동강유역 내에 생육하는 관속식물을 대상으로 식물상, 식생 및 녹지자연도를 조사한 결과 관속식물은 96과, 314속 내의 474종, 1아종, 69변종 등 모두 551종류인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 환경부 지정 특정식물로 5등급이 6분류군, 4등급이 36분류군, 3등급이 31분류군 등 모두 73분류군이 분포하는 것으로 조사되었다. 정밀 생태종들을 포함하는 학술적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는 식물도 층층 둥글레를 포함하여 상당수가 분포하며 한국특산식물은 13종이 분포하는 것으로 조사되었고, 보호수로 지정된 노거수는 2그루가 조사되었다. 한편, 본 조사 지역의 식생은 대부분이 우리 나라의 극상림인 신갈나무림과 소나무림으로 구성되어 있으며, 석회암 지대의 대표종인 회양목군락도 발달하여 있었다. Flora in the surrounding area along the Dong River Valley from Geoun-ri(Yeongwol-eup) to Gwangha-ri(Jeongseon-gun) was investigated. It revealed that 551 taxa of vascular plants grow in this area, including 7 forms, 69 varieties, 1 subspecies, and 474 species. A total of 73 taxa of rare and endangered plants designated by The Ministry of Environment was also distributed in this area. Among them 5th grade was 6 taxa, 4th grade 36 taxa, and 3rd grade 31 taxa respectively. Ecologically important plants were also abundant such as the Polygonatum stenophllum Max. Thirteen Korean endemic taxa were also investigated. Two other individual plants of monumental status such as old age and large size was worth nothing. Oak and/or pine tree populations being typical of Korean climactic forests occupied most of the investigated area. Box tree populations being in limestone soil appeared in wide ranges, and these are the biggest box tree habitats in Korea.

본 조사 지역은 모두 122개의 DGN 격자(1㎢)로 구성되어 있는데, 8등급이 71개의 격자로 58.2%를 차지하고 있었고, 7등급이 26개의 격자로 21.3%를 차지하고 있어 이 지역의 80%가 2차림인 것을 알 수 있다. 그 밖에 6등급이 14개의 격자로(11.5%), 2등급이 11개의 격자로(9.0%) 나타났다. 전체 조사 지역 내의 평균 DGN등급은 7.02, 식물현존량은 766,540ton, 순생산량은 80,080ton/yr으로 산출되었으며, 수몰 예정 지역 내의 DGN등급은 6.79, 식물현존량은 129,199ton, 순생산량은 14,765ton/yr로 산출되었다. Vegetation and the Degree of Green Naturality(DGN) in the surrounding area along the Dong River from Geoun-ri(Yeongwol0eup) to Gwangha-ri(Jeongseon-gun) was investigated. The investigation area consisted of 122 DGN meshes. Among them were 71 meshes in the 8th DGN that occupied 58.2% of the total area and 26 meshes in the 7th DGN occupying 21.3%. Eighty percent of the area is composed of secondary vegetation forest. The 14 meshes in 6th DGN (11.5%) and the 11 meshes in the 2nd DGN(9.0%) are also shown in this area. The average DGN, standing crop and net productivity of the area was reputed as 7.02, 766,540 tons, and 80,080ton/yr, respectively. These results suggest that conservation is necessary for many plant habitats in the area.
한국산 백합속(Lilium) 내 말나리절의 분류학적 검토

The genus Lilium comprises about 100 species and is a major element of the family Liliaceae in temperate region of North Hemisphere. In the light of recent studies on the genus, we tried to examine the taxonomy of three Korean species (L. hansonii, L. tsingtauense, and L. distichum) belonging to section Martagon. The four available chloroplast regions (rbcL, matK, ndhF, and atpB) in Lilium species were selected and analyzed for a maximum likelihood phylogeny. As a results, three Korean species of section Martagon formed a monophyletic group. However, they nested within paraphyletic section Sinomartagon. Further, the discussions on taxonomic affinities of Korean species have made based on comparison between topology of phylogenetic tree and morphology. 백합속(Lilium)은 백합과에 속하는 식물로 북반구의 온대지역에 100 종 이상이 분포하는 비교적 큰 분류군이다. 최근 수행된 백합속 식물에 대한 연구들을 참조하여 한국산 Martagon절의 3종(하늘말나리, 말나리, 섬말나리)에 대한 분류학적 검토를 진행하고자 하였다. 백합속에서 가용한 염기서열 중 엽록체 유전체의 4개 부위 rbcL, matK, ndhF, atpB를 선정하여 계통수를 작성하였다. 그 결과, 한국산 Martagon절 3종은 단계통군인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이들은 한편 측계통군인 Sinomartagon절에 속하는 것이었다. 추가적으로, 형태형질과 계통수의 분지양상에 대해 비교 분석하였고 한국산 식물들에 대한 분류학적 유연관계를 논의하였다.

Total proteins of bulbs on seven speices and three varieties of Korean Lilium were investigated by electrophoretic analysis, According to the above results, all the investigated taxa can be divided into two types, one is 3-banded type which has three major protein bands and includes all the species in section Martagon, and the other is 4-banded type has four major protein bands and includes all the taxa in section Sinomartagon. So it is thought that Comber's system(1949) which was based on whorled leaf characteristics is more consistent than Wilson's system(1925) which was based on structure of flower.
봉림산과 인근산지(충남)의 식물상 : Chungcheongnam-do

The flora of Mt. Bonglimsan (346m) and neighbor areas such as Mt. Seongheungsan (250m) was surveyed in this study from the middle of February till the middle of October, 2001. The vascular plants collected from these areas are as following: 150 taxa those are 1 form, 21 varieties, 1 subspecies, 127 species, 113 genera, 53 families, 27 orders and 4 phyla. There are 2 taxa originated from north region and 4 taxa originated from south region in these areas. And there are two taxa of special protected plants which was designated from Ministry Environment of Korea, those are one taxon of 2nd grade, and one taxon of 1st grade.
