        초등학교 1학년의 주의력결핍 과잉행동 문제가 학교적응에 미치는 영향에 대한 집행기능곤란의 매개효과

        This study was performed to investigate connections between attention deficit hyperactivity and early school adjustment for first–grade children. In order to expand the scope of understanding on the issue, research was expanded to include the possible mediating effects of executive function impairment. The subjects consisted of 1,598 elementary school students, whose data were taken from the Panel Study of Korean Children (PSKC) 8th wave beginning in 2008 collected by KICCE(Korea Institute of Child Care and Education). The major findings of this study were as follows. School adjustment was negatively correlated with attention deficit hyperactivity and executive function impairment in first grade children. Children with a higher score in ADHD symptoms had significantly lower school adjustment scores as well as higher executive function impairment scores. Children’s executive function impairment was also found to be a significant mediator in the relationship between attention deficit hyperactivity and early school adjustment in first–grade children. These findings indicate that executive function impairment may function as a pathway that makes it difficult for first graders with attention deficit hyperactivity to adjust to school life.

        학업중단 청소년의 사회적 낙인감이 현재생활만족도와 미래긍정태도에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감과 우울의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem and depression between social stigma and living satisfaction, and future optimism among youth after dropping out of school. A total of 318 data youth from the panel of school dropouts wave 5 conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute, was utilized for analysis. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem and depression. The findings are as follows. First, social stigma was found to have a negative impact on living satisfaction and future optimism. Second, social stigma was found to have a negative impact on self-esteem and a positive effect on depression. Third, the partial mediating effect of self-esteem and depression was found in the relationship between social stigma and living satisfaction, and future optimism. Based on these result, implications and suggestions were provided.

        아동이 지각하는 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통과 아동의 공격성 -학령 후기 아동의 내현적 자기애의 매개효과에 대한 탐색-

        본 연구는 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통과 아동의 공격성이 어떠한 관계를 갖고 있으며, 이 둘의 관계에서 아동의 내현적 자기애가 매개적 효과를 갖는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 학령 후기에 해당하는 남녀 아동을 대상으로 1) 이들이 지각하는 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통, 아동의 내현적 자기애, 공격성이 성별에 따라 차이가 나는지를 살펴보고, 2) 아동의 내현적 자기애에 영향을 미치는 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통 유형과, 3) 아동의 공격성에 영향을 미치는 내현적 자기애의 하위요인은 무엇이며, 4) 마지막으로 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통이 아동의 공격성에 미치는 영향에 대한 내현적 자기애의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구대상 표집은 천안시 소재의 초등학교 2곳에서 학령 후기에 해당하는 5, 6학년 남녀 학생을 대상으로 이루어졌고, 총 284명에 대한 자료가 분석되었다. 측정척도로는 역기능적 의사소통 척도와 아동용 자기애 척도 중 내현화 척도, 공격성 척도가 사용되었다. 분석을 위하여 t-test, 상관관계 분석 및 단계적 회귀분석이 실시되었다. 그 결과 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통은 아동의 공격성과 내현적 자기애와 모두 통계적으로 의미 있는 관련성이 있으며, 성별에 따라 다른 양상을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 어머니의 역기능적 의사소통은 아동의 공격성에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 내현적 자기애를 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학령 후기 아동의 건강한 발달을 위한 예방적인 교육이나 치료적 개입 시 내현적 자기애와 부모의 역기능적 의사소통을 다루어주어야 하며, 성별에 따라 다른 접근이 필요함을 의미한다. 또한, 부모교육 시 과도한 자기애와 공격성의 발달을 막기 위한 바람직한 의사소통 방식에 대한 교육이 필요함을 시사하는 바이다. This study focused on investigating the effect of mother``s dysfunctional communication, children``s aggression and their overt narcissism. In order to expand the study on relationships, special attention was given to the possible mediating effects of children``s covert narcissism on relationships. The participants consisted of 144 boys and 140 girls in the 5th and 6th grades attending elementary schools located in Cheonan. The data collected were analyzed by means of t-test, Pearson``s correlation, multiple regression, using the SPSS Win 19.0. The results were as follows. 1) Mother``s dysfunctional communication was significantly related with children``s aggression and their overt narcissism. 2) Mother``s dysfunctional communication was found to affect children``s aggression in a direct manner as well as indirectly through children``s overt narcissism. These results suggest that there is a necessity for preventive education and therapeutic intervention based on covert narcissism and maternal dysfunctional communication. With these research results in mind, it is suggested that different intervention strategies, according to gender, need to be applied.

        부모의 자율성 지지가 후기 아동의 그릿에 미치는 영향 -자아존중감과 우울의 직렬 이중매개효과-

        The purpose of this study is to examine the sequential mediation effect of self-esteem and depression between parental autonomy support and grit of a child in late childhood. This study used data from the 2nd wave of the KCYPS 2018 (Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018), and the data from 2,437 students were utilized for analysis. The sequential mediation effect was verified using SPSS PROCESS macro. The results are as follows. First, parental autonomy support was found to have a positive impact on self-esteem and grit and a negative impact on the depression of a child in late childhood. Second, self-esteem was found to have a positive impact on grit and a negative impact on the depression of a child in late childhood. Third, depression was found to have a negative impact on grit of a child in late childhood. Fourth, the sequential mediating effect of self-esteem and depression was found in the relationship between parental autonomy support and grit of a child in late childhood. Based on these results, implications and suggestions are provided.

        부모의 학업성취 압력과 아동의 행복감의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of academic stress moderated by ego-resiliency in the relationship between maternal academic pressure and children’s happiness This study used data from 12th waves of the PSKC 2019(The Panel Study on Korean Children). 1,412 children’s data were utilized for analysis. The mediating effect of academic stress moderated by ego-resiliency was verified using SPSS process macro. The results are as follows. First, maternal academic achievement pressure showed a positive correlation with children’s academic stress, a negative correlation with children’s happiness. Second, children’s academic stress had a full mediating effect between maternal academic pressure and children’s happiness. Third, children’s ego-resiliency had a moderating effect on the relationship between maternal academic achievement pressure and children’s academic stress. Based on these result, implications and suggestions were provided.s The findings of this study emphasize the importance of promoting ego-resiliency as a moderating variable between maternal academic achievement pressure and children’s academic stress. These findings could be used as a foundation for developing parent education programs to support not to pressure for child’s academic achievement, and for emphasizing importance to promote child’s ego-resiliency.
