웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 진주와 크리스탈을 응용한 디자인 연구

본 연구는 웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 이미지를 분류하고, 진주의 은은하고 부드러운 광택을 그대로 살리기 위해 진주와 크리스탈을 이용하여 창의적인 디자인으로 접근하여 제시하고자 한다. 또한 현대에 와서 헤어스타일에 보완과 개성을 연출하는데 있어 여러 소재와 형태로 표현됨으로써 특별한 분의기를 갖게 하는 하나의 장식수단, 독특한 디자인들로 여성들에게 선택의 폭을 넓힘으로써 헤어아트 디자인 예술적인 새로운 표현의 한 부분으로 도움을 주고자 한다. 진주가 가지고 있는 은은하고 부드러운 광택과 크리스탈의 화려함을 조화시켜 디자인을 만들 수 있는 웨딩 헤어장신구 변화에 따른 이미지를 형상화 한 총 3작품을 제작 분석하여 창의적이고 독창적인 헤어아트 예술적으로 실생활의 상품성을 위한 새로운 모티브로써 제공 될 수 있도록 하였다. 디자인의도 및 방법, 디자인 전개, 제작의도, 제작과정, 작품완성으로 작품제작을 이루었다. 실용성과 장식성을 동시에 갖추면서 자신의 개성을 드러내 주는 유니크(unique)한 업스타일 장식을 고안하는데 도출 할 수 가 있었다. 헤어아트 작품 개발, 실생활의 상품성을 위한 모티브로 색깔 있는 헤어아트 디자인의 연구가 계속되기를 기대한다. This study classifies images according to changes in wedding hair and equipment and approaches and presents creative designs using pearls and crystals to preserve the subtle and soft gloss of pearls. In addition, in modern times, it is intended to help women as a new part of hair art design art expression by expanding their choices with unique designs and decorative means that give women a special sense of humor by expressing them in various materials and forms in creating complementary and individualistic hairstyles. A total of three works were produced and analyzed to shape images according to changes in wedding hair jewelry, which can create designs by harmonizing the subtle and soft gloss of pearls with the splendor of crystals, so that they could be provided as new motifs for real-life marketability in creative and original hair art. The work was produced by the design intention and method, design development, production intention, production process, and work completion. It was possible to derive a unique up-style decoration that reveals one's personality while having both practicality and decoration. It is expected that the research on colored hair art design will continue as a motif for the development of hair art works and the commercialization of real life.

온라인 수업이 미용전문대학생의 셀프리더십, 자기효능감, 학습성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 미용전문대학생들을 대상으로 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하 기 위함이다. 연구대상은 D지역 미용전문대학에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 남・녀 대학생 115명을 대상으로 2021년 11월 22 일부터 12월 1일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 중 100부를 최종적으로 SPSS.WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 첫 째, 미용전문대학생의 셀프리더십이 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 미용전문대학생의 학습성과에 영향을 주는 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 미용전 문대학생의 자기효능감이 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 주어서 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to investigate the factors in which self-leadership and self-efficacy influence learning outcomes for beauty college students. The subjects of the study were 115 male and female college students in the first and second grades attending beauty colleges in the D region from November 22nd to December 1st, 2021, of which 100 copies were finally SPSS.WIN 24.0 program was used. First, it was verified that the self-leadership of beauty students had a direct effect on learning outcomes. Second, it was investigated that self-leadership and self-efficacy, which influence the learning outcomes of beauty students, had a very important effect. Third, it was found that the self-efficacy of beauty college students had a significant influence on learning outcomes.

헤어미용전문대학생의 전공만족도와 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 헤어미용전문대학생들을 대상으로 전공만족도와 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 G지역 헤어미용전문대학에 재학 중인 남·녀대학생 173명을 대상으로 2021년 3월 10일부터 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 중 150부를 최종적으로 SPSS.WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 첫째, 헤어미용전문대학생의 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 헤어미용전문대학생의 진로준비행동을 하는데 있어서 전공에 대한 만족도와 자기효능감이 매우 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 헤어미용전문대학생의 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 나타내어서 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. This study is hair salon satisfaction and self-efficacy in major college students preparing course is to identify the factors that affect the action. The subjects of the study were 173 male and female college students attending the College of Hair and Beauty in G region from March 10 to 25, 2021, and 150 of them were finally SPSS.It used the WIN 22.0 program. First, it has been verified that the satisfaction of hair and beauty college students' majors directly affects career preparation behavior. Second, the hair salon for preparatory actions in the course of major college student satisfaction and self-efficacy turned out to be a very important influence. Third, action represents a direct impact on career preparation is college student's hair salon self-efficacy and research to do significant impact. Based on the results of this study, students with high satisfaction with their majors suggest that they are preparing for a systematic professional life for career preparation when they are self-efficacy in college.

