According to the ear, the conception of time and its value are being changed, furthermore, its importance is being keenly recognized as much as the time passes by. Time can be defined as an objective material attributed equally to everyone in every place. Accordingly, the quality of individual life may depend upon the effetive use and control of time. And the content of the individual life also can be differentiated because of the time From the social point of view, his study is not only to take advantage of time but also to improve its value with a view to securing the power of the competition, regarding time as manpower. As for the sales logistic circumstances, a lot of changes in sale tendency have happened due the rapidly changing ages as well as to the consumer demand. In other words, the consumers are looking for an atmosphere, in which they are allowed to buy various products in the conditions as follows; ata reasonable price, within their limited time and in a comfortable and practical way. As or time, this kind of consumer demand has caused some sales logistics to abolish the limit of the opening hours of the store. And nowadays, the Electronic Commerce system, with which the consumer are able to purchase their products regardless of time and place, is being introduced in our society. "time" itself is being recognized as an important factor which is relative to the act of purchasing. If we look into ways of meeting this kind of demand and the phenomenon cause by the importance and the value of the time, the existing marketing strategy, in its function, has a tendency to turn its system into that of purchasing the products at a time. A new system applies to networking sales to supply the products in an appropriate time. ?? as time is concerned, as the more detailed the marketing plans are the more ?? sales atmosphere is needed. At this very ?? approaching the 21st century, New Millenium, the purpose of thiis study is firstly to recognize time as an importance source in this rapidly changing circumstances and to designate time as the importent strategic element, which may differentiate the sales logistics atmospheres.
