Simple and Highly Efficient Synthesis of [$^{11}C$]methionine Using Solid-Phase Extraction Method

We developed simple and highly efficient synthesis method for [$^{11}C$]methionine using solid-phase extraction method. For synthesis, we used C18 cartridge. [$^{11}C$]methionine was synthesized on C18 cartridge according to the solid-phase [$^{11}C$]methylation of precursor L-homocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride. The radiochemical yields of [$^{11}C$]methionine was $48.9{\pm}7.93%$ decay corrected (results of 30 syntheses, mean$\pm$SD), with average production higher than 180 mCi. This procedure showed high yield and simple synthesis of [$^{11}C$]methionine.

In this study, high purity fine $BaTiO_3$ powders were prepared by SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis). We would examinate the study of sintering properties and characteristics as a function of temperature with various additives (binder, sintering agent). In separately binder addition, the green and sintered density of specimen were increased as binder content increases. The increased porosity resulted in fine grain size due to the inhibition of grain boundary moving. The $Al_{2}O_{3},\;TiO_{2}$ and MgO playa role of increasing dielectric constants at room temperature. These values were decreased at curie temperature. In case of $SiO_2$, the Curie temperature was decreased. In this study, a high dielectric ceramic capacitor material with temperature stability was synthesized by using various additives.

본 논문은 3D 프린팅을 위한 3D 개인 피규어 생성 및 콘텐츠 인지 기반 피규어 변형, 조합 시스템을 제안한다. 3D 객체의 3D 프린팅을 위해서는 적층가공 기법의 슬라이싱시에 무결성이 보장되어야 하며, 프린터 종류에 따라 객체의 내부를 비우는 등의 제약 조건이 따른다. 본 논문은 3D로 복원된 자신의 얼굴을 적용한 개인 피규어를 자동 생성하는 기술과 생성된 3D 개인 피규어의 고유 기능을 유지하고 성공적인 3D 프린팅을 보장하는 콘텐츠 인지 기반 외형 변형, 두께 조정, 조합 기술을 소개한다. 기존 전문가들이나 숙련된 디자이너만 쓸 수 있었던 3D 저작도구에 비해 간단한 조작으로 다양한 외형 변형, 두께 조정, 모델 조합 등이 가능하다. We present a system for generating 3D personalized figures. This system provides 3D figures model modification and combination functions based on the content-awareness. The integrity of the 3D model must be guaranteed at the time of slicing of the 3D model for 3D printing. In addition to this, with 3D printing, we generally have to print a hollow model in order to save money, time, and the integrity of the print. This paper proposes the automatic algorithm that creates the 3D individual figures with depth sensor and the easy UI functions for deformation, thickness adjustment, and combination of the generated 3D figures model based on the content-awareness. Our proposed method maintains the unique features of the generated 3D figures and ensures the successful 3D printing.

We present a software that provides 3D model modification functions based on the content-awareness for mobile devices. The integrity of the 3D model must be guaranteed at the time of slicing of the 3D model for 3D printing. In addition to this, with 3D printing, we generally have to print a hollow model in order to save cost, time, and to guarantee the integrity of the 3D printing. This paper proposes the easy UI functions for deformation, texture editing of a 3D model based on the content-awareness. Our proposed method generates various 3D model with easy UI on mobile devices and ensures the successful 3D printing.

