        CCC의 엽면살포가 상수의 생장 및 생체내 대사에 미치는 영향을 분석 검토하여 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 상엽의 생건중, 엽면적, 지조장, 지조중은 감소되었으나 지조경장은 약간 증대되었다. 2. 상엽의 엽록소 함량 증대에 효과가 있었다. 3. 상엽의 GOT, GDT 활성에 영향을 주지 않았다. 4. 상엽내 분해능의 활성은 낮았으나 합성능의 활성은 높았다. The effects of foliar Spray of CCC [(2-Chloroethyl)-trimethyl-ammonium Chloride] on the growth of mulberry tree and the metabolic activities in the leaves were measured. The results of this experiment are summarized as follows; 1. Foliar application of CCC was not effective in increasing of leaf area, the fresh and dry weight of the leaves and height of shoot, but was effective in increasing of diameter of Shoot. 2. Chlorophyll Content was generally increased in all treated leaves. 3. All the treated leaves were lower in GOT and GPT activity than control leaves. 4. The activities of hydrolytic reducing Sugar in the mulberry leaves infiltrated Sucrose were lower than those of the control in all treated leaves, but the activities on Synthetic non-reducing Sugar in the mulberry leaves infiltrated glucose were higher than those of control in all treated leaves.

        Kinetin의 엽면살포가 상수의 생장 및 생체내 대사에 미치는 영향을 분석 검토하여 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 상엽의 생건중, 엽면적, 지조장, 지조경의 증대에 효과가 있었다. 2. 상엽의 엽록소의 함량증대에 효과가 있었다. 3. 상엽의 GOT활성은 촉진시켜 주었으나 GPT 활성에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 4. 상엽내 당대사를 촉진시켜 주었다.       • 인공사료(人工飼料)의 White Ginseng 첨가(添加)가 누에의 성장(成長)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        인공사료육에 있어서 White ginseng이 누에의 성장에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해서, 애기누에 및 큰 누에들을 4수준의 Ginseng extract를 함유한 인공사료로 사육하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Ginseng extract를 함유한 인공사료를 먹은 누에의 체중은 46.6 mg ginseng extract level, 139.9mg ginseng extract level, 279.8mg ginseng extract level의 순으로 무거웠다. 특히 누에의 체중증가는 46.6mg ginseng extract level에 있어서 대조에 있어서 보다 상당히 많았다. 따라서, 인공사료육에 있어서 알맞은 양의 White ginseng은 누에의 성장을 양호하게 하는 효과가 있다고 생각된다. 2. Ginseng extract를 함유한 인공사료를 먹은 누에의 혈당량은 함유하지 않은 인공사료를 먹은 누에보다 현저하게 감소하였다. The effect of dietary white ginseng on growth of silkworm larva was studied with several young and grown silkworm larvae divided into four groups and fed ad basal artificial diet containing different levels of ginseng extract. The four levels of ginseng extract added to basal artificial diet were: 0 (control), 46.6, 139.9 and 279.8 mg per g of dry diet. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The body weight of silkworm larvae fed ad basal artificial diet containing different levels of ginseng extract was increased in 46.6mg ginseng extract level, 139.9mg ginseng extract level and 279.8mg ginseng extract level order. The body weight was greatly increased in 46.6mg ginseng extract level than in control. It is, therefore, considered that a little white ginseng was effective for larval growth in silkworm rearing with artificial diet. 2. The blood sugar content of silkworm larvae fed on an artificial diet containing several levels of ginseng extract was remarkably decreased as compared wilt that of the control silkworm larvae.

      • 人蔘添食이 누에의 實用形質 및 生理에 미치는 影響

        人蔘添食이 누에의 實用形質 및 生理에 미치는 影響을 分析檢討하였던 바 其 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 인삼添食이 單??重이나 용體重 增加에는 效果가 있었으나 ???層重 增加에는 其 효果를 認定할 수 없었다. 2. 一般的으로 人蔘添食이 接緖回數, 解舒率, ?絲纖度, 緣絲量 等 ?質에 미치는 影響이 있는 것 같다. 3. 一般的으로 人蔘添食이 蠶體液中 GOT, GPT의 活性度를 낮게 했다. 4. 人蔘添食이 蠶體液中 Total cholesterol, Triglyceride의 含量을 떨어뜨렸다. The present study was carried out in order to investigate the effect of feeding mulberry leaves coated with ginseng solution on the economical characters and physiology of silkworm. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Feeding mulberry leaves coated with ginseng solution to silkworm found to be very effective to increase the single cocoon weight and pupae weight, however. the effect on the weight of cocoon shell was negligible. 2. Supplement of ginseng solution to silkworm feeding seemed to generally result in the better bave properties such as times of reeling ends, reeling ability ratio, and size and weight of bave. 3. Ginseng solution supplement showed the general tendency of decreasing the GOT and GPT activity in the body fluid of silkworm. 4. Total contents of cholesterol and triglyceride in silkworm body fluid were also decreased by ginseng solution supplement.

