      • 역행성 표재 비복동맥 피판을 이용한 족부 및 족관절부, 하지 원위부의 재건

        Reconstruction of soft tissue defect of the foot, ankle and distal tibial area has been and remains a challenging problem for reconstructive surgeons. We treated 19 patients who showed soft tissue defect in these area with distally based superficial sural artery flaps, including four adipofascial flaps, two sensate flaps. The size of the soft tissue defect was from $4{\times}5cm\;to\;8{\times}10cm$. In nine cases, we preserved sural nerve. Seventeen flaps survived completely, but one flap failed and another flap showed partial skin necrosis at the distal half. In failed cases, lesser saphenous vein was ruptured at initial injury. The advantage of this flap is a constant and reliable blood supply without sacrifice of major artery or sensory nerve. Elevation of the flap is technically easy and quick. The pedicle is long and the island flap can be transffered as far as to the instep area. It also has the potential for sensate flap, innervated by the lateral sural cutaneous nerve. But for appropriate venous drainage small saphenous vein must be preserved.

        골프장 유출수가 하류수계에 미치는 영향

        골프장에서 사용하는 농약에의한 오염 정도에 대해 많은 논쟁이 되고 있다. 이의 연구를 위해 기존의 골프장과 관련된 저수지와 하류수계에 대해 6개월 간에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 그중엔 부영양화에 관련된 수질항목들, 중금속, 농약, 그리고 수중 생태계 등의 전반적인 수질의 결과를 조사수계에 속한 골프장과 관련지어 분석하였다. 골프장으로부터 유출된 농약등의 오염이 조사수계의 수중 생태계에 미치는 영향은 심각한 정도가 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 골프장으로부터 유출되는 잔류농약의 분해를 돕기 위한 댐내에서는 수중 생태계가 잘 보전 돼있었고 전형적인 먹이의 연쇄가 확립돼 있었다. 일반적인 인식과는 달리 가축 축사와 논으로부터 유출되는 오염이 수계에 훨씬 더 약 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. There has been a great deal of controversy in the views on the impact of the pesticide pollution from the golf courses. The stream and reservoir associated with a existing golf course were investigated. The parameters include the ones related with eutrophication, heavy metals, pesticides. and aquatic ecological conditions. It was found that the impact on the aquatic ecosystem by the pollution from the golf course was not so serious. An aquatic ecological food chain was well established in the reservoir which belongs to the golf course. In contradiction to the general recognition, the livestock farming and agricultural farming gave much more adverse impacts on the stream than the golf course.

        유두체 손상이 시상전핵 조직상의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        Degeneration of the axon terminals of mamillo-thalamic tract following the electrical coagulation of mamillary body is well known. In this study, the author investigated the ultrastructural alterations of neuropil components, initiated by terminal degenerations. Rats weighing approximately 250 gm were fixed on the stereotaxic instrument(David Kopf Inc., Heavy duty model), and NE 300 active electrode(Rhodes Med. Instr. Inc.) was introduced to the mamillary position of anterior 3.8 mm, lateral 0.5 mm, height 3.8 mm and lateral angle of $23^{\circ}$ according to De Groot's Atlas. Electric current of 20 mA was applied during 1 minute between active and inactive electrodes with Radio Frequency Lesion Generator(RFG 4, Radionics Inc.). Two hours, 2 days, 1 week and 2 weeks following the electrical coagulation of mamillary body, ipsilateral anterior thalamic nucleus was fixed in 1% glutaraldehyde-l% paraformaldehyde and 2% osmium tetroxide, embedded in Araldite mixture, cutted with LKB ultra tome V, stained with uranyl acetate-lead citrate and observed with JEOL 100 CX electron microscope. Observed results were as follows; 1. Degenerated mamillo-thalamic synapses were observed to form asymmetric axospinous or axo-dendritic types. 2. Terminal degeneration was not easily discernible at 2 hours interval after mamillary lesion, but following 2 days the terminal degeneration was apparent. 3. Postsynaptic spines, dendrites and even their cell bodies show edematic changes caused by the degeneration of postsynaptic counterpart. 4. Astrocytic territories, including perivascular processes forming glial limitans of blood-brain barrier, exhibit remarkable expansion. 5. Oligoglia and astroglia are actively engaged in the removal of degenerated elements. 6. Active forms of microglia were increased. 7. The observed results may represent typical ultrastructural alteration pattern within neuropil following the degeneration of certain input axon terminals.

