      • 프로골퍼들의 훈련프로그램 구성 및 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find out through a survey how pro golfers to perform technical, physical and mental training. The survey’s questionnaire is composed of 7 introductory questions, 7 technical training questions, 3 physical training questions and 3 mental training questions and conducted among 17 KPGA pro golfers who are attending college. The result of the survey shows that pro golfers spend the most of time on technical training and weight training and stretching are mostly used for physical training. For mental training, only 6 pro golfers are using the image training. In conclusion, special attention should be required in mental ability to adjust to the many effecting performance in pro golfer players, in addition to their technical and physical training. For mental training, scientifically proven programs are required and also voluntary efforts and more training time should be allocated.

        축구 지도자의 코칭언어가 고교 축구 선수의 스포츠 자신감과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 축구 지도자가 사용하는 코칭언어에서 긍정 언어와 부정 언어의 변인들이 선수의 스포츠 자신감과 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 지도자의 코칭언어 사용에 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 강원, 수도권, 영남, 충청 지역에서 고교 축구 선수로 활동 중인 320명의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 코칭언어, 스포츠 자신감, 인지된 경기력 설문지가 사용되었다. SPSS, AMOS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석이 본 연구의분석에 사용되었다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭언어의 하위요인인 긍정 언어는 스포츠 자신감에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 코칭언어의 하위요인인 부정 언어는 스포츠 자신감에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 코칭언어의 하위요인인 긍정 언어는 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 코칭언어의 하위요인인 부정 언어는 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 다섯째, 선수의 스포츠 자신감은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미친다. 결론적으로 지도자가 사용하는 언어에 따라 선수의 심리적 상태에 영향을 미치고 이는 경기력에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어 코칭언어에 대한 많은다양한 연구가 요구된다.

      • 엘리트 골프선수들의 스트레스 요인 분석

        This investigation examined the sources of psychological stress experienced by elite golfers. Before or during their games. Ten elite golfers were interviewed about the sources of stress they experienced. Interview questionnaire included 13 personal data questions, 65 psychological stresses questions. All interviews were conducted face-to-face and participants were asked to identify the specific sources of stress they experienced. Qualitative methodology was utilized in this investigation and the interview transcripts were analyzed inductively. From the analysis of the interview data, the sources of psychological stress were identified and the facts that there exit personal difference to the sources of psychological stress were proved. It was concluded that for elite golfers sports psychologists analyze there games and suggested some treatments, and also provided psychological training program to enhance and maximize their golf performance.

      • 체대 학생들의 심리기술훈련이 실기학습능력 향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study investigates the effects of psychological skill training on the practical class of students who major in physical education. In order to carry out this study, 30 respondents are selected in the classes. After the score of fosbury flop was measured and psychological issues became know through psychological skill inventory, psychological skills trainings such as image training, self-talk training, and relaxation exercise were conducted for 8 weeks. The effect of psychological skills training was also measured through the score of fosbury and psychological skills inventory after psychological skills trainings. In the result, psychological skill training positively affects the score of fosbury as well as self-confidence, concentrating, goal setting, imagery, and anxiety regulation. This shows that psychological skills training should be implemented regularly and systematically and research should be continued on the positive effects of psychological skills training tailored to the desires and abilities of athletes in other sports as well.

        This study there is objective though Pre-shot routine of university golf players searches relation with performance, and subject persons explain enough purpose of study in the advance dividing into melancholy player and rain melancholy player by formal contest 1 year Av. score 37 people of K university golfers as for this and I got result following conclusion that do comparative analysis. 1. Average time required of Pre-shot routine process was little differences in tee shot. 2. Average time required of Pre-shot routine process displayed difference about between group Average 7 seconds in second shot. 3. Average. time required of Pre-shot routine process displayed difference of between group Average 14 seconds in approach. 4. Average time required of Pre-shot routine process displayed difference about between group Average 7 seconds in bunker shot. 5. Average time required of Pre-shot routine process displayed difference about between group Average 7 seconds in long putter. 6. Average time required of Pre-shot routine process displayed difference about between group Average 7 seconds in shot putter Expert players used much from 7 seconds to 14 seconds in 5 articles except tee shot and used more Average 1 stage degree in process by stage Pre-shot routine's time required more than Inexpert players. Therefore, process by Pre-shot routine's time required and stage can say that have performance and close relation.

