        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the behavioral aspects concerning cellulite and occurrence frequency of cellulite symptoms on women in their twenties around. Methods : A random sample of 180 women in their twenties around was recruited in InCheon. The research instruments were behavioral aspects concerning cellulite and occurrence frequency of cellulite symptoms. The data were collected by a structured questionnaire and analyzed by SAS program. Results : The subjects more frequently take drinking(78.33%), fixed posture(42.78%), tight-fit dress(79.44%) and less frequently smoking(18.89%), exercise(36.67%). Conclusion : It is necessary to develop Health behavior program for prevent and decreasing a risk of cellulite.

        극한강우 발생에 따른 소규모 댐 위험도 분석

        The local heavy rains that didn't happen in the past, super typhoon and local torrential rainfall, generates more rainfall than the design rainfall applied to the design of the hydraulic structure this raises the anxiety about safety from natural disasters. In this study, the risk was analyzed extreme rainfall for a small dam belonging to a relatively large-scale structure among hydraulic structures and The target of analysis is the Cheongsong pumped storage plant in Cheongsong, Gyeongsangbuk-do. In Korea, extreme rainfall occurs mainly in the Jirisan area of the south coast and the east coast area. Therefore, in this study, the extreme rainfall that occurred in the eastern coastal area near the Cheongsong pumped-water power plant was selected and used for analysis. The maximum daily rainfall since 2000 in the east coast area was Typhoon Mitag in 2019, which caused a lot of rainfall in the east coast areas such as Pohang, Yeongdeok, and Uljin. In this study, it was assumed that rainfall such as typhoon Mitak occurred in the basin of the Cheongsong pumped storage plant, and the effect of dam outflow according to power generation on the downstream area was analyzed. 최근 발생하는 이상기후는 초강력 태풍, 폭우, 폭설, 가뭄 등의 형태로 우리 생활에 많은 영향을미치고 있다. 특히 과거에는 발생하지 않았던 초강력 태풍 또는 국지성 폭우와 같은 강수량의 변화는 수공구조물 설계 시 적용된 설계 강우빈도를 크게 상회하는 강우로 인하여 안전도에도 큰 영향을미치며 자연재해로부터 안전에 대한 불안감을 고조시키고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수공구조물 중 소규모 댐에 대하여 극한강우 발생을 가정하였고, 극한강우 발생으로 인한 위험도를 분석하였다. 우리나라에서 발생하는 극한강우는 주로 남해안 지리산지역과 동해안지역에서 발생하고있어 본 연구에 적용한 극한강우는 분석대상으로 선정한 청송 양수발전소 인근 지역인 동해안지역에 발생한 극한강우를 선정하여 분석에 이용하였다. 동해안지역에서 2000년 이후 발생한 1일 최대강우량은 2019년 발생한 태풍 「미탁」으로 포항, 영덕, 울진 등 동해안지역에 많은 강우를 발생시켰다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태풍 「미탁」과 같은 강우가 청송 양수발전소 유역에 발생하였을 경우로가정하여 발전 여부에 따른 댐 방류량이 하류지역에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다.

        미용업진입자와 작업관련성 근골격계 장애에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of and to collect the basic informations of Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders(WMDs) in Beautician as beginner. The subjects were 86 students(all women). A questionnaire survey about the personal characteristics, behaviors, time to practices per week, parts of the body which use mainly to practice, stretching behavior, were conducted from November 2007 to December 2007. Data analysis was done using MS EXCEL program to determine percentage. The results were as follows; The subjects for this research were categorized into; by gender, all of them were females; by age, 18-21years 83.72%, 22-42years 16.28%; by alcohol, non-drinking represented 54.65%, drinking 37.21%; by smoking status, non-smoking represented 84.88%; by exercises, non-exercises 75.58%. By practice time(hours/week); all of them 15hours/week; by parts of the body which use mainly to practice were hands in the domain of skin care 48.84%, of hair 59.30%, of make-up 62.79%, of nail art 81.40%. By stretching behavior before/after the practice, non-stretching 54.65%, occasionally 40.70%. By WMDs symptoms, all of them were not feel the WMDs symptoms . The results of this study indicate that the beautician as beginner can not feel the WMDs symptoms. Therefore, this study has an important meaning that prevention is important.         The obesity ratio has increased due to economic growth coupled with change in diet pattern, causing appearance and health problems. Obesity is recognized as an important risk factor of metabolic diseases and atherosclerosis and decrease the quality of life. According to investigation; diet, physical exercise and behavior correction therapy with massage reduces weight, BMI, waist/abdomen circumference. The apparent effectiveness of aromatherapy massage in reducing weight, abdominal circumference and appetite was noted. Functional electrical stimulation is more effective than aerobic exercise in the subcutaneous fat area and in changing visceral fat area. To improve the quality of life, adequate weight is demanded.

