온톨로지의 구축에서는 각 개념간의 관계의 정의가 매우 중요하며, 이를 표현하고 정의하는 많은 일련의 과정이 진행되고 있다. RDF 스키마내부에 시간관계 개념인 “before"를 정의하고 에이전트가 ”before" 시간관계를 해석 할 수 있도록 Logic정의를 시도하였다. 또한 시간개념을 사용하여 온톨로지를 구출할 때 발생할 수 있는 이점에 대해 살펴보았다.

Background: Previous published clinical studies have demonstrated the positive effects of electrical stimulation (ES) on hair growth. Minoxidil (MXD) enhances hair growth by prolonging the anagen phase of hair follicles. MXD is used to promote hair growth in androgenetic alopecia. Objective: To investigate the combined effect of ES and MXD on cultured human dermal papilla cells (hDPCs). Methods: hDPCs were electrically stimulated with different parameter settings of alternating current. Electrically stimulated hDPCs were incubated in an MXD medium, after which cell proliferation was measured using an MTT assay. Ki-67 and β-catenin expressions were measured by immunofluorescence assay. In addition, Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related gene expressions were measured by real time-PCR, and phosphorylated ERK and AKT protein levels were measured by western blot assay. Results: The combination of 8 V-1 MHz ES and MXD treatment promoted hDPC proliferation effectively, compared with that in the control, ES alone, or MXD alone treatment groups. The immunofluorescence assay showed that the expression of Ki-67 and β-catenin significantly increased in the combined treatment group. Most of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related gene expressions increased more with combined treatment than with the control, ES alone, or MXD alone treatments. However, there were no significant differences in the expression levels of phosphorylated ERK and AKT among the treatment groups. Conclusion: ES combined with MXD treatment had a synergistic effect on the proliferation of hDPCs. This might be through the synergistic activation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. 애멸구 밀도에 따른 벼 생육시기별 벼 줄무늬잎마름병 발병정도

애멸구의 밀도에 따른 RSV 발병정도는 육묘상자에 10마리, 20마리, 40마리를 접종하였을 때는 병이 발생하지 않았으나, 80마리를 접종하였을 때 0.3%의 비율로 RSV가 발병하였으며, 애멸구의 접종밀도를 두 배로 증가시켜 160마리를 접종하였을 때는 0.6%의 비율로 RSV의 발병 역시 두배로 증가하였다. 또한 벼 1주에 애멸구를 각각 1마리, 2마리, 4마리, 8마리, 16마리씩 접종하여 RSV발병을 확인한 결과, 한 주에 8마리를 접종하였을 때 100% 발병하였고, 1마리, 2마리, 4마리를 접종하였을 때는 각각 15%, 30%, 60%로 발생율을 나타냈다. RSV의 감염시기별 피해정도를 알아보기 위해 보독 애멸구를 생육시기별로 접종한 결과 유묘기의 발병경률은 동진 1호 70%, 운광벼 62%로 나타났고, 저항성 품종인 온누리벼는 3%, 남평벼는 가장 낮은 1%의 발병경률을 나타났다. 최고분얼기 접종의 경우 동진1호와 운광벼는 각각 24%, 19%의 발병경률을 보였고 남평벼와 온누리벼에서는 발병이 확인 되지 않았다. We have survey on Rice stripe virus (RSV) incidence according to the density of small brown plant hopper (SBPH) in the individual rice plant, both in the nursery box and in the growing stage. A group of viruliferous SBPH was made by inoculation to rice, Dongjin 1 was infected with RSV for one week and reared continuously on the diseased rice in net box. The inoculation density of 8 viruliferous SBPH per rice resulted in 100% infection of the disease. The infection rate were 15, 30 and 60% with the inoculation density of 1, 2 and 4 SBPH per plant, respectively. Virus disease incidence increased two times as the density of SBPH doubled. The SBPH was inoculated with a group of 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 SBPH per nursery box. Minimum insect vector density required for the infection of the disease was 80 SBPH with the occurrence rate of 0.3% in RSV. The double score of 0.6% was also reached by the double density of 160 SBPH. However, RSV was not occurred with the inoculation density of 10 to 40 SBPH. In seedling stage of susceptible rice varieties in paddy field, the RSV disease index were 70% for Dongjin 1 and 61% for Unkwang. However for Nampyeong and Onnuri which were resistant varieties, the RSV disease index of 1 and 3% observed. In maximum tillering stage of the rice Dongjin 1 and Unkwang infected with the disease 24 and 19% of disease index, but resistance varieties were not infected with the disease.
합성 세라마이드가 두피에 미치는 임상적 영향에 대한 비교 관찰

Background: Ceramide offers an important barrier function to the epidermis. It can reduce epidermal water loss and inhibit the production of dandruff. Ceramide is essential in protecting hair and can be used as a cosmetic ingredient to improve seborrheic dermatitis and uncomfortable symptoms. Objective: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of synthetic ceramide on dandruff, erythema, sebum secretion, and scalp water loss. Methods: We enrolled 20 subjects. Ten were randomly assigned to a group using a synthetic ceramide containing shampoo and the other 10 were assigned to the control group. The subjects underwent evaluation of the scalp before the trial and after using the shampoo for 4 weeks. Scores were given for dandruff and scalp erythema. Sebum secretions were evaluated using a sebumeter and were checked at four different scalp sites. The water content of the scalp was measured using a corneometer at the same sites. Results: After 4 weeks, 8 patients showed favorable outcomes in dandruff in the ceramide group compared to 4 patients in the control group. Four patients displayed favorable outcomes in erythema in the ceramide group compared to 3 patients in the control group. Sebum secretion increased in the ceramide group and decreased in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The water content showed a tendency to increase in the ceramide group, whereas the water content significantly decreased in the control group. Conclusion: These results indicate that synthetic ceramide is effective at improving dandruff, erythema, and reducing scalp water loss. (Korean J Dermatol 2021;59(4):277∼283)
