        공공기관 연구시설장비 효율성 향상을 위한 온라인 일정계획 시스템 개발

        The systematic management of technology infrastructure increasingly becomes critical as it represents the driving power for creating competitive advantage of nations and enterprises. In this sense, public facility and equipment, which is one major asset of technology infrastructure, should be managed effectively, systematically and efficiently to increase its overall equipment effectiveness. However, the manual and off-line communication was the unique way to communicate between the suppliers who provide facilities in the public sector and the customers who utilize the facilities in the industrial sector. This communication way caused invisibility of available usage time and increase of idle time, thereby decreasing the equipment effectiveness. This paper presents an web-based scheduling system that enables real-time collaboration and information sharing for increasing the equipment effectiveness. The designed system performs scheduling, facility management, order management and customer relationship management in an on-line platform, and carries out the processing and storing of relevant information in an integrated database. The paper includes a development approach to identify business process models and standardized system models by using object-modeling technique. The deliverable of the present work will contribute to increasing the equipment effectiveness by enhancing visibility, transparency and predictability by means of the integration with a legacy Enterprise Resource Planning.

        가감난간전(加減煖肝煎) 탕약의 아미노산 성분분

        This study was designed to analyze, using the HPLC method, the quantity and types of amino acids found in the Gagam nanganjeon herbs decoction prescribed to women for treatment of infertility. Eighteen types of L-amino acids were discovered in the 100 g of Gagam Nanganjeon decoction. There were 50 mg of pro, 40 mg of ser, 38.5 mg of arg, 19.6 mg of ala, 14.5 mg of asp and the rest were 13 types of L-amino acid ranging from 0.33~6.2 mg. In the 100 g of Lycium fruit decoction, there were 12 types of amino acids. The quantity of arg was highest with 28 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.125~1.3 mg. Angelica root decoction contained 18 types of amino acids: arg was the most abundant with 71 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.16~5.6 mg. Poria decoction contained 7 types of amino acids: asp was most abundant at 0.5 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.1~0.2 mg. Lindera root decoction contained 14 types of amino acids: ser was most abundant with 6.9 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.14~6.64 mg. Fennel decoction contained 14 types amino acids. Arg was the most abundant at 4.2 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.3~3.2 mg. Cinnamon decoction contained 4 types of amino acids ranging from 0.08~0.37 mg. Costus root decoction contained 15 types of amino acids and it contained especially large amounts of pro at 36 mg, and 0.12~7.8 mg of other amino acids. Evodia decoction contained 14 types of amino acids: large quantity of pro at 11.2 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.19~6.2 mg. Ginger decoction contained 17 types of amino acids: large quantities of ala at 11.2 mg, ser at 10.4 mg, and the rest ranged from 0.06~2.6 mg. Prepared aconite decoction contained small quantities of 4 amino acids. Ginseng decoction contained 12 types of amino acids: large quantities of arg at 27.9% and the rest ranged from 0.12~1.3 mg. In conclusion, we found that each herb in the formula of Gagam nangajnjeon, when combined, contributed 18 amino acids, which assisted in protein and enzyme synthesis necessary for pregnancy. This finding supports the claim that decocting individual herbs do not create the same desired effect as combining herbs in an herbal formula. The particular combination of herbs and the way they react with each other is an important part of understanding the efficacy of this particular prescription.

        ICGR15가 10% 이상인 간세포암 환자에서 대량 간절제술에 따른 술후 간부전의 예측인자

        Purpose: Major hepatic resection is sometimes inevitable in patients with impaired liver function. We evaluated risk factors that cause postoperative liver failure after major hepatic resection in patients with over a 10% Indocyanine Green Retention rate at 15 minutes (ICGR15). Methods: From Apr. 2002 to Aug. 2009, 32 patients who had over a 10% rate of ICGR15 underwent major hepatic resection (≥4 Couinaud segments). Among the 32, 9 patients showed postoperative liver failure (less than 50% prothrombine time and/or 5 mg/dl or higher of total bilirubin). This high-risk group was compared to the rest who constituted a low-risk group. Results: Patients with esophageal varix were more common in the high risk group (4 versus 2, p=0.043). Other clinicopathologic features showed no difference between the two groups. We had 2 in-hospital deaths in the high risk group. Conclusion: Great care is needed in patients with esophageal varix and limited liver function during major hepatic resection.

