In this research, a hot and cold combined forging process for manufacturing net-shape one-way clutch bearing outer race of an automobile automatic transmission unit is developed. The process is composed of hot forging for manufacturing an optimized gear-like perform and precision cold forging for sizing the perform into final net-shape product. Finite element simulation techniques are applied to find the optimized process designs including blank and die shapes. The predictions and experiments are compared, revealing that they are in good agreement with each other. The dimensional test showed that the important dimensional requirements on gear tooth-like shape of the forged product were fulfilled.

In this paper, three-dimensional finite element analysis of screw rolling process of a long shaft bolt is conducted by using a rigid-plastic finite element method based metal forming simulator AFDEX 3D. A whole sequence of cold forming processes of a long shaft bolt composed of forging and screw rolling processes is simulated to reveal the mechanism of screw formation. A mesh density control function is applied near the major plastic deformation region to achieve computational efficiency.

본 논문은 태양광 인버터에 배터리 저장 장치가 포함된 ES(Energy Storage)용 태양광 발전시스템에 관한 내용이다. 배터리에 에너지를 충/방전시키기 위한 절연형 양방향 컨버터를 제안 하였으며, 태양광 발전시스템과 에너지 저장 시스템과의 운전 알고리즘에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, a fuel cell is remarkable for new generation system. The fuel cell generation system converts the chemical energy of a fuel directly into electrical energy.<br/> The fuel cell generation is characterized by low voltage and high current. For connecting to utility, it needs both a step up converter and an inverter The step up converter makes DC link and the Inverter changes D.C to A.C.<br/> In this paper, full bridge converter and the single phase inverter are designed and installed for fuel cell. Simulation and experiment verify that fuel cell generation system could be applied for the distributed generation.<br/>

Recently, a fuel cell with low voltage and high current of electronic output characteristics is remarkable for new generation system. It needs both a dc-dc boost converter and dc-ac inverter to be used in domestic power. Therefore, this paper presents dc-de boost converter with ZVS for fuel cell generation system<br/> This topology has several advantages, which are ZVS characteristics of all of main and auxiliary switches, reduction of reactor component size because of high frequency switching, and low rated voltage stress of the switches. In this paper, theoretical analysis, operation principle, and design procedures are presented. And simulation results from Pspice are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.
