다문화가정 중학생 자녀의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the influences of parental attitude, parenting attitudes, family function and peer attachment on the self-efficacy of middle school students in multicultural families. In particular, peer attachment was used as a mediator to determine the effects of self-efficacy. 302 multicultural family adolescents who enrolled in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do middle schools were surveyed. In order to measure the variables, this study used such scales as parenting attitude scale, family function scale, peer attachment scale and self efficacy scale. The results were analyzed by the PASW 18.0 program. The findings of the study led to the following conclusions; First, it has shown that peer attachment was the only variable that had significant differences by sex in middle school students of multicultural families. Second, the most influential variables of self-efficacy of middle school students in multicultural families was peer attachment among parenting attitude, family function and peer attachment. Third, there was a mediating effect of peer attachment among parenting attitude, family function and self-efficacy for adolescents of multicultural families. The notable distinction of this study was to find that peer attachment variable is the most important factor of self-efficacy. Considering the results in this study, aggressive intervention is necessary in order to improve the self-efficacy of middle school students in multicultural families.

e-비즈니스의 활성화에 따른 기업 환경의 변화로 인해 전자상거래와 물류 및 공급망의 현실적/효율적 운영관리를 위한 새로운 개념의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절대적으로 요구되고 있다. e-비즈니스는 기업 내부 프로세스와 기업간 거래 프로세스와의 연동을 수반하기 때문에 워크플로우 관리 시스템 또한 다중 기업들간의 워크플로우 모델의 상호 연동이 필요하다. 따라서 전자상거래를 위한 기업들은 서로 다른 워크플로우 관리 시스템 및 워크플로우 모델들간의 상호 운영적인 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대한 관심이 증대되었다. 본 논문은, 워크플로우 모델러와 ebXML 기반 비즈니스 프로세스 모델러의 연계를 통해 ebXML을 기반으로 e-비즈니스를 위한 워크플로우 모델링 기법을 제시함으로써, 거래 기업간의 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 효율적으로 자원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 약진은 비단 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적인 추세라 할 수 있다. 따라서 기업들은 전자상거래의 핵심 요소를 반영한 새로운 물류 시스템 체계를 구축하고, 기업간 상거래를 원활하게 수행하는데 필요한 프로세스 연계 방안을 함께 모색해야 한다. 오늘날 워크플로우 시스템은 이러한 전자상거래의 요구 사항을 수용하여 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스를 연계하고 그 수행을 자동화하는 새로운 솔루션으로써 각광을 받고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 목적으로 하는 전자물류 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이와 함께 기업간 상호 운영성의 투명성과 효율성을 보장하기 위한 가상 조직의 개념과 레지스트리 시스템을 제안 및 적용한다.

결혼만족도 향상을 위한 부부집단상담프로그램의 효과성 연구

본 연구는 결혼만족도가 낮은 3-40대 부부들을 대상으로 부부집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 자아존중감과 의사소통이 결혼만족에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 결혼만족도 향상을 위한 부부집단상담 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 부부집단상담 프로그램은 인간중심상담이론과 긍정주의 심리치료를 통합하여 결혼만족도 향상을 목표로 총 6회기로 구성하였으며, 실험집단 부부 6쌍, 통제집단 부부 6쌍으로 구분하였다. 실험집단 부부들은 주1회 90분씩 프로그램에 참여하였고, 통제집단 부부들은 아무런 처치도 받지 않았다. 프로그램 실시 후 실험집단과 통제집단을 비교분석한 결과, 부부집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 부부들은 자아존중감, 의사소통, 결혼만족도가 유의미하게 향상되어 자아존중감과 의사소통이 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인임을 검증하였다. 본 프로그램은 인간중심상담이론과 긍정주의 심리치료를 토대로 통합적 이론의 틀을 사용하여 다각적인 면에서 접근하려는 시도를 했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 부부들의 결혼만족도 향상에 대한 예방적이고 실천적인 부부교육 및 상담에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop a group counseling program for couples in order to improve the level of marital satisfaction. This study also aimed to verify the effectiveness of a group counseling program for couples to improve their marital satisfaction. For these purposes, a group counseling program was conducted to married couples who were from 30’s to 40’s and showed low marital satisfaction in order for improving marital satisfaction through dealing with couples’ self-esteem and communication skills. The group counseling program for couples in this study was developed based on two therapy theories. These theorise are the Person-Centered Therapy(PCT) and Positive Psychotherapy(PPT) theories. The group counseling program for couples was consisted of six sessions and the time required for each session was 90 minutes. For verifying the effectiveness of this program, twelve couples were divided into two groups, these were the experimental group and control group. Six couples in the experimental group were participated in the group counseling program once a week for six weeks, while six couples in the control group did not receive any treatment. Afterwards, they were compared to their self-esteem, communication skills and marital satisfaction. The findings of this study are as follows: first, the couples in the experimental group improved their self-esteem, communication skills and marital satisfaction. Second, communication skills and self-esteem reveals effective factor for improving marital satisfaction.

최근 인터넷 전자 상거래 시장의 급속한 성장과 발전은 웹어플리케이션 기술을 이용해 기업이 제공하는 서비스를 명세하고 이를 통한 기업간 서비스 연동 플렛폼 구축에 대한 관심으로 확대되고 있다. 인터넷을 기반으로한 전자 거래 협업을 위한 표준 기술로써 ebXML은 기업간 거래 프로세스를 모델링하여 공용 저장소에 등록하고 이를 토대로 기업간 협업을 명세하여 거래 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행을 자동화 시켜주는 기술이다. e-Logistics 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 시스템은 ebXML 표준스팩을 기반으로 하여 기업간 전자 물류 거래프로세스를 모델링하고 협업명세 정보와 연관된 비즈니스 프로세스를 해석하여 수행을 자동화하여 이들의 진행 상태와 수행결과에 대한 모니터링 정보를 제공한다. 비즈니스 상태 모니터링 도구는 e-Logistics 플랫폼과 EJB Framework 환경을 바탕으로 설계 및 구현 되었으며 비즈니스 프로세스의 원활한 수행에 필요한 상태모니터링 정보와 거래 문서의 송수신 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 비즈니스 프포세스 상태 모니터링을 위한 모니터링 도구의 시스템 구조와 주요 기능을 언급하고 설계 요구사항 및 클래스 구조도를 제시한다. 또한 BPMS 엔진 컴포넌트 모듈과의 연동 시나리오 및 구현된 사용자 인터페이스에 대해서 기술한다.

본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템 엔진은 ebXML 기반의 다자간 전자물류 시스템 프레임워크의 한 부분으로, 기업간의 상호운영성에 초점을 맞춘다. ebXML 표준에 다라 개발된 e-비즈니스 플랫폼은 거래 참여자들이 접근하여 CPP 등록 및 CPA 체결을 하는데, 엔진의 역할은 이러한 CPA에 참조된 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행 상태를 파악 및 진행을 유도한다. 본 논문은 e-비즈니스 프레임워크의 한 종류인 ebXML 을 적용하여 전자물류 프로세스의 자동화와 기업간 상호운영성을 지원할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템 엔진의 설계 및 구현 내용에 대해서 기술한다.
