The Cultural properties which are invaluable for mankind is continuously being destroyed by various chemical or physical reactions. Therefore, it is seriously required to restore and conserve them correctly. Image processing can be a very powerful tool for such purposes. By analyzing and/or enhancing the multi-spectral image data from visible light, infrared, the parts which should be restored and the conserving status of the properties can be detected and other precious information can be obtained using image processing techniques. In this paper, we explain an image processing system which alms at restoration of wall paintings. Developed software tools are then applied to Josahdang wall painting (National treasure 46).

國産自動車 Engine電製品의 電子化를 爲한 對策과 그硏究(II)

This is a serics of "A counter plan and study of Electronizing the Engine apparatus of Home-made" disclosed in the volume NO5, Thesis compilation, This Instiute the last year. In part I,I discussed on the construction of transistor circuit wich will allevative current at contact Breaking point desirable for more current type engine, and will bring forth stronger sparks at higher speed by the use of Zener Diode at Ignition part of electro apparatus which will prevent an excess current pressure and Break down of transistor. In part Ⅱ,I examined the replacement of AC Generator by DC Generator the use of Transistor Regulator, and the possility for the Electronzation of Automatic speed control system forerly used in charging unit which will be also possibly made available in conntry. Besides the discussion above, I belive that we still have many fields remaining to be explored in electronizing Electro-systems of home-made Automobile parts, and will continue study in the field.
國産 Aluminum箔 電解 Condenser의 몇 가지 문제

Condenser and resistor, which are the basic element of electronic instruments, are widely used and useful in various ways. Therefore property and average span of electric instruments defend upon the equality and the credit of them. In particular the condenser forms a quarter of this. In addition to that 15% of instrument troubles relies on poor condition of condensers. As the result I would become to analyze the weakenized process of home-producing condensers in these conditions, realizing the general pattern of the reasons of troubles, knowing the material selection which can be a mirror in producing condensers, collecting data for the plan-standard and the matters in assembly and manufacturing. In this treatise, with those, I treat not only on the matters for the credit improvement of home-producing aluminum chemical condensers, but also on the matters for the credit improvement of home-producing condensers at large.
國産自動車 Engine電製品의 電子化를 爲한 對策과 그 硏究

이 硏究는 國産自動車 Engline用 電裝品의 電子化를 目的으로 國內에서 生産中인 各車輪全般에 걸쳐 電子化를 利用함으로서 그 改良과 代替를 爲한 電子應用, 製品의 生産性向上에 依한 價格의 低廉, 信賴性의 向上은 勿論, 運轉의 安全에 크게 役割할 줄 믿는다. 自動車의 電子化를 論할려면 點火, 充電, 始動, 照明, 制御, 警報,...기타 各分野에 걸쳐 硏究範圍가 극히 多大하나, 次後 계속된 硏究과제로 두고, 本論에서는 우선 긴급하고 實用化를 爲한 點火部分面에서 Zener Diode를 使用하여 Transister에 加하여지는 過電壓을 避하여 그 破壤防止를 함으로써 電源의 低壓, 大電流의 Engine形體로서 매우 適合한 斷積器接點의 負電流를 輕減시킬 수 있었으며, 또 高速으로 强한 Spark를 얻을 수 있었다. This study is for application of electronics to the engine apparatus of home-made automobiles. If we electronize all kinds of home-made vehicles, it will contribute greatly to the advancement of modern transportation; It ables us to produce a car with better quality and change it with ease. It also makes improvement of the productability that will provides us with low production. cost, good confidnece, and safety of drive. In talking about electonization of the moter car, must remember the fact a car is divided into many parts-ignition, illnmination, charge, starting, controlling, alarm, and so forth. Although all these parts cover too vast an area for one man to put them into electronic use, they are to be solved one after another by my incessant experiments. Now,I am inclined to talk about the ignition part that it more urgent and more practical than any other parts in electronization of the car. Iiy idea about the ignition is that we can avoid the over losded voltage adding to the transistor and prevent it from explosion by the use of Zener Diode. Another effect of the use of Zener Diode is that we can have a low voltage of electrc supply and engine-styled electric current by which negative current of the contact braking point can be weakened or annihilated. A strong spark can be earned by high speed, too.
