Since the open policy in 1978, China has become a center of world economy. So many countries have made effort to enter the Chinese market especially in the field of goods and investment. Under these circumstances, Kores is in good situation to make an entry into the Chinese market because of geographical vincity and same cultural nature, but on the other side. Korea must also face with a severe competition with developed and underdeveloping countries all over the world. And further, Korea must make improvement plans to increase goods trade and investment to China. In view of this situation, this article aims at presenting the improvement strategies of Korea's firms to China. That is to say, to make specific plans and long-time investment strategies. to invest to the various target markets by segmenting the area, and to make an active approach to the Chinese market, especially to the Chinese Western area.