      • Kinetin(6-Furfurylaminopurine)의 葉面撒布가 桑樹의 生長 및 生體內 代謝에 미치는 影響

        The effect of foliar spray of Kinetin(6 Furfurylaminopurine) on the growth of mulberry tree and on the metabolic activities in the leaves were measured. The results of this experiment are summarized as follows. 1. Foliar application of kinetin was effective in increasing the dry weight of the leaves, and the thickness, length, and weight of the shoots, but gave no effect to leaf size, and length of internodes. 2. Chlorophyll content was generally lower in all treated leaves. 3. All the treated leaves were higher in JOT activity but were lower in GPT activity compared to the control. 4 .Reducing sugar formation was higher in treated leaves, when treated by non-vacuum infiltration method. Reducing sugar formation treated by vacuum infiltration method varied according to the solutions used. Amount of reducing sugar was highest in 5% glucose and lower in the order of 5% sucrose and water solution. Among the treatments, only the leaves treated with 50 ppm Kinetin formed significantly increased reducing sugar, but no difference among the other treatments was noticed.

      • Gibberellin, Urea 및 微量要素의 葉面撒布가 桑葉의 몇가지 形質에 미치는 影響

        桑葉에 Gibb. Urea와 微量要素를 倂用한 葉面撤布가 桑葉의 葉面積 및 新梢長, 桑葉의 生, 乾物重, 葉綠素의 含量과 GOT, GPT의 活性에 미치는 影響을 分析 檢討하였던 바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. U. 와 G.U 處理葉面撤布가 葉面積 增大에 果가 컸고, U., G.U, 處理葉面撤布가 新梢長增大에 效果가 컸다. 2. U. 單一處理葉面撤布와 Gibb. 複合處理 葉面撤布가 桑葉의 生, 乾物重을 增大시켰다. 3. 葉綠素의 含量은 測定時期別에 따라 各 處理間에 相當한 差異가 있었고 一般的으로 桑葉의 伸長最盛期가 높았다. 4. 桑葉의 GOT 活性度는 一般的으로 桑葉生育初期에는 높았고 成熟함에 따라서 活性은 떨어졌다. 5. 桑葉의 GPT 活性度도 GOT와 비슷한 結果를 나타냈다. The effects of folliar applications of urea, gibberellin and various micronutrients on the leaf area, shoot growth, fresh and dry weight, and GOT and GPT activity of mulberry leaves were investigated. The results are summarized as the following; 1. Leaf area was significantly increased by application of urea only or urea with Gibb. and the shoot growth was highly favored by urea and/or Gibb. 2. Fresh and dry weight of leaves were also significantly increased by urea only or urea with Gibb. 3. Chlorophyll content in leaves varried according to the different treatments as well as the time of measurement, however, it was high in general at the time of maximum shoot growth. 4. GOT activity in leaves were generally high during early part of growing season but gradually decreased toward maturing. 5. GPT activity in leaves showed the similar tendency to that of GOT.

      • 누에의 軟化病에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. Identification and pathogenicity of etiologic agent 제1보 原因菌의 分離同定과 病原性에 對하여

        軟化病蠶에서 分離된 菌의 生物化學的 性狀과 누에에 대한 病原性試驗結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 分離菌의 形態, 培養性狀 및 生物化學的 性狀檢査 結果 Bacillus thringiensis의 性狀과 大體로 一致하였다. 2. 分離菌은 病原性이 確認되었으며 特히 培養菌의 生理的 食鹽水浮遊液添食區가 斃死率이 가장 높았고 分離菌의 斃死까지의 期間은 齡이 增加할수록 길어졌으며 斃死率은 4, 3, 5齡 順으로 높은 것으로 觀察되었다. The biochsmical characteristics of the isolated bacteria from silkworms infected with Flacherie and its pathogenicity were examined. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. The biochemical characteristics of isolated bacteria were almost similar to the characteristics of Bacillus thuringiensis. 2. The pathgenicity of the isolated bacteria was recognized and the ratio of dead to alive number of silkworms was remarkably highest in the mulberry leaves fed with saline-suspension. The incubation-psriod of pathogenic agent was highly extended with the instar advanced and the ratio of dead to alive number of silkworms was higher in the order of 4th instar>3rd>5th.