        Frustrated Total Internal Reflection 구조에서의 TM 편광된 광자의 터널링

        TM 편광된 광자가 frustrated total internal reflection(FTIR) 구조에서 2차원적 터널링을 할 때 터널링에 소요되는 시간과 터널링되어 나오는 위치를 계산하였다. 이는 TM 편광된 광자의 FTIR 터널링 문제를 효과질량이 다른 이종 포텐셜 장벽을 터널링하는 전자의 문제로 변환시킴으로써 가능하였다. 계산된 결과를 TE 편광된 광자에 대한 경우와 비교하였다. TM polarized photon tunneling time and the position where TM photons appear after two-dimensional tunneling in a frustrated total internal reflection (FTIR) structure are calculated. This is done by converting the FTIR tunneling problem of TM photons to an electron tunneling problem with a position-dependent effective mass for a heterostructure potential barrier. Derived results are compared with TE photon cases.

      • 유리 측두 근막판을 이용한 수배부 및 족배부 연부조직 결손의 재건

        Vascularized tissue coverage is necessary for treatment of soft tissue defect with bone and tendon exposure on hand and foot dorsum, which cannot be successfully covered with simple skin graft or local flap. The temporal fascia is one of the most ideal donor for coverage of soft tissue defect of dorsum of hand or foot in term of ultra-thin, pliable and highly vascular tissue. Also, this flap offers the advantage of a well-concealed donor site in the hair-bearing scalp and smooth tendon gliding. We have experienced 11 cases of reconstruction for soft tissue defect in the hand or foot using temporal fascial flap with skin graft. All cases survived completely and we could gain satisfactory functional results. There were no specific complications except one donor site alopecia We think that the free temporal fascial flap coverage is a highly reliable method for soft tissue defect in hand and foot dorsum. However, the potential pitfalls is secondary alopecia and requirement of skin graft after its transfer.

        학교 재난안전 교육연수과정 실태분석 및 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 학교시설에 대한 재난안전관리 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 학교 재난안전관리 교육연수과정의 운영실태 분석과 교직원의 수요조사를 통해 바람직한 재난안전 교육과정을 제시하는데 있으며, 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교 재난안전 교육연수과정의 문제점으로 법 제도의 미비와 학교 재난안전 직무와 연계되지 못한 교육과정이었으며 둘째, 전문적 지식을 습득할 수 있도록 법 제도의 개선과 교육연수과정이 다양화 되어야 한다. 셋째, 교육행정직은 시설물 안전 및 유지관리와 재난대응 교육과정으로, 교육(지원)청 기술직은 학교시설 사업승인 절차 및 방법과 건물의 내진보강, 구조안전, 석면 해체 제거 등의 교육과정으로, 교육전문직은 학교 재난안전관리 책임자로서 재난대응을 위한 역할, 재난발생시 조치사항 등의 교육과정으로 편성하고, 교사는 학생의 안전지도 중심으로 편성함으로써 교직원의 직렬별 수요에 맞는 교육연수과정으로 개선해야 할 필요성이 있다. 넷째, 바람직한 교수학습 방법으로는 강의 및 체험학습 방식이 가장 바람직한 것으로 확인되었고, 주요 순위는 지진재해, 화재, 가스, 태풍, 통학로, 전기안전으로 나타났다. This study suggests desirable disaster safety education curriculum through analyzing the operational status of the school disaster safety management training course and demand survey of school staff. First, the problem of the disaster safety training course of the school is not connected with the lack of law and system and the school disaster safety job. Second, improvement of law and system and variety of training should be made to acquire professional knowledge. Third, it is necessary to divide curriculum into the following four categories, according to educational needs of public officials ; Educational administration officers course focused on facility safety, maintenance and disaster countermeasure. Educational officials in technical post course addressing approval and permission of school facility projects, seismic reinforcement of school building, etc. Educational supervisors course covering roles and responsibilities of the school safety supervisors in the event of disaster. Teaching staffs course focused on safety instructions for students. Fourth, it is found that lectures and experiential learning methods are the most desirable methods of teaching and learning, and the major ranks are earthquake disaster, fire, gas, typhoon, school road, and electrical safety.