        The skin aging can be divided into two areas: intrinsic aging and photoaging. Intrinsic aging is due to the passage of the time and photoaging occurs as a result of long-term and repeated exposure to ultraviolet radiation. Skin changes caused by aging can be reversed by the long-term and continuous use of functional cosmetics(cosmeceuticals). The cosmetics are one of the elements of the aesthetic treatments. The aesthetic treatments consist of several elements: disincrustation, massage, machines, cosmetics, etc. These elements combined together can make a synergy effects. The long-term and continuous aesthetic treatments can be more effective than just simple application of the cosmetics.

      • 한국 청년층의 자외선에 대한 인지정도와 자외선차단제 사용행태에 대한 연구

        This study has the purpose to provide a fundamental data for skin protection from damage of ultraviolet rays(henceforth UV-rays), by examining the degree of young adult’s recognition of sun-exposure and their sunscreen activities. The subject of survey in this study are 280 Korean young adults. The questionnaire are made up of 38 questions from various literatures and they are sorted by the subject’s general character, cosmetic experience and attitude for cosmetics, degree of sun-exposure, recognizing degree for sunscreen products and using patterns, the recognition of sunlight damage. The surveyed data was statistically treated by SPSS and for frequency analysis, percentage, ranging analysis, relationality and inter-relationality(or inter-dependency) between the two standard variables, χ2 (kai-square) test is used. Statistically when p-value is lower than 0.05, it is meaningful. The results of this study are as follows. 1. In their responses, 61.4% began to makeup earlier than they are 19 years old and the most interested ingredients in buying cosmetics are whitening(34.3%), water- supplying(24.3%), UV-rays-blocking(11.8%) and the rest in order. Among who think their skins are bright or white, 0% of the male subjects and 13.5% of the female subjects are interested in UV-rays-blocking ingredient in buying cosmetics. 2. In their recognition of the relation between sunlight and health, 205 subjects (73.2%) out of 280 subjects think that sunlight may be either good or harmful for health. On the effect of UV-rays on skin health, 160 subjects(57.1%) think them harmful and 79 subjects(28.3%) think them either good or harmful. 3. For the reason of using UV-rays-blocking products, 250 subjects(89.2%) use it to prevent sunburn, tanning and skin-aging. On the other hand, only 88 subjects(31.4%) know the meaning of SPF in UV-rays-blocking products and 133 subjects(47.5%) do not. 4. UV-rays-blocking products, 214 subjects(76.8%) have used more than once or are using presently. For the question of using time of UV-rays-blocking products, 110 subjects(39.3%) use it in summer only, 50(17.9%) in sports activities, 37(13.2%) in every morning, 17(6.1%) on clean and bright days, and 12 subjects(4.3%) use it following their moods. Particularly in sports activities, only 8 subjects re-cover their skin by the products after much sweating. 5. The subjects get some informations about UV-rays from people around them (32.1%), TV/radio(31.8%), magazines(18.6%) or educations(7.1%) 6. On their skin-brightness and using a UV-blocking products, both male and female do not have meaningful answers(p>0.05). From the results above, we know that the subjects recognize and understand well about the effects of sun-exposure on skin but they lack of understanding of a right way for skin protection from harmful things. Thus they don’t use a UV-rays-blocking products well. While skin-brightness has close relationship with sensitivity for sunlight, the subjects in this study think their skins rather bright but they don’t show a usage of a UV-rays-blocking products. Regardless of increased UV-rays accumulated with increased life expectancy, increased harmful UV-rays by the collapse of the ozone layer, though not in bright skin type, the long-term reactions by long exposure to sunlight, such as sunlight-aging, skin cancer are considered more dangerous matters that acute reaction by short exposure, such as a pigmentary deposit, erythema. Therefore it is required to recognize and understand the meaning of a UV-blocking products, a proper SPF, the right usage of it, and so on. In the survey and examination, the subjects are supposed to recognize and understand the meaning of a UV-blocking products well but not that of SPF. This may be because they get an information about UV-rays from people around, TV, radio, newspapers, or magazines, not from well-established organizations.         ESWMS 모형을 이용한 부유사분포 특성

