 극복하느냐에 달린 문제라고도 볼 수 있다. 이러한 불확실성에도 불구하고 BSC를 들여다보면서 여러 가지 간접적인 효과를 가늠해 본 결과 오히려 직접적인 효과 이상으로 기업가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Since beginning or modernization in nineteen sixties our country has achieved great success in both economic and social development. With the progress of industrialization the number of wageearners has increased remarkably. Paticularly with the advance in the standard of living and medical science and so on increasing of old-age population has been accelerated. As our society goes to an advanced and nuclear family society. people's concerns at old age security is increasing. In Korea, institutional devices for old age security are 'retiring allowance system' the most universal and 'national pension system' which has been started from 1988. The former, however, is insufficient for benefit security and the latter is limited only to the minimum living security. Therefore, one should adopt. 'retiring pension insurance system' instead of 'retiring allowance system'. 'Retiring pension insurance system' will provide the benefit security of retiring allowance system and will supplement the benefit level of 'national pension system', public pension. Let's examine the present situation of 'retiring allowance system' for the purpose of adoptation of 'retiring pension insurance system'. The longer the enterprise's age is, the more accumulative the retiring pension is. So it makes gradually the enterprise management difficult and also savings unstable because of the inner reservation of funds which allot retiring allowance. Now, 'the retiring allowance system' is not so much of the function of the old age security as that of unemployment insurance. Trustee is life insurance company which has sold employee retiring pension insurance. It is more reasonable to transfer a part of retiring allowance then total amount into pension, because it is expected that our employees prefer lump sum. The methods are as follows: 1. We must constitute the applicapable special law, so that vesting of employee is guaranteed and the fund is saved, out of company. 2. 'Enterprise pension system' is pluralized, and then we introduce system suitable to enterprise through the discussion between labour and management. 3. After introduction of 'retiring pension insurance system'. in early a flexible benefit maintaining a factor of 'retiring lump sum' is needed. 4. To activate 'retiring pension insurance system'. we must establish the support measures in taxation and enlarge its favour. 5. For the sake of the successful introduction of 'retiring pension insurance system',we adopt the system when economic situation is stable after reviewing thoroughly all problems and adjustment with 'national pension system'.

급격한 산업화로 인한 핵가족화와 계속적으로 증가하는 노인인구의 수는 사회변동과 가치관의 변화를 가져왔다. 특히 고령화 사회로 변해감에 따라 생애 있어서 노년기의 삶이 차지하는 비중이 높아지면서 노인문제와 노인문화에 대한 관심이 점점 증가되고 있다, 그럼에도 불구하고 노인문제를 해결할만한 노인복지정책 및 사회복지제도가 잘 정비되어 있지 못한 상태이며, 노인의 의식과 행동에 다른 적절한 노인문화도 형성되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 급증하는 노인의 역할 상실과 여가문제, 경제적 빈곤문제, 질병과 건강보호 문제, 고독과 소외문제 등 노인문제와 노인문화가 형성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 노인들의 의식과 행동에 적절한 노인문화 형성을 위해 세대간(손자-손녀, 자녀, 노인세대)으로 나누어 인터뷰를 실시하여 조사해 보고, 고령화 사회의 노인문제와 노인문화 형성에 따른 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 노인문제를 해결하기 위해서는 복지서비스의 개선과 더불어 고령자의 생활을 중심으로 활동적인 노인문화를 사회정책적인 시각에서 분석함으로써 사회문제를 노인의 생활문화로 구축해야 한다. 특히 인구의 고령화가 진전되면 노인문화가 앞으로 경제사회의 변화를 초래하는 동시에 기존의 우리나라 문화환경에도 상당한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 일반적으로 고령층의 위협요인은 빈곤, 질병, 고독으로 이러한 노인문제를 건강, 경제력, 가족관계, 인간관계, 사회참여에 관한 생활정책의 지원체계를 시스템으로 구축하여 체계적으로 해결해 나간다면 일상생활 속에서 고령자를 중심으로 한 공통 행동양식이 노인문화로써 새롭게 형성될 수 있을 것이다.

In the population structure of our society due to the development of medical technology: which liberated many from various diseases, and diversified modem society, the average life span has extended greatly. and this has drawn much attention to social welfare for the elders which became an important matter. Many geriatric problems have floated due to change of family structures and values and changes of life style which is resulted from industrialization and urbanization in the modem days. This has created the lowering of social status for older generation which has resulted as a serious social problem. However: countermeasures taken from the government is very mere and still in the beginning level. In this sort of situation, taking a good look at all sorts of older generation isn\'t a somebody else\ story. This would have a direct effect on you, and would like to present an alternative plan for this problem. The effort of trying to make a better solution to this problem! would result in much more effective and prosperous perspective on the area of geriatric social welfare policies.
