The purpose of this study is to enhance cultural value of culture industry cluster. Place marketing can be used as a method to invigorate the cluster's cultural value. On the basis of the premise that place marketing is a kind of communication, 5 strategy steps of place marketing are suggested and Bucheon Culture Industry Promotion District is analyzed according to these steps. Futhermore, 5 experiential marketing methods are elicited for effective place marketing. These strategy steps and methods will contribute to cultural value of culture industry cluster beyond just industrial and economical functions. 부천 판타스틱 스튜디오의 텍스트성 분석 -의도성과 용인성을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to explore the method that space can communicate city identity with human beings. In the aspect of city and place marketing, space is regarded as a good asset for establishing a city brand. In particular, spaces with theme related with city identity are the effective means for nonverbal communication delivering the message of the city brand. Therefore it is clear that space can be constructed with intention and people including visitors and residents can receive a message from space. However, if people cannot perceive the message, communication is failed and space is meaningless. In this aspects, text theory affords very effective concept of intentionality and acceptability. Text is a medium for communication and the premise of it is sender`s intention and receiver`s acceptance. As a case study, we tried to analyze intentionality and acceptability of actual space, Fantastic Studio in Bucheon city by investigating a purpose of construction and questionnaire of visitors. In result of analysis, it was constructed on the intent to establish Bucheon`s brand as film cultural city. However, visitors could not fully perceive this intention according to questionnaire survey. Application of textlinguistics to planning and construction of spaces contributes to creating the spaces that can communicate with human beings. Furthermore, these spaces can establish themselves as a symbol of city brand on the basis of the communication.
역량 기반 무크 서비스를 위한 학습․운영 서비스 요소 분석

무크는 고등교육 지원에서 더욱 확장하여 사회가 요구하는 역량을 개발할 수 있는 전문심화 교육과정을 서비스하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 이러한 무크서비스에 대한 심층적인 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에는 해외 무크의 전문 프로그램들의 서비스 요소를 파악하고자 ‘역량’의 개념을 도입하여 분석을 시도하였다. 우선 Udacity, edX, Coursera 3개의 무크 플랫폼에서 9개의 프로그램을 선정하고 이들의 서비스들을 10개의 학습서비스 및 10개의 운영서비스로 분류하였다. 그리고 성인 또는 대학생이 사회인으로서 갖추어야 할 기본적인 역량인 공통역량, 전공 분야의 심화 역량인 학술역량, 직업인으로서 필요한 전문적인 역량인 직업역량의 3개 주요 역량에 맞춰 서비스 요소를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 분석대상으로 선정한 9개의 프로그램은 각 역량에 따라 전략적으로 학습과 운영서비스를 제공하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이렇게 최종 도출된 역량별 서비스 요소를 토대로 역량 기반 무크 서비스를 위한 서비스 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 국내 무크의 전문적인 서비스의 발전에 실질적 기여할 것으로 기대된다. MOOC services are revolutionizing from just free offering higher education to professional and intensive courses that learners, employers and society demand. However, there is almost no study about services that such MOOCs provide in domestic papers. So this study tried to analyze the service components of professional programs of MOOCs. For analysis, we adopt the concept of ‘competency.’First, we selected 9 programs from Udacity, edX and Coursera, and classified their services into 10 learning and 10 operating service components. And then we drew MOOC service components according to 3 competencies - foundational competency needed as adult or university students in society, academic competency in higher education, and job competency needed to employees in the workplaces. Finally, we suggested service strategy for MOOC based on competency. These results are expected to be practically applied to various professional and intensive programs of domestic MOOCs.

In this paper, we analyze the textuality of urban space in order to understand contemporary city spaces. Ultimately, this is for production of communicative space. City can be text that sends some messages to human. However, contemporary cities produce meaningless spaces through imprudent development inclining to function and investment. Therefore, this paper studies what is the attributes which give a space communicative competence and meaning. For this, we represent the concept and characteristics of the space text based on the textlinguistics, and apply Beaugrande and Dressler(1981)`s 7 textualities -cohesion, coherence, intentionality, acceptability, informativity, situationality and intertextuality-to space. And as a case study, we analyze the `Street of Dooly` and `Korea Comics Museum` in Bucheon, and represent that communicative competence of space can be increased by consideration of the space textuality. Urban space will be not any more meaningless but abundant meaningful place to human if it has textualities that are the essential attributes to communicative text.

The purpose of this paper is to present the effective teaching method for Korean culture learners. This is storytelling method on the subject of Korean ‘Unyul mask dance.’ Korean mask dance is the essence of the traditional arts combined song, dance, and play. It can be a good subject for Korean culture education as it is a great cultural heritage containing Korean people’s life, thinking, and feeling. And storytelling teaching method is available for interest, comprehension and participation of learners. The method presented in this paper is a kind of question-answer teaching method on the base of Greimas's narrative scheme. This is effective for a simulative experienced lecture. In case of using the movie file for teaching a mask dance, this method is able to lead learners to amusingly and easily understand the characteristics of Korean culture. Therefore, the storytelling teaching method of ‘Unyul mask dance’ can be contribute to Korean culture education practically. This leads Korean culture leaners to feel, recognize, and understand identification of Korean culture through the entertaining experiences of Korean mask dance.

교원에 대한 역량 강화는 교육의 질을 좌우한다. 우리나라의 경우 다양한 기관과 방법으로 교원연수 제공를 제공하고 있다. 국내 주요 교원연수기관은 중앙 단위 연수원, 시·도 교육연수원, 대학부설 교육연수원, 원격교육연수원, 종합교육연수원으로 구분되며, 원격교육연수원의 경우 교육부 장관의 인가 및 지정을 받아 시·도원격교육연수, 특수분야연수기관 원격교육연수, 공인원격교육연수로 운영되고 있다. 또한 기관을 통해 이루어지고 있는 교원연수의 형태는 원격연수, 집합연수, 혼합형 연수 3가지 유형으로 구분해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 원격연수는 양적 활성화도 중요하지만 연수의 질적 향상이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 교원연수 활성화를 위한 연수 인식조사를 실시하였다. 주요 조사결과를 살펴보면, 연수선택시 ‘내가 필요한 강좌를 먼저 결정하고 기관을 검색한다’가 가장 높게 나타났으며 연수 강좌 정보는 ‘교육청 공문’을 통해 확인한다는 교원이 과반을 넘는 55.84%(110명)로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 ‘연수주제(4.77)’를 연수 선택 시 가장 중요하게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 연수조사된 결과는 향후 교원연수 질제고를 위한 운영 방안 수립에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