        유산균에 의한 양파 착즙액의 발효효과와 이화학적 특성

        본 연구는 우수한 생리활성을 나타내는 것으로 알려진 양파 껍질을 식품으로 활용하고 유산균 발효를 통해 기능성 증진을 도모하고자 과육과 함께 양파 껍질을 착즙하고, 착즙액 발효에 적합한 유산균을 선정하고자 발효에 따른 품질특성 및 항산화 활성을 검토하였다. 양파 착즙액의 유산균 발효에 따라 pH와 당도는 감소하였으며, 적정 산도는 증가하였고 유산균 수는 발효 48시간까지 증가한 후 감소하였다. 총 유리당 함량은 모든 발효물에서 감소하였으며, 유리당 조성 변화의 경우 Bb와 Lb 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물에서는 fructose, glucose 및 sucrose가 감소하였으며, 이외의 균주 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물에서는 fructose와 sucrose는 감소한 반면, glucose는 증가하였다. 총 유기산 함량은 발효에 의해 증가하였으며, 유기산 중 lactic acid가 가장 많이 증가하였다. 발효에 따른 quercetin 함량은 Ll, Ls 및 Pp 접종 양파착즙액 발효물은 감소한 반면, Bb, Ef, Lb 및 St 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물은 증가하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 Bb, Ll, Lb 및 Ls 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물은 증가하였으나, Ef, St 및 Pp 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물은 감소하였고, 총 플라보노이드 함량은 St 접종 양파 착즙액 발효물을 제외한 모든 발효물에서 증가하였다. DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 유산균 발효에 의해 증가하였다. 본 연구 결과 양파 착즙액의 유산균 발효는 생리활성과 기능성을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 B. breve KCTC 3441 균주 발효를 통해 quercetin, polyphenol, flavonoids 함량이 각각 50%, 57%, 39% 그리고 DPPH와 ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 74%와 29% 증가되었다. 따라서 양파착즙액의 발효 균주는 B. breve KCTC 3441이 적합한 것으로 판단된다. This study aimed to improve the physiological activity of onion juice via lactic acid bacterial fermentation. Seven types of lactic acid bacteria were used for the fermentation of onion juice. The pH and sugar content of the onion juice decreased, while its titratable acidity increased after lactic acid bacteria fermentation, and the cell count of lactic acid bacteria was 7.31-10.40 ㏒ CFU/mL. The total free sugar content decreased, while the total organic acid content increased in the fermented onion juice. Quercetin content of the fermented juice was 0.13-0.53 ㎎/㎏. The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents increased after fermentation. Additionally, the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl-hydrate free radical and 2,2’-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) radical cation scavenging activities were increased by fermentation. Overall, lactic acid bacteria fermentation of onion juice enhanced its physiological activity. Based on these findings, Bifidobacterium breve KCTC 3441 was selected as the onion juice fermentation strain.

      • 신경 근육 신호를 사용한 무인 비행 원격 제어

        미량 신경 근육 전류증폭에 연동하는 무인 항공 신경망 연결을 연구하였다. 이들 신경 신호는 원격 모터 회전 속도와 방향을 C ++ 프로그램으로 제어 하였다. 이때 리모콘은 WiFi 근거리 통신 모듈을 사용하여 100m 이내에 작동하도록 실험하였다. 원격제어, 수직 제어, 수평제어, 방향 제어 등을 피부 표면 문신 전극으로 제어하였다. 이때 근육 수축과 손등의 신경 근육 확장에 따른 신경 전류의 범위는 1.0 × 10 -3 A에서 10 × 10-9A였다. 신경 전류 측정은 연구소에서 제작한 전압 전류 분석기 -2 시스템을 사용하였다. 센서 측정은 -2.0V에서 2.0V의 양극 전위와 음극 전위가 사용하였다. 스캔 속도는 5.0 mv / sec로 최적화 하였다. 이때 신경 전류의 최적 조건은 약 1.0x10-4A에서 발생하였다. 이 들 연구 결과는 손 저항과 근육 수축 및 확장에 의해 민감하게 작동 하였다. 따라서, 손등의 피부 근육 신경으로 리모트 드론을 제어하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. At this time, the optimum condition of the nerve current occurred at about 1.0x10-4A. The results of these studies were sensitive to hand resistance and muscle contraction and expansion. Thus, it became possible to control the remote drones with the skin muscle nerves of the back of the hand.
