It is generally believed that a close correlation may exist between physical fitness and personality. To examine the hypothesis, 354 students were tested, which consisted of 4 groups (78 male students and 58 female in the department of physical education, 126 male students and 92 female in the department of liberal arts). The result obtained for this examination is as follows: In the male group of the physical education department, Dominance 78, Masculinity 79, in the female group of the physical education department, Dominance 86, Impulsiveness 79, Masculinity 87: in the female group of the liberal arts department. Masculinity 78 High degree of correlation ship is observed as above. And in the male group of the physical education department, Reflective ness 16: in the male group of the liberal arts department, Dominance 40, Emotional Stability 16, Objectivity 34, Reflective ness 12: in the female group of the phy?sical education department, Reflective ness 10: in the female group of the liberal ai Ls department, General Activity 38, Emotional Stability 37, Objectivity 33, Reflective ness 07, Sociability 37. Low degree of correlation ship is observed as above. To sum up, in comparison with the liberal arts group, physical education department show a high degree of correlation ship, especially in Masculinity. But in the other personalities, the correlation ship is rather moderate, while no rela?tionship is observed in the personality of Reflective ness. In this respect, the experience, long or short, of physical exercises which are aimed to increase physical fitness, surely exercise a considerable influence on the personalities. As so, it may be admitted that there exists a close correlation between the two factors.

In this study, methods on fabrication of microtool and setting of micromanipulator were examined and relationship between first polar body extrusion rate and maturation time of follicular oocyte, enulceation rae and repetition of trial, and enucleation rate and maturation period were investigated. The results are as follows: 1. Suitable outside diameter of micropipette tube was 1mm. Holding pipette with less than diameter of oocyte was fitred for manipulation, and zona dissection needle was easily operated when its sharp-point had diameter of about 8 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and length of 300${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. The injection pipette with 20~35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ outside diameter was adequate for injection of blastomere into perivitelline space. 2. Separation of blastomere was effective when zona pellucida had cut with zonadissection needle and the embryo was pipetted gently with the pipette that had narrower diameter than that of embryo until separation of blastomeres had completed. 3. The extrusion rate of first polar body was 78% during 20~24% hours incubation for maturation. 4. According to repetitions of micromanipulation, the enucleation rate was increased to 85% and the time required for enucleation of a oocyte was shortened to 3 min. 5. The extrusion rate of first polar body and enucleation rate were 82 and 76% respectively, in the group of the oocytes cultured for 22 hours. However in the group cultured for 24 hours, the extrusion rate of first polar body and enucleation rate were 53 and 100% respectively.
PMSG 및 $PGF_{2\alpha}$ 처리에 의한 무발정빈돈의 발정유기에 관한 연구

The sows which had not returned estrus since 15 to 152 days after weaning were treated with PMSG or PGF2$\alpha$ to induce estrus and inseminated to conceive on that estrus. 1. Eight (83%) among 12 sows treated with PMSG came into estrus on average 5.3 days after treatment. 2. The one sow which didn't show any estrus by treatment of PMSG showed an estrus by intramuscular use of 10mg PGF2$\alpha$ and the other one showed an estrus by another intramuscular use of 1000 I.U. of PMSG at 15 days after first injection of PMSG. 3. The one sow injected with Vit. A.D.E. complex(Injacom) (Vit. A 500,000 I.U., Vit. D. 75,000 I.U., and Vit. E. 50 I.U. per ml) on 6 days before PMSG injection showed an estrus on 6 days after PMSG injection and farrowed 8 piglets. 4. Five among 10 sows showed an estrus by treatment of PMSG or PGF2$\alpha$ were pregnant and litter size of the four farrowed sows averaged 9.5.