This study attempted to add formative aspects to hair art from the perspective of fine arts by broadening a scope of its creativity by establishing its concept and research classification and creating diverse works and make hair art accepted as a part of new art expressions. If nature is recognized as the parent of art, the beauty of art is being formed after art is shaped with the genetic beauty of nature. In this study, three different styles were created based on the images of spring flowers, using the fancy colors, symbolicity and shamanistic meaning of flowers with a goal of generating visual effects and enhancing marketability from a creative and unique hairstyling perspective. For this, hairstyles were created through design development, color sampling and styling in consideration of design intention and methods. It was possible to create gorgeous hairstyles with new motives to generate visual effects and marketability by using diverse techniques such as strewing, attaching, coating and extending. “Based on the results of this study, future research on creative and vivid hair art is expected while exploring various expression methodologies.”

The Effect of Self-leadership, Empowerment, and Self-efficacy of Hair Salon Workers on Job Performance

This study is to investigate factors that influence job performance of hair salon workers such as self-leadership, empowerment, and self-efficacy. Data were collected by distributing 450 questionnaires to hair salon workers in the S. Excluding the questionnaires with insufficient responses, 433 copies were used for analysis with SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The survey was conducted from March 21 to 27, 2022. As a result of the analysis, first, the self-leadership of hair salon workers was found to have an effect on job performance. Second, the empowerment of hair salon workers was also found to have an effect on job performance. Third, the self-efficacy of hair salon workers was found to have an important effect on job performance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of hair salon workers by identifying ways to maximize job performance and increasing customer satisfaction.

미용전문대학생들의 현장실습 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

This study was analyzed in a phenomenological way to identify the depth of the experience from the perspective of students who participated in field trips and to understand in-depth the practical knowledge and meaning of the process. The subjects of the study were nine people with experience in field training for beauty college students, and they were in-depth stories from October to December 2020. The collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. The results of this study showed four essential topic vowels: "Expectation on Field Practice," "Necessity of Practical Education," "Difficulties Experienced in Field Practice," and "The Endurance of Field Practice." Based on the results of this study, the importance of being designed more systematically to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences so that the effectiveness of learning experiences can be improved with confidence to cope with field practice. 본 연구는 미용전문대학생들을 대상으로 현장실습에 참여한 학생들의 관점에서 구체적으로 어떤 경험을 하였는지에 대한 깊이를 확인하고 어떠한 과정에서 실천적 지식과 의미에 대해 구성해 나가는지를 심층적으로 파악하기 위해 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구대상은 미용전문대학생들 현장실습 경험이 있는 9명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2020년 10월부터 12월까지 심층 명담으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 ‘현장실습에 대한 기대’, ‘실무교육의 필요성’, ‘현장실습에서 경험한 어려움’, ‘현장실습의 견딤’ 4개의 본질적인 주제모음이 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 미용과의 현장실습을 수행함에 있어서 현장실습을 대처하기 위한 자신감을 가지고 학습경험의 효과성이 증진될 수 있도록 학습경험의 효과성이 증진될 수 있도록 보다 체제적으로 디자인 되어야 하는 중요성이 필요할 것이다.

예비창업가 헤어미용전문대학생의 창업결정과정 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 헤어미용전문대학 재학 중, 졸업 후 예비창업가 의사와 계획이 있는 대상으로 창업결정과정에서 중요하게 개입되는 요인들의 장애요인들을 살펴보고 이에 맞는 대응방안을 수립하기 위해 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구대상은 G군에 대해 소재한 헤어미용전문대학 재학 중, 졸업 후 예비창업가 의사와 계획이 있는 10명을 대상으로 자료수집에 동의를 하였으며, 2022년 12월부터 15일부터 12월 30일까지 심층명담으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 참여자들의 예비창업과정에서 경험에 대한 특성을 나타내는 13개의 주제, 2개의 주제모음으로 추출되어 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 창업결정과정에서 중요하게 개입되는 요인들의 장애요인들을 살펴보고 이에 맞는 대응방안을 수립하기 위해 의의를 두고 있다. 결론적으로 창업을 위한 시장이 확대되고 정부의 지원이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 미래 잠재적 전문 경영인인 대학생들의 창업에 대한 의지에 미치는 요소들에 대해 살펴보고, 대학의 창업인프라, 창업애로사항, 창업동기부여를 높이는 효과적인 시사점들을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 예비창업가 헤어전문대학생의 결정과정으로 인한 어려움과 그에 따른 처한 상황들에 필요로 하는 진로발달로 심적, 환경적으로 성장을 도모하고 지지할 수 있는 효율적인 수행 상담연구 또는 프로그램 상담개발도 시급할 것이라고 본다. 예비창업가 헤어전문대학생의 창업에 첫발을 딛는 준비단계 및 창업의 실태를 충분히 파악 할 수 있는 창업결정과정 모형개발과 진로발달 수준을 고려하여 다양한 측정도구의 개발이 필요하다.
