도로교통소음으로 인한 박물관 전시실의 실내 소음레벨 예측 및 평가

최근 자동차 보급률과 물동량의 급증으로 인해 도심에서 교통소음은 정온함을 목적으로 하는 전시 및 관람시설의 음 환경을 저해하는 중요한 인자로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 불만족이 매우 높은 편이다. 따라서 전시 및 관람시설의 경우 설계단계에서부터 교통소음에 대한 영향평가를 실시하여 전시실 내외부의 소음에 대한 만족 여부를 파악해야 한다. 그러나 설계단계에 있는 건축물의 경우 교통소음으로 인한 실내소음레벨을 측정할 수 없어, 지금까지는 질량법칙을 토대로 한 벽체의 투과손실 식을 사용하여 예측하고 있다. 그러나 실제 건립 후 실내 소음레벨을 측정해 보면 설계단계와는 많은 차이를 보이고 있어 개관 후 이에 대한 대책 마련에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 고속도로에 인접한 민속박물관 전시실의 실내소음도 평가를 위해 실측한 자료를 토대로 차음벽체의 투과손실과 음향시뮬레이션을 이용한 실내흡음력을 산정하여 실내 소음레벨을 예측 평가해 보았다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 이와 비슷한 전시시설 건립 시 실내소음도의 예측을 위한 중요한 자료를 제공할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, with sudden increase of supplying rate of cars and quantity of goods transported, traffic noisy becomes one of important factors obstruct environment of exhibition and view facilities have purpose in calmness and unsatisfaction about this is high now. Therefore, in case of exhibition and view facilities, it has to be grasped that satisfaction degree about the noisy in and out of the exhibition room by performing effect valuation on traffic noisy from design step. However the level of internal noise cannot be measured at the design phrase of the structure due to the noise of traffic. Up until now a walls transmission loss, based on the law of mass, is predicted using this method. However measuring the internal sound level after actual construction reveals that there is a large difference from measurements made at the design stage, and it is very difficult to find a solution after the opening of the structure. From research looking from this perspective the internal sound level was predicted- calculating the internal sound absorption ability, using acoustic simulation and loss prevention of an insulated wall- based on data collected to evaluate the internal sound of an exhibition room at a Folk Museum adjacent to a freeway. The results of this research are considered to provide important data for the prediction of internal sound level at the time of construction of exhibition facilities similar to this.
가변형 시스템을 갖는 Vineyard형 음악당의 건축음향설계

Since the vineyard-type concert hall with reverberation acoustic variable system requires high level of closeness with audience, sound richness and uniform sound quality, acoustic performance of hall should be predicted from the stage of design, and construction should be started after grasping problems. Moreover, as different types of music and musical instruments are used in each performance, it is necessary to introduce variable system. Almost performance halls in Korea are composed of shoebox type of performance hall with proscenium arch or fan-shaped performance. Meanwhile, in Korea, there is no vineyard-type concert hall which has advantage in closeness with audience. From this viewpoint, this paper aims to grasp problems of the vineyard-type concert hall on the basis of its basic floor plan, and suggest improvement scheme and optimal performance hall in which all kinds of musical performances appropriate for purpose pursuing may be possible owing to reverberation variable sound-absorbing curtain.
업무량에 따른 건설사업관리기술자 배치개선에 관한 기초연구

Since the introduction of the C.M(Construction Management)system in the Basic Law of the Construction Industry in 1997, the recent arrangement of construction management engineers in public sector buildings has generally been based on architecture·civilengineering·machinery·landscaping, electricity, telecommunication, fire fighting by the number of M/M(Man and Month). In the field of engineers arrangement in each field, the arrangement of M/M according to the workload of architecture.civilengineering.machinery.landscaping and electricity is inadequate causing conflicts and C.M among construction management engineers. Therefore, this study aims at basic research that is used to identify the problems through the questionnaire and to prepare future improvement plans.

Synchronous liver and kidney transplantation (SLK) is considered a treatment of choice for an end-stage liver disease patient with irreversible kidney disease. Several perioperative renal supportive treatments, especially continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), have contributed to the effective control of hypervolemia and electrolytes and acid-base disturbances leading to high success rate in adults. However, anesthesia for SLK in children is frequently difficult since the CRRT is seldom available because of difficulty in securing large venous lines. In addition, conventional techniques such as venovenous bypass and side-clamping of the inferior vena cava are less applicable in small children causing difficult volume control. Herein, we report a case of SLK in a child with glycogen storage disease type I with a review of literature. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2009;57:381∼6)
