There have been many papers on the calculation of error probability fed direct sequence spread spectrum multiple access(DS/SSMA) systems. The exact calculation is computationally difficult so emphasis has been on approximation, the "standard approximation." Unfortunately, that approximation is not generally accurate enough. An improved Gaussian approximation with good accuracy has recently been presented. We derive an accurate Gaussian approximation which is also computationally very simple.

Code Division Multiple Access and Multicarrier DS-CDMA system can be used to compare various existing transmission system and those proposed for future mobile radio communications in a basic way. MC-CDMA system using orthogonal spreading codes systems can increase spectral efficiency while employing low complexity correlation receivers. In this paper, performance analysis the Multicarrier DS-CDMA system and Multicarrier Code Division Multiple Access system based on a combination of Code Division and Multi-Carrier. Also, We discuss their advantages and disadvantages, and compare the system features in terms of the transmitter and receiver structures and the spectral efficiency. The performance analysis by the Computer simulation on the down-link bit error rate(BER) in a frequency selective slow Rayleigh fading channel, using a variety of detection strategies at the Multicarrier DS-CDMA system and Multi-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access system.

Spread spectrum technique were almost used in the military domain, but recently using in GPS and the latest cellular phones and wireless LAN and others from removal of residence the technique to applications industry and expansion the spread spectrum technique being researched for application wide and various parts. This article, examines the technology by describing an experimental direct sequence voice transmission system as a worked hardware. The results, to be satisfied output obtained specific property in the transmitter and showed chapter Ⅲ.
ARQ 技法을 採用하는 다이버시티 結合 DS/CDMA 시스템에 關한 硏究

In this paper, in order to improve the performance of DS/CDMA system the performance of ADC-DS/CDMA system adopting ARQ scheme have been analized. As the parameters to analysis performance of ADC-DS/CDMA system, throughput, BER, combining number (L) of received packets have been used, and correlation function adopting diversify combining and ARQ scheme have been presented, and DS/CDMA system have been compared with ADC-DS/CDMA system adopting ARQ scheme. In the result, decline rate of throughput for E_(b)/N_(0) in the DS/CDMA system have been increased in the ADC-DS/CDMA system, BER for the ADC-DS/CDMA system have been reduced as received packets are combined, and by the use of ADC the effective SNR have been improved by 6dB at 10^(-5) BER after 4 packets are combined.
