본 논문은 일상생활, 돌봄긍지, 지지체계, 건강, 경제 등 5개 영역을 중심으로 가족돌봄자가 돌봄과정에서 경험하는 다양한 반응 및 영향을 알아보고, 이러한 돌봄반응이 가족돌봄자의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 돌봄제공자 반응도구(Caregiver Reaction Scale)를 활용하여 가족돌봄자 270명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 5개 영역을 중심으로 한 돌봄반응 중에서 가족돌봄자가 경험하는 반응은 건강영향, 경제적 영향, 일상생활 영향, 돌봄긍지, 가족지지 부족 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여성이면서 고연령이고 가구의 경제상태에 대해 부정적으로 인식하며 배우자가 돌볼 경우, 그리고 혼자 돌보면서 돌봄기간 및 시간이 길 경우 돌봄으로 인한 반응의 정도가 더 크고 삶의 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그런데, 남성이면서 혼자 장시간 돌봄을 수행할 경우 돌봄에 대한 긍정적 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 돌봄반응이 가족돌봄자의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 신체건강과 지지체계에 대한 부정적 영향을 받았다고 인식하는 정도가 증가할수록 가족돌봄자의 삶의 만족도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 돌봄가족에게 무엇보다도 돌봄에 대한 반응이 삶의 만족에 주요한 영향요인이 된다는 것을 알 수 있게 하였으며, 돌봄경험의 긍정적 가치를 강화시키고 부정적 결과를 완화시켜줄 수 있는 지원을 성별, 돌봄관계, 돌봄맥락과 경험에 따라 면밀하게 구성할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This paper sought to find out the various care experiences of family caregivers and verify how these care experiences affect the satisfaction of family caregivers. To this end, an online survey was conducted using the Caregiver Reaction Assessment, which reflected the multi-aspects of caring families, and the results of 270 respondents were analyzed. As a result of the study, the care experience of caring families showed negative results depending on women, spouse care, solo care, and care time. On the other hand, it has been shown that men also experience positive recognition of care when they take care alone for a long time. In addition, the worse the health and the lack of support for the care experience, the lower the satisfaction of the family caregiver’s life. These findings show that support to strengthen the positive value of caring experiences and mitigate negative consequences needs to be carefully organized according to gender, caring relations, caring context and experience.

저소득 취약 계층 청소년을 위한 오케스트라 사업의 주요 성공 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 저소득 취약 계층 청소년을 대상으로 하는 오케스트라 사업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인들이 무엇인지를 알아보고 오케스트라 사업의 운영과 실천내용에 있어 구조적, 과정적 설계에 투입해야할 증거를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 취약 계층 청소년을 위한 오케스트라 사업에 참여 하고 있는 강사, 지휘자, 행정가, 참여 청소년 20명을 연구 대상으로 초점집단 면접 조사를 실시하여 일차적으로 사업 성공 요인에 대한 설문문항을 개발하였다. 다음 전문가 23명에 대하여 델파이 조사를 통해 이를 핵심 요인들로 압축해 보는 과정을 거쳤다. 그결과, ‘사업 참여자들이 사업의 목적과 가치에 공감하고 애정과 열정을 쏟는 것’이 상대적으로 가장 중요한 요인으로 꼽혔으며 ‘지휘자나 강사의 축적된 지도 방법’, ‘강사의 좋은 성품 및 태도’, ‘참여 아동의 몰입 및 긍정적 경험’, ‘연주회 경험’, ‘부모의지지 및 관심’, ‘참여 기관의 책임감’등이 중요 요인으로 꼽혔다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 실천적 함의에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore critical success factors in the orchestra for underrepresented youth, so as to draw social welfare practice and adminstration implications. For the purpose of the study, this study collected success factors through focus group interview, which targeted music instructors, conductors, youth participants and administrators, and selected critical success factors using delphi technique as expert decision making method. Results are as follows: The commitment of participants, particularly in instructors and conductors, in youth orchestra had the highest priority of all factors and skilled teaching methods, instructors’ good personality and attitude, youth participants’ affective involvement, experience of recital and responsibility of community center had relative prior factors.