        심리기술훈련이 유도선수의 자신감 및 경기력에 미치는 효과의 단일사례연구

        본 연구의 목적은 심리기술훈련이 유도선수의 자신감 및 경기력에 미치는 효과를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 파악하기 위해 단일 사례연구 설계를 활용했고, 대학 진학 후 성적부진으로 인해 자신감이 결여되고 스트레스를 받고 있는 대학 유도선수 남자 1명을 선정했다. 그를 대상으로 심리검사, 참여관찰, 심층면담을 통해 심리적 문제점을 파악한 후, 심리기술훈련은 선수의 욕구에 적합한 심상훈련, 자화훈련으로 구성하여 8주간 실시했다. 심리기술훈련 효과는 상태불안 검사, 자신감 검사, 심리기술 검사, 유도경기력. 면담자료 등을 수집하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 심리기술훈련은 유도선수의 불안감은 감소시키고, 자신감과 심리기술에 긍정적인 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 심리기술훈련이 정기적이고 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이며 앞으로 타 스포츠종목에서도 선수의 욕구와 특성에 맞추어 긍정적인 효과를 도출해내는 개별화된 심리기술훈련 프로그램의 연구가 지속되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study investigates the effects of psychological skills training on the confidence and competitive abilities of a judo athlete. In order to carry out the study, a single case study was applied and one university athlete who showed poor score and as a result lost his confidence and became stress was selected. After psychological issues became known through psychological questionnaire, performance observation, and in-depth interview, psychological skills training such as image??training and self-talk was conducted for 8 weeks. The effect of psychological skill training was analyzed with competitive state anxiety inventory, source of sport confidence questionnaire, psychological skills inventory, judo competitive ability and interview. In the result, psychological skills training affected to reduce athlete's anxiety, while improve his confidence and psychological skills.??This shows that psychological skills training should be implemented regularly and systematically and research should be continued??on the positive effects of psychological skills training tailored to the desires and abilities of athletes in other sports as well.

      • 탁구 학생선수의 심리기술훈련 효과 단일사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between psychological state and athletic performance after psychological skill training in a single case of university female table tennis student athlete. The research subject is a female student in the fourth grade of university. In order to realize the purpose of this study, psychological skills training was conducted for one hour per week for four months (16 times). The following methods were employed before and after psychological skills training: Psychological Skill Questionnaire in Sport (PSQS), Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2), Test of Performance Strategies (TOPS), Competition Reflection, and in-depth interview. For the measurement of athletic performance, the outcomes of national contests that the participant participated in were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, psychological skills training positively influenced not only psychological skills of female table tennis student athletes but also competitive anxiety and performance strategy. Second, psychological skills training had a positive effect on the performance of female table tennis student athletes.

      • 아마추어 골퍼들의 기량발휘를 위한 심리적 전략

        This research is to find out the treatments for amateur golfers to overcome and Sources of Psychological Stresses and that are caused in each golf course. To goal this purpose, 20 amateur golfers were chosen and interview questionnaire included 7 basic questions and 15questions of disturbance factors and treatment to overcome. Data were collected by face-by-face interview with this questionnaire. From the analysis of the data shows there much Sources of Psychological Stresses for amateur golfers in course and the treatments were insufficient also knowledge and understanding of Psychological control is not enough to overcome and the facts that there exist personal difference were proved. Therefore based on subject that is from treatments to overcome Psychological strategy was suggested of anxious, concentration, self-confidence, mind-control, condition, weather(climate) for amateur golfers to display their competence
