The purpose of the study was to estimate the optimal intensity for the improvement in speed of mentally retarded children(MRC). The subjects were 40 MRC, aged 6, attending at special school located in Moscow, Russia. Two test items (20m, running and tapping test) were used in assessing the speed. The results are as follows: First, the optimal intensity of 20m running is estimated HR 146(m), RR 38(m), Frequency 5 with Interval Duration 60(s). Second, the optimal intensity of tapping test is estimated Frequency 6 with Interval Duration 10(s). The Frequency in here is determined frequency with a exercise intensity. An exercise prescription of MRC is a carefully designed exercise plan that is tailored to a children's needs, desires, and level of condition. Therefore, this study will provide an useful material of MRC and a highlight basic exercise program guideline for mentally retarded children.

The purpose of this study was verify effects of participation in squash for adult women s mental health. Subjects of this study were sampled from 200 wquash players who lived in Eastsea. Gangreung. Sogcho and the data were collected from a selfn - administrated questionnaires. The statistics analysis method method adatede t - test. one - way ANOBA. The findings obtained from thiy study were followings. Squash players shown less levels of gloominess. physical sensitivity. anxiety. and phobia. For the frequendy of squash players . the women who have enjoyed 2-3times or 4-5times in a Week possesed higher levels of mental health to compare the samples who had a chance for month. once a week. or less than 3 times women. With these conclusions. squash can be play an important role for imporving physical and mental condition for stress.
Weight Training 운동이 혈장 지질 및 지단백에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effects of Weight Training on Plasma Lipid and Lipoprotein:T-C, HDL-C,T-C/HDL-C, LDL-C, TG. The subjects of this study were selected of 10 females in 10s. All subject were required to fast overnight (at least 12 hours) before blood sampling. The Weight Training were done by these subjects for 60 minutes per each day,3 days per week for 10 weeks. From the paired t-test of the results, the fallowing conclusions may be made. 1.Weight Training for 10 weeks were changed significantly in plasma T-C concentration levels. 2.Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed significantly in plasma HDL-C concentration levels. 3.Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed significantly in plasma T-C/HDL-C concentration levels. 4.Weight Training for 10 weeks were changed significantly in plasma LDL-C concentration levels. 5.Weight Training for 10 weeks were not changed significantly in plasma T-G concentration levels.
