        지식경영의 추진전략이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 공기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략의 실행도와 중요성 인식도가 KM 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해서 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 공공기관 및 민간기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략 및 KM 성과를 고찰하여 핵심요소를 파악하였다. 둘째, KM을 실행하고 있는 공기업을 대상으로 전략의 실행정도, 중요성 인식도, 그리고 KM 성과를 측정하였다. 셋째, KM 전략의 실행정도와 중요성 인식도 간의 복합관계가 KM 성과에 어떻게 작용하는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과, KM 전략의 실행뿐만 아니라 중요성에 대한 종업원의 인식 제고가 KM 성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 공기업 KM을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해서는 KM 추진전략에 대한 종업원들의 이해 및 중요성 인식도를 고려해야 할 것이다. The purpose of the research is to investigate the impact of the implementation and recognition for KM strategies on KM performances in public enterprises. The research identified critical factors of KM strategies and performances through literature review, measured the degrees of implementation and significance recognition for the strategies targeting public enterprises, and analyzed the KM performance levels based on the combined degrees of the implementation and the recognition for KM strategies. The findings illustrate that not only the KM strategies implementation, but also the significance recognition can affect the KM performances. The researchers urge that organizations, in advance, should request their employees' understanding and significance recognition for KM strategies to successfully implement their knowledge management.

        우리나라 의학전문직업성 교육과정에서의 '전문직 정체성 형성' 교육 현황

        This study examined the current status of the medical professionalism curriculum in Korea to suggest a plan to move towards the formation of a professional identity. Professionalism education data from 28 Korean medical schools were analyzed, including the number of courses, required or elective status, corresponding credits, major course contents, and teaching and evaluation methods. Considerable variation was found in the number of courses and credits in the professionalism curriculum between medical schools. The course contents were structured to expand learners' experiences, including the essence and knowledge of professionalism, understanding of oneself, social interaction with others, and the role of doctors in society and the healthcare system. The most common teaching methods were lectures and discussions, while reflective writing, coaching, feedback, and role models were used by fewer than 50% of medical schools. Written tests, assignments and reports, discussions, and presentations were frequently used as evaluation methods, but portfolio and self-evaluation rates were relatively low. White coat ceremonies were conducted in 96.2% of medical schools, and 22.2% had no code of conduct. Based on the above results, the author suggests that professional identity formation should be explicitly included in learning outcomes and educational contents, and that professional identity formation courses need to be added to each year of the program. The author also proposes the need to expand teaching methods such as reflective writing, feedback, dilemma discussion, and positive role models, to incorporate various evaluation methods such as portfolios, self-assessment, and moral reasoning, and to strengthen faculty development.

        Every year in Europe, soils covering an area larger than the city of Berlin are lost to urban sprawl and transport infrastructure. Soil sealing causes an irreversible loss of the biological functions of soil. As water can neither infiltrate nor evaporate, water runoff increases, sometimes leading to catastrophic floods. Landscapes are fragmented and habitats become too small or too isolated to support certain species. In addition, the food production potential of land is lost forever. There is an urgent need to use this valuable resource more wisely, in order to secure its many vital services for future generations. The EU faces new territorial challenges.

        Wind energy, as an alternative to fossil fuels, is plentiful, renewable, widely distributed, clean, and produces no greenhouse gas emissions during operation. However, the construction of wind farms is not universally welcomed because of their visual impact, competing land use, comprising human health impacts, building and crop damage, loss of amenities and ecological impact, impact on wildlife, danger to birds, safety hazard, aesthetics and noise. Offshore wind power, in particular, offers a huge potential to generate clean energy. However, the envisaged massive expansion of wind farms in oceans is already causing severe environmental conflicts. Wind farms cause further harm to already threatened oceans. Wind power has negligible fuel costs, but a high capital cost. The expansion of climate-friendly wind energy use both onshore and offshore can only be successful it the legal and organizational conditions undergo some clear improvements.

        Semiconditional Electrical Stimulation of Pudendal Nerve Aff erents Stimulation to Manage Neurogenic Detrusor Overactivity in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

        Objective To evaluate the effect of semiconditional electrical stimulation of the pudendal nerve afferents for the neurogenic detrusor overactivity in patients with spinal cord injury. Forty patients (36 males, 4 males) with spinal cord injury who had urinary incontinence and frequency, as well as felt bladder contraction with bladder fi lling sense or autonomic dysrefl exic symptom participated in thisstudy. Method Patients with neurogenic detrusor overactivity were subdivided into complete injury and incomplete injury groups by ASIA classifi cation and subdivided into tetraplegia and paraplegia groups by neurologic level of injury. Bladder function, such as bladder volumes infused to the bladder until the fi rst occurrence of neurogenic detrusor overactivity (Vini) and the last contraction suppressed by electrical stimulation (Vmax) was measured by water cystometry (CMG) and compared with the results of each subgroup. Results Among the 40 subjects, 35 patients showed neurogenic detrusor overactivity in the CMG study. Among these 35 patients, detrusor overactivity was suppressed eff ectively by pudendal nerve aff erent electrical stimulation in 32 patients. The infusion volume until the occurrence of the fi rst refl ex contraction (Vini) was 99.4±80.3 ml. The volume of saline infused to the bladder until the last contraction suppressed by semiconditional pudendal nerve stimulation (Vmax) was 274.3±93.2 ml, which was significantly greater than Vini. In patients with good response to the pudendal nerve aff erent stimulation, the bladder volume signifi cantly increased by stimulation in all the patients. Conclusion In this study, semiconditional electrical stimulation on the dorsal penile afferent nerve could effectively inhibit neurogenic detrusor overactivity and increase bladder volume in patients with spinal cord injury.