        a simpel coordinate transformaton method is suggested that converts Schr$\"{o}$dinger's equation involving a position-dependent effective mass in a heterostructure to an equation involving a positon-independent effective mass. This method enables the conceptual study of the effect of the positon-dependent effective mass inserted between the divergence operator and the gradient operator in Schr$\"{o}$dinger's equation. It is also shown that the characteristics such as a transmission coefficient in various heterostructures involving a position-dependent effective masses can be obtained iwth ease by the suggested method.

        Eu(Ⅲ) 발광 분광법을 이용한 Eu(Ⅲ)과 다가 유기산 착물 연구

        Eu(III)과 말단에 중성의 O, N 및 S 주게를 포함한 다가 단일 카르복실산 (glycolic acid, glycine 그리고 thioglycolic acid) 및 단일 카르복실산(propionic acid)과의 착화합물을 Eu(III)의 $^7F_0{\rarw}^5D_0$ 전이를 이용한 여기 스펙트럼으로 관찰하였다. 단일 카르복실산인 propionate결합된 Eu(III) 착화합물의 여기 스펙트럼에서 금속 대 리간느 농도를 증가시킴에 따라 $EuL^{2+},\;EuL_2^+$ 그리고 $Eu:_3$(L: 카르복실기)의 착화합종에 해당하는 최대 피크가 각각 579.0, 579.2 그리고 579.5 nm 에서 나타났다. Eu(III)과 다가 단일 카르복실산 착물도 금속 대 리간드 농도를 증가시킬때, Eu(III)-propionate와 유사한 결과가 얻어졌다. Eu(III)착화합물의 발광 붕괴 상수로부터 얻어진 q값(Eu(III)에 배위된 물분자의 수)도 Eu(III)-glycolate가 7.0, Eu(III)-thioglycolate가 7.1로 Eu(III)-propionate의 7.3과 유사하게 약 2개의 물분자가 하나의 카르복실기에 의해 치환된 값으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 다가 단일 카르복실산들은 propionic acid와 유사한 경향으로 Eu(III)과 착물을 형성한다는 것을 나타낸다. The 7F0→5D0excitation spectra of Eu(Ⅲ) complexed with polyfunctional monocarboxylic acid(glycolic acid, glycine and thioglycolic acid) containing a terminal O, N and S neutral donors and propionic acid were investigated using Eu(Ⅲ) luminescence spectroscopy. In the excitation spectra of Eu(Ⅲ)-propionate system, the stepwise appearance of the peaks was observed at 579.0, 579.2 and 579.5 nm with increasing in the ligand-to-metal ratio, which correspond to the formation of Eu(propionate)2+, Eu(propionate)2+ and Eu(propionate)3 species. Three maximum peaks were also obtained for Eu(Ⅲ)-glycolate, Eu(Ⅲ)-glycinate and Eu(Ⅲ)-thioglycolate systems and were found to be quite similar to those of Eu(Ⅲ)-propionate system. The q values (number of coordinated water molecules of Eu(Ⅲ) ion) obtained from the luminescence decay constants of Eu(Ⅲ)-glycolate and Eu(Ⅲ)-thioglycolate were 7.0 and 7.1, and compare well with 7.3 for Eu(Ⅲ)-propionate: Each ligand units replace around two coordinated water molecules. These results show that the polyfunctional monocarboxylates behaves like the propionate for Eu(Ⅲ) ion coordination.