        This study is about the sediment distribution change characteristics using a two-dimensional model and selected the representative grain diameter by using the results of riverbed changes simulation using suspended sediment concentrations before and after river maintenance and river bed materials and compared and reviewed the results of simulating the resulting river bed changes. A analysis target river is Daecheon located in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk and suspended sediment survey results showed that the suspended sediment grain diameter before and after river maintenance was found not to show a big difference, the average grain diameter before and after river maintenance 0.0606mm and 0.0591mm, respectively but it was analyzed that a significant difference occurs, the highest suspended sediment concentration before ana after river maintenance 58.6mg/l and 140.7mg/l, respectively. Also, when applying the suspended sediment concentration measured in the river bed state before river maintenance and applying suspended sediment concentration measured in the river bed state after river maintenance, various suspended sediment concentration was analyzed to generate the differences of erosion and sedimentation and based on the differences by the left bank, middle, right bank, maximum erosion 0.0028m and maximum sedimentation 0.0043m, maximum erosion 0.0013mm and maximum sedimentation 0.0027m, maximum erosion 0.0084m and maximum sedimentation 0.0062m of the difference in erosion and sedimentation were shown at the left bank, middle, right bank, respectively. Riverbed changes appear differently depending on river maintenance and the proper maintenance of the river is determined to be made when adopting an appropriate analysis method according to the riverbed shape during river maintenance and management before and after river maintenance.

        열화상 영상을 이용한 하수관 결함조사시스템 개발

        It takes very long to measure a crack with the use of a CCTV robot for inspecting sewer defects. That is because it is required to remove many impurities deposited in a pipe in order to put and move a CCTV robot in the sewer pipe. The sewer defect inspection system developed to save such temporal and financial costs is designed to go to the middle part of a sewer pipe and make inspection and measurement with the uses of thermal images and CCTV. For performance test and evaluation, a 600 mm concrete pipe and a 300mm PVC pipe were buried 15m, respectively. As a result, it was possible to clearly find very small cracks, which are hard to be detected with the naked eye in CCTV, through thermal imaging, and to quantitatively analyze a crack area with the crack area calculation program using the developed thermal imaging data. The performance of the sewer defect inspection system developed in this study can be classified into three types as follows. First, by checking cracks through thermal detection and CCTV and using the crack area calculation program developed in this study, it was possible to find a crack area quantitatively. Secondly, through quantitative defect inspection, it was possible to select a proper repair construction method depending on a type of defects, a size, and a position, and thereby to remarkably reduce uncertain factors which can arise under an engineer's judgment only. Finally, there was cost saving in the defect inspection. In other words, by using the pipe wall in the middle part of a sewer pipe, not in its bottom, it was possible to inspect defects regardless of impurities and thereby to considerably save the cost for removing impurities.

        분류식 하수관거 정비지역 유입수/침입수 조사 분석

        This study compared and analyzed Night-time Domestic Flow Evaluation, Water Use Evaluation and BOD Evaluation by conducting the investigation of flux and water quality for one year from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014 targeting three treatment basins among Build-Transfer-Lease(BTL) sections of sewer pipe maintenance that was carried out nationwide regarding BTL section of sewer pipe maintenance in Sangju-si in 2005 aiming at providing basic data of installation status and maintenance of separate sewer pipe as the investigation and analysis of infiltrated and influent water at the separate sewer pipe maintenance area. As the results, it was judged that it was impossible to analyze Water Use Evaluation because the use of underground water was huge considering local characteristics of Sangju-si and the analysis of infiltrated and influent water (I/I) that is the method of investigating and analyzing night-time domestic flow and the status of night-time domestic flow of residence center for each administrative district and treatment basin was used in this study because it was judged that it was impossible to apply the characteristic factor during base period due to the change of water-collecting cycle and method when it comes BOD Evaluation. As the results of analysis, it was shown that the ratio of infiltrated was average 17.3% and infiltration rate was 0.29m3/d/cm/km in case of Jeungchon treatment basin, infiltrated was average 23.5% and infiltration rate was 0.61m3/d/cm/km in case of Mansan treatment basin and infiltrated was average 11.3% and infiltration rate was 0.03m3/d/cm/km in case of Shinheaung treatment basin. To summarizing analysis results of each treatment basin, the area with the lowest infiltration was Shinheaung treatment basin and the area with the highest infiltration was Mansan treatment basin among the investigated areas, and the average of investigated area was analyzed as 0.31m3/d/cm/km.
