Electro-Mechanical Actuator installed on aircraft consists of a decelerator which magnifies the torque to rotate an axis connected with aircraft control surface, a control section which controls the motor assembly through receiving orders from cockpit and a motor assembly which rotates the decelerator. EMA controls aircraft attitued, position, landing, takeoff, etc. It is important part of a aircraft. Aircraft maneuvering make vibration of EMA. Vibration may cause the vibration fatigue. For that reason, it is necessary to analyze the system safety. In this paper, first EMA is modeled in finite element method and analyzed the response from input vibration. second EMA is tested and analyzed from modal experimental data. third EMA Fe model is updated and re analyzed. and EMA is verified safety with 3σstress and S/N curves.
항공기용 블랙박스의 자료보호모듈 극한환경해석 및 시험에 관한 연구

항공기용 블랙박스의 자료보호모듈 (CPM)은 항공사고와 같은 극한 환경후에도 저장된 정보(비행데이터 및 조종석음성)를 안전하게 보호하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 CPM에 대하여 관통저항력과 고온 및 저온내화의 극한환경시험에 대한 구조 및 방열측면 의 해석 및 시험을 통한 검증에 대하여 기술하였다. 특히 관통저항력해석에서는 하우징의 두께에 따른 영향성을 LS-DYNA를 이용하여 검토하였으며, 고온 및 저온내화해석에서는 상 변화물질과 단열재의 체적비에 따른 영향성을 Icepak을 이용하여 수행하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 CPM 의 구조 및 열적 신뢰성을 검증하였다. The purpose of Crash Protected Module in Black Box used at aircraft is to protect a stored information(Flight data & Cockpit Voice) safely even after extreme environment like a plane crash. This study shows the structure & thermal analyses and the comparisons of predictions and results of tests about CPM for Crash Survival through extreme environment such as Penetration Resistance, High Temperature Fire, Low Temperature Fire. Specially, the Effect of housing thickness change was studied through the Penetration Resistance analysis using LS-DYNA, and the influence of volume ratio change between phase change material and thermal insulation material was studied through the High Temperature & Low Temperature analysis using Icepak. Also, structural and thermal reliability of CPM was validated through the tests.
바람에 노출되는 외팔보 구조물의 동적 영향성 고찰을 위한 실험 프로세스 연구

Cantilever structures such as tall building, solar tracker system, large satellite communication system are needed to be designed robustly against wind induced vibration. In each case, There are important factors such as human inconvenience, track performance, communication quality as each purpose. In this study about large satellite communication system, most of all, the accuracy of point angle is significant factor. In this paper, large satellite communication system and it’s point angle specification will be introduced. and it will be refered that correlation between point angle deformation to be simulated by static analysis and 3dB beam width. also it will be introduced the plan to measure the real data when the system be exposed to wind, and the process to analyze the dynamic effects related to wind excited response such as vortex.