      • 家蠶 血림프 Vitellogenin의 분리정제와 항체 생산

        家蠶으로부터 體液중 주요 단백질인 vitellogenin을 분리 정제하고 이에 대한 단크론 항체를 생산하여 특성을 조사하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였던바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. Vg의 순수 분리 정제는 75% 포화 ammonium sulfate 침전, DEAE 이온교환크로마토그라피, 그리고 FPLC의 DEAE와 phenyl column 통과 순으로 진행하였다. 2. Vg의 전기영동상에 의해서 분자량을 계산하였던바 large subunit와 small subunit의 분자량은 170,000과 45,000이었다. 3. 순수 분리 정제된 Vg를 항원으로 하여 단크론 항체를 생산하였다. 특이성 높은 항체를 분비하는 3개의 세포주를 작성하였다. 4. 항체는 IgG 타입이었고 항원 Vg에 대해서 특이성이 높았고 이 항체에 효소 alkaline phosphatase를 결합시켜 ELISA를 개발하였다. 5. ELISA에 의해서 정량을 위한 표준곡선을 작성하였던바 본 항원에 대한 ELISA의 검출 한계는 0.5ng이었고 검출 분위는 250ng이었다. Vitellogenin, the major female protein of the silkworm, Bombyx mori was isolated and purified from the haemolymph. The vitellogenin was purified and characterized by the method, DEAE-cellulose chromatography and DEAE-5pw column and phenyl-5pw column and of FPLC. The protein molecule consists of large subunit and small subunit and the estimated mol. wt are 170.000 and 45,000 repectively. Monoclonal antibodies have been produced which reconize the vitellogenin purified by the in vitro immunization. The antibodies, the amount of vitellogenin measurable by ELISA ranged from 0.5 ng to 250 ng and it was proved as high specificity by double immunodiffusion.

      • 高麗人蔘 種子 開匣과정에서 內生 Abscisic acid와 Indole-3-acetic acid 수준변동

        人蔘種子 개갑중 식물 홀몬의 생리적 생화학적 기전을 구명하기 위한 첫번째 연구로서 ABA 와 IAA 에 대한 단크론 항체를 이용한 ELISA 에 의해서 ABA와 IAA 의 수준 변동을 탐색하였던바 그 결과를 요약하면 1. 인삼종자 개갑중 수분 흡수는 처음 30일까지 급속하게 일어났으며 15℃, 20℃ 에서 높았으며 저온조건에서는 흡수가 느리게 일어났다. 2. 개갑중 배 생장은 고온조건하에서는 90일 후에 75%까지 생장 항였으며 5℃ ,10℃에서는 극히 낮은 배생장을 보였을 뿐이다. 3. 인삼종자 중의 ABA와 IAA 의 함량은 각각 382.1ng 과 78.3pg 이었다. 4. 인삼종자 중의 ABA는 개갑중에 감소하였다 5℃ ,10℃ 는 약100ng 정도 밖에 감소하지 않았다.그러나 15℃,20℃에서는 전함량 중의 잔류량이 100ng 정도로 감소하였다. 5. 인삼종자 중의 IAA 는 종자중에 극히 낮은 함량을 가지고 있었으나 개갑 과정에서 증가 하였다. 낮은 온도 조건에서는 별로 증가 하지 않았으나 15℃,20℃에서는 개갑 기간과 배생장에 비례적으로 증가하였다. 6. 상기와 같은 결과에 따라서 수분 흡수와 온도는 개갑에 주 요인으로 작용하며 ABA와 IAA는 개갑에 직접 관계되어 있음이 확인되었다. We examined the dehiscence process of Korea ginseng seed (Panax ginseng c.A.Meyer) grown in petri dish. The ginseng seeds and seedlings were analyzed for abscisic acid (ABA)and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) by ELISA with specific monoclonal antibodies, water absorption and embryo growth. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Water-absorbing rate during dehiscence in plating ginseng seed was rapidly increased at 15℃ and 20℃ for 30 days. The embryo during dehiscence process of ginseng seed was elongated to 75% at 15℃ treated. The content of ABA and IAA in ginseng seed were 382.1ng/dry weight and 78.3pg/dry weight respectively. An amount of ABA decresed in seed was about 100ng/dry weight after seed imbition at 5℃ and 10℃ and amount of ABA remained under high temperature(15℃, 20℃) was 100ng/ dry weight. A low content of IAA in seed appeared to increase a direct proportion to the dehiscence time and embryo growth. The results indicated that water-absorbing and germinating temperature in treated seed were a major factor for dehisccence and changes of ABA and IAA level were influenced to dehiscence of ginseng.
