The Purpose of this study is to look for the total conspectus of Roo-Jong(RJ) Architecture in the middle and latter era of Koryo Dynasty. The method of this study is the review of old literature, the Roo-Jung description of Dong-Mun-Sun, which had compiled in the Ninth year of Seung-Jong (AD 1478) by confucian scholar. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) The main currents of thought having a great influence on the RJ are thought of Mountain God (or Sin Sun, which is dwelling in mountain) or Taoist, thought of Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu. They had required the RJ Architecture to pursuit the life of God. In this existence value meaning, the RJ Architecturethe is the semi-sacred & profane space. In the being aspect, RJ is the transcendental architecture. 2) The way of life of in the RJ had strongly turned from the personal space, mainly mind control place, into the friendship-society space, pastime place. 3) The RJ had located after the images that is what should be. The images were formed on the ground of natural landscape elements, communication elements. And these elements were indicated on one's visual, auditorial sensation with oneself. 4) In planning aspect, the scope of visual, Pungsu and history were aided with the factors of climate, topography and geography. Specially in location and fabric planning, they had regarded more important the objects and scope of visual than the climate factor.
A planetary gear reducer is used in the Track Drive Unit (TDU) of a 100-ton excavator to convert the motor`s high-speed low-torque output into low-speed, high-torque. Because of the high reduction ratio, it is possible to generate a large torque, which is widely used in excavators, crane, automobile transmission and industrial machinery. Demand for ultra-large excavators has increased recently in the mining industry, large-scale civil engineering projects, and overseas markets such as China and India. Therefore, it is urgently required to secure high reliability for localization development and mounting on an expensive excavator. In this paper, the reliability evaluation method including the accelerated life test design for the planetary gear reducer for 100 ton excavator is presented and the test results are reviewed.
Torque and revolutions are measured by using a rotary torque meter to measure the performance of hydraulic pumps and motors. It is only necessary to ensure the accuracy of the torque meter in order to check whether the measured performance of the products to be measured is improved or not. However, the measurement error of the same product is large due to noise, and it can be happen that the efficiency may exceed 100 %. Based on analyzing the characteristics of static torque calibration problems and line & system noise problems, this study analyzed the torque measured data after filtering by software filter adopted with cut-off type noise filter and hardware filter adopted with low & high frequency band noise filter for securing the high precision torque measured data. A new concept of a digital pulse transmission type torque meter was developed and tested in order to overcome the limitation of voltage transmission method of the conventional transformer type.
The hydraulic servo actuator has always operated very precisely with high frequency and small displacement, and is used continuously for a long time. The hydraulic servo actuator of the test equipment used in the accelerated life test in order to guarantee the service life of the automotive parts failed earlier than the products before finishing the test. This study performed an analysis on the cause of the failure of the hydraulic servo actuator used in the test equipment, changed the design of the actuator to solve the root cause of the main failure mode, and developed the improved servo actuator. Based on above process, this study established a better performances and longer lifetime of the servo actuator after testing.