BaO$_2$-TiO$_2$-환원제-입자제어제계에서 자전연소합성법을 이용한 BaTiO$_3$ 분말의 제조에 대하여 고찰하였다. 환원제로서 C, Mg를 사용하였고, 입자제어제로서 NaCl을 사용하였다. 자전연소합성법을 이용한 BaTiO$_3$ 분말의 제조에 있어 최적의 반응계에서 환원제의 종류와 농도, 입자제어제, 반응량의 변화에 따른 생성물의 영향을 조사하였다. 최적의 반응계 및 조성은 Ae반응 분위기에서 BaO$_2$+TiO$_2$+0.1Mg+0.2C+0.75NaCl이었다. 희석제로서 첨가된 NaCl은 연소온도의 조절 뿐 아니라 반응생성물의 입도를 제어하는 효과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 최적의 조건에서 제조된 순수 BaTiO$_3$ 분말의 입도는 약 0.5 $mu extrm{m}$ 이하였으며, 반응량을 증가시킬수록 균일한 반응성을 나타내었다 제조된 BaTiO$_3$ 분말의 유전특성을 측정하기 위하여 130$0^{\circ}C$, 2시간동안 대기중에서 소결실험을 행하였고 이때 상온에서의 유전상수는 약 2290이었고, 큐리점(129$^{\circ}C$)에서의 유전상수는 약 13800을 나타내었다. We have investigated on the preparation of BaTiO$_3$ powder at the system of BaO$_2$-TiO$_2$-Reduction ag.-PSCA by SHS. C and Mg were used as reduction agent, and NaCl was used as PSCA (Particle Size Control Agent). The effects of the various reduction agent and its concentration, particle size control agent, reaction mixture mass on the product in the preparation of BaTiO$_3$ powder at the optimum system by SHS were investigated. The optimum conditions for reaction system and composition were BaO$_2$+TiO$_2$+0.11 Mg +0.2C+0.75NaCl in the As atmosphere. NaCl as PSCA showed the effect of controlling the particle size of product as well as the combustion temperature. The particle size of BaTiO$_3$ synthesized at the optimum condition was about 0.5 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. And as the mixture mass for the reaction was increased, the more stable combustion wave appeared. We have conducted the sintering experiment at the temperature of 130$0^{\circ}C$, the time of 2 h and the atmosphere of air to measure the dielectric properties of BaTiO$_3$ synthesised in this work, and the sample sintered in this condition showed 2,290 of dielectric constant at 10$0^{\circ}C$ and 13,890 at curie point (129$^{\circ}C$).
대기업의 중소기업과의 동반성장 노력이 중소기업의 동반성장에 대한 지각에 미치는 영향: 중소기업의 협력과 신뢰의 매개를 중심으로

오늘날 글로벌 무한경쟁에서 한국의 중소기업들은 기술과 자금 그리고 대내외적인 환경 등을 포함하여 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 경영상의 어려움에 노출되어 있다. 이에 정부는 대기업과 중소기업 간의 협력과 공생을 위한 동반성장의 환경조성과 합리적인 정책을 제공하기 위해 전력하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 논문의 연구목적은 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 협력과 신뢰와 같은 관계특성 요인이 중소기업이 지각하는 동반성장의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 가설 검증을 위해 대기업과 동반성장 협력을 진행하고 있는 중소제조업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 설문자료를 기초로 PLS(Partial Least Square Path Analysis)경로모형을 사용하여 가설검증을 하였다. 검증결과 대기업의 동반성장을 위한 노력에서 정보공유와 재무적 지원은 협력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 특히 재무적 지원 노력은 신뢰에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 협력과 신뢰가 동반성장 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대기업과 중소기업 간의 협력과 신뢰를 변수로 한 중소제조기업들의 동반성장 인식 정도에 대한 연구가 부족하다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구가 중소제조기업의 입장에서 동반성장실현을 위한 성장전략과 이를 바탕으로 한 실천적 대안연구와 관련하여 기초자료로 활용 되었으면 한다. In the era of the global infinite competition, Korean small and middle sized firms face a lack of various aspects including technology, finance, and domestic and foreign conditions. Therefore, the government does all the best to provide the environment of shared growth and reasonable policy to cooperate and co-exist between large companies and small and middle sized enterprises. Therefore, on the assumption that the cooperation and trust of small and middle sized manufacturers positively influence the performance of shared growth that they perceives, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factor that give the biggest influence, and to examine whether a business period influences the shared growth that small and middle sized firms perceive. The variables used for the hypotheses in this study are operationally defined on the basis of various literatures. And based on previous studies, the mostly used measurement scale was applied. Five points Likert scale was applied to all items of the questionnaire of this study. A questionnaire survey was conducted with small and middle sized manufactures in shared growth cooperation with large companies. With the collected questionnaire data, PLS(Partial Least Square Path Analysis), one of structural equation models, was used to examine hypotheses. According to the analysis on the examination of study hypotheses, information sharing and financial support, as the efforts of large companies for shared growth, positively influenced cooperation. In particular, financial support also positively influenced trust. In addition, cooperation and trust positively affected the performance of shared growth. There was almost no theoretical research on the effects of cooperation and trust between large companies and small and middle sized firms on their performance of shared growth. Therefore, this study is meaningful in such a point. Therefore, it is expected that the study results will be used as a fundamental material to come up with a growth strategy to realize shared growth from the standpoint of small and middle sized manufacturers and to conduct practical alternative research.

The digital network system is one of the most important features in the resent hospital buildings. This study is to lay out a guideline of architectural planning according to the hospitals with digital network system. First, this study develops the concept of hospital building digital network system and reports the survey results of domestic general hospitals for this matter Required spares by digital network system in general hospital are classified into two categories. One is equipment room, main equipment room and a telecommunication closet, to accommodate network facilities. The other is the spaces related with medical information, medical archives and the department of radiology, because digital network system makes a change the form and use of information. In result, this study proposes models for each equipment room and raises the possibility of size change of information - spaces.
