外部知识获取与财务绩效关系研究-吸收能力和创新绩效的中介作用-

지식경제시대에 기업의 외부 정보와 지식 활용의 중요성은 지속적으로 학계의 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 조직학습이론에 기반하여, 조직의 외부지식습득, 흡수능력, 혁신성과 및 재무성과 간의 이론적인 영향관계를 가설형태로 제시하고 이를 검증하기 위하여 중국 288개의 하이테크 기업에 대한 설문조사 자료를 활용하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 먼저 연구변수들에 대한 탐색적 요인분석을 진행하여 타당도를 검증하고 신뢰도 검사를 진행 한후, 변수들의 상관분석을 경과하여 가설설정방향 적합여부를 확인하고 이어서 가설검증을 위한 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 실증분석의 결과는 이론적으로 제시한 가설들을 모두 입증하는 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 하이테크 기업의 외부지식습득은 기업 흡수능력에 긍정적인 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 흡수능력은 기업의 혁신성과에 긍정적인 영향관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 흡수능력은 외부지식습득과 혁신성과간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업의 혁신성과는 흡수능력과 재무성과간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 결론과 건의부분에서 중국 하이테크 기업의 흡수능력 향상과 창의력 향상을 위한 이론적인 의의를 기술하고 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다. 아울러 본문의 말미에는 본 연구의 한계에 대하여 언급하고 향후의 연구에 대하여 언급하였다. In the age of knowledge economy, the importance of external information and knowledge utilization by companies continues to attract attention from academia. Based on organization learning theory, this study uses survey data from 288 high-tech companies in China, empirically examines the relationship among external knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity, innovation performance, and financial performance. Before testing the hypothesis test, exploratory factor analysis of the study variables was first verified validity and reliability, and then correlation analysis of the variables was passed to check whether they were suitable for hypothesis setting direction. After followed regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results indicate that external knowledge acquisition has positively effect on absorptive capacity. The results also show absorptive capacity has positively effect on innovation performance, plays mediating role between external knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. In addition, we find that innovation performance plays mediating role between innovation performance and financial performance. This study, therefore, contributes to the understanding of improving absorptive capacity and innovation capability of Chinese high-tech enterprises that offers important and practical implications. At the end, we referred to the limitations of this study and to future studies.
